Jeongyeon's POV

After hours of waiting, Nayeon finally arrived at my house. I made sure to clean my house again, even though it was already spotless. Just to make sure. I'm the type to have my things organized and clean.

I answered a message from the gate's speaker. It was a man's voice, probably Nayeon's driver. They were granted inside and a few moments later the doorbell rang. I fixed my lazy outfit and opened the door.

Nayeon's outfit was actually the opposite of mine. She actually wore something pretty descent. I noticed her eyes go from the top of my body, to the bottom as she bit her lip. Was she checking me out? Breaking her blanked out attention, I told her to come in.

My office was upstairs. It's my most frequent place to be. We walked up the stairs as I took a quick look at my guest staring at the house. She hasn't spoke a word to me, and I haven't either after telling her to come in. It should be awkward, but I didn't know what to feel since this was my first time letting someone inside my house. It was a day off for the company, so I couldn't have our discussion there instead.

We arrived at my workplace. I noticed that it probably startled her since it was big and filled.

Nayeon roamed around my room as I hopped into my chair. There's a little toy corner she was intrigued to. I go there when I get stressed with work. Then she went over to my huge shelf that was filled with different varieties of books. Some educational, graphic novels, and manga. She just pulled some of them out as if it was hers too, which caught me off guard.

I everything to get myself started with work, but I couldn't help but have a close eye on her.

"Hey, what's this?" Nayeon's curiosity distracted me from setting up. She was talking about my special bed.

"I bought it recently since I often fall asleep here." I answered slightly embarrassed. The bed was designed with Batman. She hummed in response which made me nervous for a moment. I realized that was her first sentence towards me.

Nayeon started to roam around again, but this time she was staring at the art on my walls. It includes famous paintings and also Lego sculptures I've created. Seeing Nayeon look at it makes me feel like a nerd. But it's okay, I am a nerd.

She finally decided to stop and sit down on the comfy couch. I quietly watched her as she put on lipstick.

I coughed, "So, Ms. Im, can you sit here in front of me? Just pull that chair here."

Thankfully, she did what I told her to do. She didn't have anything else brought with her except a purse, which worried me.

Nayeon sat obediently in front of my desk and I could sense her eyes gazing at me as I prepared my computer. Truthfully, this girl scared me. She wasn't like anyone I've met.

I decided to be the first one to speak up, "We're working together and I know you're inexperienced, but I can help you." There was no reaction from the other girl, ". . . And if we're working together, we should get along with our ideas. What's your favourite style of theme?"

Nayeon thought about the question for a moment, but she suddenly leaned closer. "I want you to know that I'm not interested in this at all." She lowly responded.
