I told Sooyoung I'm going to Japan because of some Family matters

I didn't lie to her. 

My family summoned me, I just didn't told her the whole Story.

//FLASH BACK//

One night…

Ring Ring…!!!!

“Hello?”

“Miss Jessica? This is Yenny, your mother’s assistant”

“Yes, what do you need?”

Every time my family calls me, I mean the assistant calls me there is something they want… That’s my family, they don’t care about how I am..

“Miss, your grandmother is hosting a big party next week and all members of the family Jung are required to attend..”

“Is that all?”

“And Miss, the Madam said it’s about THAT time… She said you will understand what she mean..”

“Yes I do, Thank you.. Bye”

THAT time….

It’s about time.. I don’t really want it to happened but it may be better for everyone..

That "TIME", it is the time that I'm going to marry someone my family picked for me.

Fix marrriage in short.

I don't want to tell Sooyoung about it. She's happy with Tiffany now. She don't need to know.

I'm marrying someone I don't love. He is a total stranger to me.

The day before my wedding,

It was raining, pouring cats and dogs

The sky is probably crying for me.

Tomorrow will be the start of my personal hell. 

I was just in my room looking to the window like a bird in a cage.

Then suddenly I saw a  figure in the rain. Who will dare to go out thru this rain without any umbrella or covers??

The figure walks closer and closer to the house 

It looks like Sooyoung. I shaked my head 

"I just seeing things.." I told myself and looked again at the window

The figure walks closer and it's really Sooyoung.

I run downstairs and grabbed an umbrella and went outside 

"Sooyoung, what the heck are you doing here??" I said as I cover her from the rain

She didn't say anything, she just hugged me. I lost all my strength, I was so stunned

"Sooyoung.."

I don't know how but that time I know she's crying, the rain just washed away her tears.

I took her inside the house without saying anything.

After I changed to dry clothes, I went to her room to check her up.

She was just sitting on the couch with a towel on her head.

"I brought you some tea." I said as I entered the room

She just sat there as I prepared the tea. She's not being herself.

I want to ask her what happened but I think I'm just gonna wait until she opens up. She's being quiet which means she doesn't want to talk about it.

I'm kinda happy to see her but not in this condition.

After few minutes,

"Sica..." she said with a low voice

"I'm sorry to showed up here without any notice." She continued

"You don't need to say sorry, Sooyoungie."

"I just don't know what to do?"

Then she bowed her head and start telling me what happened.

What she saw in Tiffany's room, the kiss and everything.

I can't believe it, how can Tiffany do all of these???

The worst thing is she tried to pretend to be MIYOUNG so Sooyoung will fall for her.

Sooyoung's heart is so crushed right now. 

I comfort her as I can.

The next day

Someone is knocking on my door.

I wondered who is it??

I opened it and its my mom and dad

"Mom, Dad what are you doing here??"

"What are you doing??? It's late. You're gonna be late for the wedding."

Oh, yeah it my wedding day. The start of my personal hell.

Then suddenly,

"Who's wedding is it?" 

I looked at the corner and Sooyoung was there. I forgot she's here and I thought everything that was happened last night was a dream.

"Sooyoung??? What are you doing here?" Mom and Dad ask in synchrony.

"MOM DAD just leave now." As I pushed them out of the house.

"What are you doing Jessica??" My Dad yelled 

"Sica, what's going on?" Sooyoung cut off my dad

"Sooyoungie, just don't get involved please."

"Jessica we are going now." As my dad dragged me out of the door

I'm sorry Sooyoung.

"You're not taking Sica anywhere." Sooyoung burst out to my father

Sooyoung.... I was shocked of what she's doing. 

"She's not an object that you can take anywhere you want." She continued

"Sooyoung, please stop." I said with a low voice

"Sooyoung just stay away from this. It's a family matter." My Mom explained to her.

"But..."

"We are going now. Jessica can't missed her own wedding" My dad shouted

"Sica's wedding????"  Sooyoung looked at me with confusion

She didn't know.

My dad continue to drag me outside

"SICA...." 

"Dad I don't want to be married to some other guy." As I pulled back my hand

"What did you just say Jessica Jung?" My dad asked with a furious tone.

"I don't want to marry him."

My dad looked at me and slapped me.

"What are you saying you will marry him whether you like it or not. It's our company who is on stake here"

I just looked at him straight to his eyes and say

"I don't love him."

My dad is really angry now, he is about to slap me again. I just closed my eyes then I heard the slapped sound but I didn't feel anything

I opened my eyes and......

and Sooyoung was infront of me. She took the slap for me.

"Sooyoung.... but WHY?"

She looked at me and smile

The tears start to fall from my eyes.

"Is it because of HER? You want to backed out on this wedding? Is it because of Sooyoung??" My dad continued with even more furious tone

"Yes dad, I don't want to marry a stranger because I'm in Love with SOoyoung..."

I just cried and fall on my knees

"YOU!!!!!"

My dad is going to grabbed me and again but Sooyoung intervene.

"Please don't hurt her anymore." She said

I just bowed my head 

"If you're just want her to marry some guy because of your company is at stake, why won't we do a CHOI-JUNG connubiality." 

I looked up to Sooyoung after she said those words.
