Chapter 18: Just Because We’re Married Doesn’t Mean I Love You…

Yun’s POV:

On our way home from the talkshow we sit in an awkward silence. I look down at the ring he gave me. *It’s beautiful…Just like a ring I would want when I get married for real…* I glance over at Lu Han. *How to break the awkward silence?* But I don’t need to because Lu Han does it for me. “Err…Good acting during the show…” He says nervously. *Oh right…It was just an act. But at least he finally explained why he kissed Mina.* “Thanks…Um you too…” I mumble. *It’s even more awkward than before…How I wish we could go back to our teasing ways…Who am I kidding there’s no going back.*

The whole ride back was silence. No laughing, talking, singing, not a single sound came from Lu Han or I. As I walk into my—I mean our house I think. *For two people this is an awfully big house…It’s seems quite lonely…* I get dressed for bed and brush my teeth. We I get to our room I see Lu Han sleeping on the couch. *So he listens to me now?* I lay down on the huge mattress. *I have never felt more alone…Even though I’ve forgiven Lu Han and we’re back on goodish terms I have never felt farther away from him. What’s happening to us?*

I wake up to the smell of breakfast. “Morning.” I say sleepily rubbing my eyes as I come downstairs. “What’s for breakfast?” I ask. “Eggs, I remember you like them.” He said handing me a plate. “Thanks…” I mumble and dig in. “This is good.” I say happily. “Glad you like it.” Lu Han says with a smile. *Finally he smiles…Are we going back to normal?*

Lu Han’s POV:

[During breakfast]

*I feel awkward around Yun…Even though she says she forgives me I feel like the scandal that happened changed us…What’s happening?*

“Morning.” Says a sleeping Yun. “What’s for breakfast?” “Eggs, I remember you like them.” I say handing her a plate. “Thanks…” she says and digs in. I see her smiling face. *She’s so cute when she smiles…* “This is good!” she says happily. I feel my insides feel all warm.

“Glad you like it.” I say smiling that she praised me. *She’s never done that before…So we really did change?*

“Yun can you move a little closer?” asks the photographer. I scoot closer to Lu Han and plaster a huge smile on my face. *This is soo BORING! I’ve been trying dresses all morning! And a LOT of them were ugly! I’m embarrassed to be seen wearing them…*
