 "Chaerin" someone called me from behind so I turned just to be drenched with water. All the kids were laughing. "You did a good job today!" I couldn't help but shine my pearly whites in the sudden water's direction. Me and my girls Bora and Hyorin started laughing. "Chae, you're all drenched!" Bora gasped. It didn't phase me so I just shrugged nonchalantly. "Yeah I hope you have an extra uniform shirt girl. Those boys will be all over you" Hyo added.

I nodded confidently and smirked. "Man they ain't got nothing on me, but I am only taking your advice because I actually am cold. Any other day I'd ignore you umma." I winked in her direction and sarcastically said to her. She just rolled her eyes.

"But yeah, I'll catch you guys at second lunch. I'ma go see what I could do about this" I emphasized this by pointing at my now see through shirt.

"Damnit!"

Well you can’t just think I started off my day with getting drenched so lemme backspace for you guys.

I had been stretching out both my calves when someone hugged me from behind. “Chae” the bubbly voice said. It took me less than a second to figure out that it was Bora abusing my back. “You do good out there you hear!? You almost make it look so easy and flawless, so talented! God I envy you, but seriously you better win `cos I’m betting against Hyo and I really don’t want to lose money again.” I had to laugh at that. Yep it was the monthly sports day amongst the homeroom classes and each time these two pabos bet on me!

Okay so they aren’t just any two pabos, I actually know them!

Fine so background check, another thing for you guys that I should probably tell you, is they are my two best friends, Hyo and Bora. Well Hyorin and Bora. They have these stupid bets and junk often so I don’t pay them any mind anymore. But we have been friends for a total of five years or more, I swear we were even friends in diapers. Math hurts my head, I can’t even tell how long it’s been! But yeah like I was saying, I only start to pay them mind when it involves me, like last week when Hyo so wonderfully volunteered me as class representative for this thing where all the other homeroom classes in our grade were participating in.

“Umm do you have an elastic? I need to pull my hair up.” I gripped my hair practically strangling it `cos I had forgotten one.  She shook her head and cocked a smirk at me. “Do I have a what? An elastic you say? Geesh no one even says that anymore!” she took her hair out of a ponytail and handed it to me. “See if you had just given me the elastic I would have probably jinxed this bet in your favor but you gave me lip you pabo-ah!” I smirked while saying it leaving her pissed.

Aaah, best friends these days. Gotta love them, and sure as hell gotta put up with them kicking your verbally and mentally. I could just imagine what cuss words she was saying in her head pointed directly at me.

So not to brag but because I won against class B’s Taeil at the last minute we ended up winning first place at sports day.

Thus leading me back to now!
