“Ready to go to school next week?”
Heechul smile at her sister who is busy preparing her things happily
“Prince Yesung will drop me at Northern Academy next week”
“You guys are already a couple again?”
“We’re just dating”
“That’s still the same”
“You’re going at the Northern Palace now?”
Heechul nod
“You take care of Umma and Appa while I’m away”
“What time are you going home?”
“Before dinner”
Heechul smile at the mirror to check herself before leaving the house
Heechul has been welcome by Sungmin’s hug
“It’s nice to see you again Heechul or should I call you Lady Kim?”
Heechul blush
“You can always call me on my name”
“But that’s how Lord Jay address you”
Sungmin smile seeing her blushing
“I think that boy like you so much”
“We’re just friends”
Heechul brush her fingers on Sungmin’s cheek
“Your scar is gone”
Sungmin nod happily
“Thanks to the medicine that you give me, it’s really effective you know”
“It’s actually a scar remover. You have a very beautiful face so you must take care of it”
Sungmin smile and hold her hands
“I wish that you could me my daughter in law”
Heechul suddenly cough
“Are you ok sweetheart?”
Heechul nod
“I always want you and your sister to be my daughter in law”
“Why us?”
“Because I know that my two lovely Princes will be in good hands”
Sungmin smile as she drags Heechul with her
“I bet Geng is already waiting for you”
Sungmin and Heechul were chatting happily when they bump at Kyuhyun. Heechul immediately bows her head to avoid his serious glare
“Teachers are not allowed to have a conversation with the Royal Majesty unless it’s about the performance of our son in their class”

“If everything is settled in a simple apology then what’s the purpose of rules and punishment?”
Heechul keeps her head low
“You can raise your head now sweetheart”
“But I didn’t tell her to raise her head”
“I’m commanding her to raise her head now”
“You’re just a Queen; I’m the King so she needs to follow me and not you”
Sungmin cupped Heechul’s face forcing her to raise her head; she looks at her husband and shoots him a deadly glare
“She needs to go at Geng’s study room now”
“Fine; she leaves and you stay because we’re going to talk”
Sungmin nod
“You can go now young lady”
“But”
“You need to go now”
Heechul bows her head before leaving; Kyuhyun grab Sungmin’s arm and hold it tight
“What did I tell you about my rule?”
“Don’t forget that I also have the power to decide”
“Honey, why are you opposing me?”
“If you’re doing the right thing then I’m not going to oppose you. You’re an evil King”
Kyuhyun push her causing her to fall on the floor
“You’re getting on my nerves Lee Sungmin. If I confirmed that you and Kangin are having a secret relationship behind my back, I’ll cut your head and put it on a pole. I don’t mind doing that”
Kyuhyun shoot her a deadly glare before leaving
Heechul knock on Hangeng’s study room before going inside
“Hi Lady Kim”
Jay smiles at her; Heechul smile and give him a warm hug
“Thanks for the flowers, I really love it”
“I’m so happy that you like it, can I visit you on Saturday?”
“Sure no problem”
Hangeng cough to catch their attention; Heechul look at him
“You’re late”
“I’m sorry Your Highness, your mother talk to me before I came here”
Hangeng look at Jay and raised his eyebrow
“Let’s talk later after my class, I’ll go at Pelagia Palace later”
“I’ll wait for you”
Jay salute at him and kissed Heechul’s cheek before leaving the room
“Can we start our class now?”
Heechul nod at Hangeng
“And please stop flirting with my childhood friend”
“Excuse me, I’m not flirting with him”
Heechul frown and start scanning Hangeng’s book
“Please come near me”
Heechul look at him curiously
“I’m not going to do something”
“Promise?”
“Yes”
Heechul walk towards him; Hangeng grab her wrist and tie a red ribbon on it
“What is this for?”
Hangeng smile at her
“Red ribbon”
“I know, I’m not stupid”
“Red is my color and people will recognize you as my slave”
“What?”
“You’re my slave now”
“No way! I’m your teacher and not a slave”
“Both”
Heechul removes the red ribbon but Hangeng stop her
“If you remove that then I’ll bury you alive”
“Go ahead”
Heechul frown at him
“I thought you’re going to be a good Prince now then what the hell is this?”
“I’m actually good”
“Then why are you making me your slave? Do you really have a heart of stone?”
Hangeng stand up and pull her closer to him
“Don’t worry I’m not going to hurt you”
Hangeng can see tears forming in her eyes
“I just want you to be my slave so nobody can get you away from me because you’re mine”
“What?”
“Appa wants you to apologize to my fiancée”
Heechul smirk
“She’s the one who suppose to apologize and not me”
“That’s why I make you my slave so Appa can’t command you to do his will”
Hangeng cupped her face and brush his fingers on her soft pinkish lips
“You’re mine”
“Since when?”
“Since the day that I met you at the city; Lord Jay can never have you unless I set you free by burning that red ribbon on your wrist”
“I’m not your property”
“I’m not going to harm you; I just want to keep you safe from my fiancée and my father.”
“I don’t want to be a slave”
“I’m not going to treat you like a slave”
Hangeng stare at her closer
“Please trust me, I know what I’m doing”
Heechul move away when Hangeng was about to kiss her
“I think we need to start the class Your Highness”
Heechul grabs the book and start reading

