Sorry i havent been on much... I've been busy... X.x

I walked in to class and I immediately started to get questioned by some of the girls in my class.

“Who was that guy?”

“Why did those guys come pick you up?”

“Can you get us a date with one of them?”

I rolled my eyes.

“I’m officially not answering questions,” I told all of them. They looked at me with a frown and Ryuki came over laughing. “This is not a laughing matter,” I told him. He grinned at me.

“I can’t help it. That’s the first time that a group of girls have ever been at your mercy,” He told me, still chuckling. I shrugged.

“We all know it’s because of Seungho. That has been the story my whole life Ryuki.” I told him. He merely smiled and took a seat next to me.  After school was over Ryuki walked me to the front of the school.

“So I’m guessing that your brother is going to pick you up right?” Ryuki asked. I nodded.

“Alright well I’ll see you tomorrow then okay?” He told me. I nodded and gave him a hug and then he was off. I sat at a bench waiting for my brother to pull up. However half an hour passed by and I almost lost hope of him ever coming.

“Aimee?” a voiced called. I turn to the face of my speaker and I was surprised to find Mir.

“Mir?” I said, almost like it was a question.

“Ah sorry I’m late. We had practice today and your brother couldn’t come. I came to get ya,” He told me. I looked at him questionably.

Why did my brother send Mir to come get me?

“Well thanks…” I answered, not really knowing how to act towards Mir. We stood there in silence and I suddenly remembered that I had to be at work pretty soon.

How am I going to get to work with out my brother knowing?

“Something on your mind?” Mir asked as we walked towards my house. I shook my head.

“No, just umm why did my brother send you here?” I wondered, laughing a little. He smiled.

“No reason really. I guess I was the one that was less busy at the time.” He confessed. I couldn’t help but laugh at him.

“Well I appreciate it,” I thanked him. We walked around in silence. We reached the apartment.

“Well I would stay here with you but I have to go back to practice.” Mir told me. I nodded.

“Totally understandable….again thanks for taking me home. I’ll see you guys later right?” I questioned as I opened the door to the apartment. He nodded.

“Yeah, Seungho said he wanted to come back.” Mir told me. I nodded.

“I’ll see you then.” I told him. He flashed me a smile and then he left.

Hn…. He has a cute smile…

I immediately shook the thought out of my head and started getting ready for work.

 I never liked my work uniform. I always thought I wasn’t conventional. The boss told me since I worked register I had to wear my pumps in front of the customer and when I got to cooking in the back I could wear tennis shoes. I didn’t like changing between the shoes but I would work with it. There were many downsides to this job… like the giant cupcake pin I had to wear, the skirt, the pumps, and the dressy shirt. I like the job because of the people. Most of the people that worked there were nice to me and were very caring towards me.

I immediately came to work and put on my apron.

“Why hello there Aimee…” the boss greeted as he sent some cupcakes to bake.

“Hello,” I greeted turning on the register.

“How have your studies gone?” boss Lee asked. I smiled at him.

“Pretty well… How has the rest of the crew been taking the business?” I asked. I smiled and nodded.

“Pretty well but we’ve missed you around. I’m glad to have you back.” Boss Lee told me. I nodded in agreement. It was actually nice to be back. The bells from the front door went off and I looked up to see my buddy Minwoo (ZE:A).

“Hey you’re back…” He commented as he put on his apron. I nodded.

“Yeah why you missed me?” I asked. He rolled his eyes.

“Aniyo but I hate baking so of course I’d rather you be here.” He commented. I laughed knowing that he was joking around. The bells rang again and I turned and saw another friend of mine Min Ae but we just called her Min.

“Aimee you’re back!” Min exclaimed quickly running towards the register.

“Heya Min,” I smiled hugging her.

“So I guess Ryuki takes the day off and you come in.” Min said eying me suspiciously.

“Yah… we aren’t fighting things just worked out that way.” I told her honestly. She laughed and started setting up the cupcakes in the window.

“We will open soon get ready.” Boss Lee told us. We all nodded and prepared ourselves to open. Not too long after the bells at the door rang again and I knew it was a customer.

“Aimee come get this tray,” Min called from the back. I nodded and turned towards Minwoo who happened to be nearby.

“Hey can you get this customer?” I asked him. He nodded and I went to get the tray of cupcakes for the show window.

“Yah… Aimee… get the customer a white on white with sprinkles.” I nodded placed the cupcake on a plate and headed towards the customer.

“Here you go sir enjoy your cupcake.” I exclaimed putting the cupcake on his table.

“Aimee?” The customer exclaimed. I took a second look at the customer and I saw a person I recognized. Mir.

“Mir?” I exclaimed.

“What are you doing here?” He questioned me. I quickly took the seat next to him.

“Please please please don’t tell Seungho,” I begged him. He looked at me curiously.

“Okay I won’t tell him… but why don’t you want me to tell him?” He asked.

“I just want to support myself with out Seungho. I don’t want him bugging me about doing too much. Plus if my brother ever saw me dressed like this he would kill me.” I told him. He grinned at me slyly.

“Okay fine I won’t tell him anything just as long as I get something out of it.” Mir told me. I looked at him like he grew another head.

“Are you serious…. Okay what do you want?” I asked him.

“I’ll figure something out. Until then… thanks for the cupcake.” He said grinning and taking a little of the icing. I groaned and headed towards the counter. “Oh and Aimee…” He called I turned around.

“Yes?” I answered.

“You look cute…” He commented. I sighed and slightly smiled.

“Yah Aimee… quit talking with your boyfriend and get back to work,” Minwoo told me, while icing some cupcakes.

“Yah I’ll be right there… and he’s not my boyfriend!” I yelled back. Mir started laughing. Somehow I knew Mir had me right where he wanted me. Even though he didn’t play along with me I still couldn’t help but think Mir had a great smile.

Ugh jerk! I thought immediately afterwards.
