Title: Wishing Upon a Crimson Rose
Author: xdreammerx

Title: (2/5)
The title just doesn't catch my attention. It sounds almost like a fairytale, yet it makes me stop and think (for a moment) what's wrong. For the most part, I cringed at the descriptive word - Crimson which doesn't make too much of an impact. Instead, it takes away the fantasy aura emitting from your verb -Wishing.
Unfortunately, I'd advise you to re-consider the choice of words in your title.
Description and Foreword: (7/10)
Your description was quite decent for an one-shot, directing readers with a number of questions and mysteries of the story. E.g. What did Suzy not know? What was the truth exactly? Your description was exactly a hook and it immediately (and effectively) arouses interest from your readers.
As for your foreword, there is basically nothing about the plot or story. It could be that you didn't want to spoil the story (since it was only an one-shot) but I'd suggest you to (at least) include an exerpt that's short yet decent enough to for readers to catch a glimpse of the storyline and your intended writing style.
Originality of Plot: (13/20)
You had a solid plot, well-described with a distinctive, inner voice in your story. The idea of wishing upon a crimson rose was indeed refreshing, compared to the sheer numbers of writers who dwelled on the mundane and typical idea of wishing upon the stars or shooting stars.
While I was reading, I started to notice a few similarities between the two main characters. The reason why it caught my attention was due to the lack of development in the relationship between Myungsoo and Suzy. Both of them had their own circle of friends but what exactly drew them together? Perhaps, it was those similarities (sickness, persistency etc) they had which explained Suzy's reliance on Myungsoo.
However, there were a number of loopholes in your plot. Firstly, I didn't understand why Suzy's mother wouldn't let her daughter learn of her disease. You might justify that she was still young and her mother did not want to upset he