Heechul stop when she notice that Hangeng was staring at her and seems that he’s not listening to every words that she’s saying

Hangeng shook his head and walk towards her but Heechul step back to move away from him
“Why are you moving away?”
Heechul look at him nervously
“Why are you moving closer?”
“Because...”
Hangeng move closer and pulls her closer to him just before she can move away
“Because...”
He stares at her beautiful face; he looks at her beautiful eyes that are set upon him, then look at her nose and finally down to her pinkish lips
“Please don’t hurt me”
“I can’t do that”
“Then let go of me”
Hangeng shook his head still staring at her lips
“I want you to be closer to me...always”
Hangeng whisper before kissing her
“Are you really Jay’s lady?”
Heechul shook her head while staring at him blankly
“He’s not your boyfriend?”
Heechul nod; Hangeng brush his fingers on her beautiful face and was about to give her another kiss but Heechul hold his lips to stop him
“Why?”
“Why?”
Hangeng ask her curiously
“Are you kissing me?”
Hangeng push her away from him when he heard a knock on the door
“Please come in”
Kyuhyun came in and stare at Heechul and notice the red ribbon on her wrist
“Having a good time playing with your new toy Prince Hangeng?”
Heechul look at Hangeng asking for an explanation but he avoids her eyes and look at his father who is staring at Heechul seriously
“I’m having my class Appa”
Kyuhyun smile and look at his son
“I know but you need to cancel it”
“Why?”
“We need to go at the Southern Palace and talk to the King and Queen for your upcoming wedding”
“Can we just go later?”
“Now”
Kyuhyun shoot Heechul a deadly glare before leaving the room.
“I think you should go now”
Heechul put the books back to the shelf
“I can explain”
Heechul shook her head
“I’m just your teacher and your slave so you don’t need to explain”
“It’s not like that”
Heechul bows at him and left the room
*LEE PALACE*
Yesung was reading a book while sitting at the fountain outside the Palace
“Are you not going to join us as we talk about the wedding of your brother to my sister?”
Yesung raise his head and stare at the owner of the voice seriously
“Is there something wrong Prince Yesung?”
Yesung ignore him as he continue to read the book
“Is it about the younger Kim?”
Henry sits beside him
“I’m not courting her”
Yesung look at him
“Then why are you with her at Lord Jay’s party?”
Henry flash a smile
“I found her beautiful and I just want to introduce myself to her. I just want her to be my friend”
Yesung raised his eyebrow while staring at him
“You can ask her if you don’t believe”
“She’s mine”
Henry nod
“Wookie and I are just friends. She’s a very nice young lady and loves music a lot. Well, we just talk a lot about music”
Henry grabs the book away from Yesung’s grip and hit his head with the book
“Ouch!”
Henry laughs while looking at him
“YAH! Why did you do that?”
“That’s my revenge for kissing Lady Krystal”
“What?”
Henry looks at him closer
“You hurt Wookie because you kissed Lady Krystal in front of her”
“Because I’m jealous of you”
“I know but you’re not supposed to do it just to hurt the woman you love”
Yesung pouts
“And you’re not allowed to kiss Lady Krystal, get that?”
“Why?”
Henry smile brightly
“Because I like her”
Yesung’s eyes widened
“Yes, I like her. Wookie is yours while Krystal is mine”
“You like her?”
Henry nods happily
“But unfortunately you’re bound to marry her”
“Pabo! Krystal and I are just friends and we’re actually against my father’s will”
“So you guys are not going to marry each other?”
Yesung nod
“I love Wookie and Krystal knows that very well”
“I thought you’re going to be my enemy”
“Of course not, we’re friends. Don’t ever forget that Prince Henry”
“But how about the bethrothal?”
Yesung sigh
