Embrace.
The Assassin's AttentionYou/SaeRin’s POV.
‘AH!’ I cried. It hurts. A lot.
Somebody must have shot me in the stomach.
The pain.
My insides must have exploded or something.
I wanted to throw up.
Why is this so heartbreaking?
Suddenly, I heard a knocking sound.
Oh shoot.
‘Yah! Lee SaeRin, come open this door now! It’s meeeeee… Kiseop oppa!’ I heard Kiseop’s cheery voice outside my home. (@saygoodbyetolullaby: You should be spazzing right now! <3)
Crap. I can’t let him see me like this!
I quickly got off my knees and paused the DVD player. Want to know why? Because I was watching City Hunter. :P
‘SaeRin-ah! I have some food for us to eat!’ Kiseop whined again at the door.
I quickly grabbed some tissues and hurriedly ran to the door, furiously wiping my tears and eyes.
Kiseop’s POV
‘Hey!’ I chirped, when SaeRin finally opened the door for me. ‘I was waiting outside for so long for you!’
‘Oh. *sobs* I am sorry’ SaeRin’s muffled voice replied. She was wiping her eyes, with tissues, for some reason.
Oh great. What did I do? I did something wrong…
‘I am sorry, SaeRin-ah! I didn’t mean to make you feel bad and everything. I was just kidding, you know. I mean I just got here, hmmm… around two minutes ago?’ I heard held up two fingers. She chuckled.
‘Sorry. But, uh, come in.’ She invited me in.
I must have said something wrong.
I knew it.
Maybe food might cheer her up.
‘SaeRin-ah! I got some food for you!’ I cheered. ‘Aren’t you hungry? And what were you doing before I just came?’
You/SaeRin’s POV
I had my back faced to Kiseop oppa. I sighed and quickly wiped my watery eyes, and turned to face him.
‘What?’ I pretended to asked, planting a half smile on my face.
‘SaeRin-ah…’ Kiseop’s tone wasn’t good. His eyes were glued on the DVD player, which was paused.
I bit my lips.
‘Nae…’ I whispered.
‘You’ve been watching City Hunter haven’t you?’ Kiseop turned his head to face me, giving me a some-what stare.
I shrugged my shoulders. But you know, that scene when Prosecutor YoungJu dies breaks my heart every time I watch it. And every time I watch it, Kiseop happens to appear out of nowhere. As if, he is Yoon Sung himself.
Suddenly Kiseop came running to me and pulled me into a bear hug.
I was caught off-guard.
I was scared by this much skinship we were having right now.
I was in awe. It was comforting and warm in his embrace.
‘Aigoo~ SaeRin-ah…’ He whispered in my ears. ‘Don’t watch that again. Especially, that scene. I don’t like it, when you start crying.’
I bit my lips behind his back. He must think I am weird. Truthfully, I don’t know how me and Kiseop became friends. I don’t know we could call it that.
‘Okay.’ I slipped out of his embrace and stared at the plastic bag in his right hand. ‘That’s for me?’
He nodded. ‘I am hungry too! Lets eat together!’

Hahaha, hopefully it clears everything up from the first kinda-dramatic-cliffhanger chapter~
SaeRin was just being emotional, while watching City Hunter, like me! :P
My failed action writing >___< Sorry, guys~
Anyways, my inspiration for this fanfic, is pretty much, City Hunter :D There might be some similarities, but there’s gonna be a lot of differences~ :)
