I got her!

"Oh that car out front?" she stuttered.

"Yeah, it doesn't look familiar." This is it!

"It's probably my neighbors. They park out front of our house sometimes."

"Ah geurae?"

"Ne. So how are you and Taecyeon?" Qri asked quickly changing the subject and fiddling with her phone.

But suddenly I came up with another brilliant idea.

"We're fine. He's treating me really well." I smiled as I took out my phone and sent a text to Taecyeon.

-Everybody Loves Me is still Nichkhun's ringtone right?-

+Yeah. Last time I checked. Why?+

"That's good. Its good that you guys are working out." she said idlely her mind obviously somewhere else.

-I need you to call him ASAP!-

I closed my phone and waited to see if I heard anything.

"Shouldn't you be in bed, Qri?" I asked just to not seem suspicious. I heared nothing in the background.

'Damn I bet he has his phone on silent. Forgot about that.'

"Yeah. I am kinda sle-"

We both stopped and turned at the direction of the noise.

The ringtone was quickly cut off. Gotcha.

"What was that?" I asked knowing well what I was.

Luckily she couldn't lie and say it was her phone.

"What was what?"

'Oh ho ho so she's going with the ole 'Play Dumb' trick.'

"I heard a phone ringing."

"Oh really? That's weird. I didn't hear anything."

"I see." I had already had my answer. Nichkhun was definitely there and he was hiding. So I was content.

"But anyway Qri. We're all thinking of going to dinner tomorrow."

"Who's 'all'?"

"Taecyeon and I. HyoMin, Chansung, you, and Nichkhun too. You think you'll be able to make it?"

"Yeah yeah of course. Sounds like a plan." she rushed.

"Alright then. Just wanted to let you know. I guess i'll be on my way now." I said as I began walking toward the door.

"Thanks for stopping by." Qri said.

"No problem. See you tomorrow." I said and let myself out.

I walked down the sidewalk with a smirk. I saw Taecyeon's car a little ways ahead. I jogged to the car and stepped in.

"Nichkhun is definitely in there. When you called him, I heard his ringtone. She was stuttering the whole time."

"Really?! I knew it!"

"I have the best plan ever to confirm everything!" I beamed.

"How so?" Taecyeon questioned.

I picked up my phone and called HyoMin.

"Yoboseyo?"

she answered.

"HyoMin-ah! Can you get Chansung on the line?"

"Uh yeah sure, one second..."

There was a pause for about a minute before another male voice came on the line.

"Okay the three of us are connected."

"Great!"

I clicked my phone on speaker so that Taecyeon could hear.

"Okay, has anyone told Nichkhun about the dinner thing tomorrow?"

"I have not told him about it."

Chansung said.

"Yeah I haven't either." Taecyeon said.

"I don't even talk to him."

HyoMin added.

"Yes!" I beamed.

"Why what's this about?"

HyoMin questioned.

"Okay. NOBODY tell Nichkhun about tomorrow. Don't even mention one tiny detail about it. I'm trying to find out something. I just wanted to make sure he didn't know already. That's all."

"Umm...okay."

HyoMin agreed.

"If I may ask, what is this all about?"

Chansung asked.

"You'll find out if Nichkhun shows up tomorrow. Bye guys." I laughed before hanging up.

I turned to Taecyeon and smiled.

"What do you have going on in that evil head of yours?" he asked.

"Oh Taecyeon. If only you knew. Muahaha."

"Enlighten me." he laughed.

"You see, if Nichkhun shows up tomorrow, that means he would've had to find out from Qri."

"Wah! My baby is a pure evil genius!" Taecyeon laughed and kissed my forehead.