“Krystal and I are planning on how we are going to tell our parents that we don’t want to marry each other. Lord Tim will surely understand us, the only problem is Appa. I bet he will never listen to us because he always insist the things that he want”
“Then I’ll stop your wedding to her”
Yesung smile brightly
“You know what”
“What?”
“Just help me and Krystal”
“How?”
“Marry her”
Henry stares at him sadly
“How will I do that if you’re bound to marry her?”
“Krystal likes you”
Henry’s eyes widened
“For real?”
“Yes, she wants to marry you in the future”
“But how are we going to do that?”
“Krystal and I are not yet engaged”
“So?”
Yesung flick Henry’s forehead
“So...you talk to your parents about it; I mean tell them that you love Krystal and you want her to be your wife. Tell them to talk to Lord Tim of Apple Blossom and ask for Lady Krystal’s hand”
“It’s hard to talk to Umma”
“Then talk to your father first. But of course before you tell them that she wants to be your wife, you court Krystal first and be her boyfriend”
“I think you’re right”
“Of course”
Yesung and Henry smile at each other
“Are you not going inside?”
Yesung shook his head
“Why not?”
“I’m sick of hearing the plan about my brother’s wedding to your sister”
“Why?”
“I hate her for him and you know that. I just don’t want to see Hyung faking a smile and agreeing to Appa like a puppet”
Henry nod in agreement
“I also don’t want my sister to be Hangeng Hyung’s wife. My sister is really an evil and she will just give Hyung a head ache”
“So true”
“Can we stop that stupid wedding?”
“I don’t know”
Yesung shook his head
“I really don’t know”
Henry stares at him sadly and sigh
“Do we need to rush?”
Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk look at Sungmin curiously
“What do you mean honey?”
“Well, I’m just asking if we need to pursue the wedding of my son to Queen Eunhyuk’s daughter”
Kyuhyun look at his wife seriously
“You know very well that Geng is for Mimi”
“Who told you? You’re the only one who’s making that decision”
“Everything is set and Geng loves Mimi”
Kyuhyun look at his son
“Am I right Prince Hangeng?”
Hangeng look at his mother and nod
“I think this plan is so stupid”
Sungmin look at his son’s eyes
“We don’t need to rush, Geng still need to study a lot of things as well as Princess Mimi”
“Hangeng is the future King of North”

Eunhyuk added; Sungmin smile sarcastically while staring at her husband
“Should I kill you now so your son can sit on the throne?”
Sungmin told him before leaving the room
“I’ll talk to her”
Eunhyuk pats Kyuhyun’s shoulder and follow Sungmin outside
“Lee Sungmin!”
Eunhyuk shouts; Sungmin turn around and look at her
“Yes Queen Eunhyuk?”
Eunhyuk walk towards her
“What kind of attitude is that? Walking away while we’re planning the wedding of our children”
Sungmin smirk
“Why will I listen to that stupid plan? Hangeng will not marry your evil daughter”
“And what are you going to do to stop the wedding?”
Eunhyuk smile when Sungmin can’t answer her.
“You know very well that no matter how hard you try to stop the wedding, Kyuhyun’s decision will always win. You can never change his mind because he doesn’t love you anymore and I’m really sad for you”
Sungmin slaps her
“You’re the reason why my husband hates me so much”
Eunhyuk smirk and raised her eyebrow
“Does it hurt?”
Sungmin shoot her a deadly glare and push her hard on the wall
“You brainwash him!”
“It’s not my fault if you are being close with Kangin”
“He is my childhood friend”
“Kyu is jealous of him”
“Because you told him that I’m having an affair with Kangin”
“That’s the truth”
“Of course not and you know that”
Eunhyuk laugh like a devil
“And do you think Kyu will believe you if you explain?”
“How dare you ruin everything?”
“Because you take him away from me. I love Kyu so much but you still dare to marry him”
“We love each other and you know that Kyu loves me and not you”
Eunhyuk push her away
“Because you seduce him!”
“That’s not true! Kyuhyun loves me”

“You’re so evil”
Eunhyuk smile while staring at her teary eyes
“It’s not my fault if your daughter died on your womb”
“It’s your fault”
“It’s not my fault if you’re stupid. You know that you’re pregnant but you still climb up the tree so it’s not my fault that you fall”
“I’m going to save you; my only fault is I become stupid for cherishing or friendship so much because you’re my best friend”
Sungmin was controlling her tears from falling
“You plan everything and I just can’t believe that my best friend will betray me and will be the cause of my daughter’s death and my husband’s grudge for me”
“We’re not best friends”
“Yes, we’re no longer best friends”
Sungmin stare at her seriously
“Hangeng will never marry your daughter”
“Yes he will”
“I may be stupid before and I always follow you but not now. You take away the life of my innocent daughter just before she see the light here on earth, you make my life miserable because my husband hates me so much because of you. I won’t let you win this time, I won’t let Hangeng marry your evil daughter and I won’t let my husband’s ambitious plan as well as yours happen”
“Then let’s see who will win”
“I will fight you until my last breath”
Sungmin told her and walk away
Ryeowook was sleeping peacefully on their new bed while Heechul was still wide awake. She was standing at the window while watching the sky sadly
“I guess he will never learn to love me”
Heechul sigh
“He’s getting married soon, how will I change the history if he doesn’t love me at all? I’m just his toy and I’m so stupid for believing that he will love me soon”
Heechul look at her watch to check the time and notice that her clock suddenly stops; she turn around and found the old lady smiling at her
“Aigoo! You scared me”
“I’m sorry sweetheart”
The old lady walks towards her and smile
“Good evening Heechul”
She cupped her face
“It seems that you’re thinking so deep”
“It’s about Prince Hangeng”
The old lady notice her sad face
“Trust him”
Heechul look at her blankly
“He loves you”
Heechul shook her head
“I’m just his toy and he will soon marry Princess Mimi”
“If you let hi—“
Heechul raised her hand to stop her from talking
“I know what will happen, but how can I stop him from marrying that evil witch if he doesn’t even pay attention to me? He doesn’t even love me and that hurts”
“Trust him”
“How?”
“He loves you and believe him; don’t listen to the King because he doesn’t know the true feelings of his son. Prince Hangeng might act so rude and arrogant in front of you but he really loves you”
“Really”
“Yes”
The old lady smile and vanished
“That was fast”
Heechul whisper; she was about to close the window when she heard a horse stop in front of their house. A man who is wearing a black clock jumps off his horse and look at her
“What are you doing here?”
“I need to talk to you”
“You don’t need to explain, everything is clear to me”
Hangeng kneel down
“Please listen to me; I need you to come here”
“Why?”
“I don’t know how to climb up ok”
“Pabo!”
“Please, we need to talk”
“Seriously?”
“Yes”
“Wait for me down there”
Heechul close the window and went out very carefully, avoiding to make noise that will wake her sister and her parents

Hangeng stand up and hold her hand
“Please come with me”
Heechul raised her eyebrow
“Are you going to abduct me?”
Hangeng shook his head
“I just want to show you something, I promise to bring you home safe”
“Ok”
Hangeng help her jump on his horse. He removes his clock and gives it to her
“It’s cold, you need to wear that”
Heechul obeys him like a kid; Hangeng jump on his horse pats his horse twice and it start walking slowly
“Where are we going?”
“You’ll see it later”
“How did you sneak out of the Palace?”
“Sungie teach me”
Hangeng smile
“I’ll bring you to the place where I always go whenever I want peace and quiet place”
“That’s nice”
Hangeng smile while staring at her
“You need to look at your way and not my face”
“I’m sorry; your beauty always attracts me”
Heechul blush making him smile even brighter. Hangeng drives his horse quietly until they arrive on the place. Hangeng jump off his horse and help Heechul to go down
“Where are we?”
Hangeng just smile at her and hold her hand as they walk towards the river
“This is beautiful”
Heechul sits on the grass watching the moon’s shadow on the river
“Sungie and I used to play here when we’re kids”
Hangeng sit beside her and point his finger on a small house nearby
“See that house?”
Heechul nod
“That’s where my mom lives”
Heechul stare at him
“Did you guys also lives there before?”
Hangeng shook his head
“We just stay there every second week of each month”
“It’s good that your father allows you”
Hangeng nod
“Appa also stay there with us”
“Really?”
“Yes”
“But I thought he’s rude”
Hangeng’s smile suddenly vanished
“I’m sorry”
“You’re right, he’s rude now”
“Now?”
“He’s not like that before”

Heechul can see sadness in his eyes
“Appa is not like that before; he’s really nice and a good King. We’re living a simple and peaceful life before”
Hangeng look at the sky
“He will usually tell us the story of his love story about Umma before we sleep. He will always tell Sungie and I how much he loves our mother and we supposed to find the girl that we will love until we die. He told us that we’re not marriage is about love and we should find the right girl that we will marry”
Hangeng smile while staring at the sky
“He loves my mother so much and he’s a good King. He socializes well with the lower class people and always listens to them just like what our grandparents always taught him. But...”
Hangeng look at Heechul sadly
“Things suddenly change and I don’t know why. He became so ambitious and selfish. He abuses his power by making the life of other people miserable especially the lower class people. I can’t understand why he became like that and the worst part is, he hates my mother so much”

Hangeng just shook his head
“He completely change and that’s sad”

“I need to marry Princess Mimi so and follow his will so my brother won’t marry Lady Krystal and Appa will never hurt my mom”
Heechul turn her eyes away from him, controlling her tears

Hangeng smile and brush his fingers on her beautiful face

Heechul fell silent; Hangeng look at her

Heechul look away but Hangeng cupped her face and look at her eyes

“Yes as in I want to be your girlfriend. Well if you don’t want then it’s fine”
Hangeng smile and kissed her cheek
“Of course I want but we need to keep it a secret”
“I can’t hide it from my sister”
“You can tell her because I’m also going to tell it to Sungie and of course to Jay”
“Why do you need to tell it to Jay?”
“Because he’s my best friend and I trust him”
“You need to tell it to your mom too. I like her so much”
“Of course I’ll tell it to Umma because she will surely gets mad at me if I keep it a secret to her”
Hangeng hold her hands
“I love you and that’s the truth but we need to hide our love to my father. We need to be careful so he won’t find out. We need to hide it from him until I can think of a plan on how to tell him and break my betrothal to Princess Mimi”
Heechul nod

Heechul kissed him

Heechul lean her head on his shoulder as they watch the moon happily

“That’s the necklace of my grandmother. She gives it to my mom when Appa marries her then Umma passed it to me, hoping that someday I’ll give it to the woman that I really love”

“Yes but please don’t let Appa see it ok”
Heechul nod
“I’m going to marry you once I’m done fixing my problem with Princess Mimi. I want you to be my Queen, so please wait for me arasso?”
“I will”
Hangeng hug her
“It’s getting late my Princess; we need to go home now”
“Yes. Wookie will surely panic if she wakes up without me by her side”

Heechul stand up with his help

“Tomorrow is Saturday, we don’t have class every Saturdays and Sundays right?”

“I forgot, then I’ll just sneak around to visit you”

“Let’s just see each other on Monday; I don’t want to put you in trouble”

He jumps on his horse and hold Heechul’s hand to help her in going up to his horse

Hangeng smile and start driving his horse
