"Choi Youngjae,"

"Yes, Yoo Jeongyeon?" Youngjae answered without moving his eyes from his notes. He already had his lunch just now with his classmates since his class ended early. He was just accompanying Jeongyeon while studying for his quiz later.

"Are you free this weekend?" Jeongyeon asked. Youngjae immediately stopped reading and looked up. He stared at Jeongyeon, long and hard, but the girl only gave him a poker face.

"Yoo Jeongyeon," Youngjae called.

"Yes, Choi Youngjae?" Jeongyeon raised her eyebrow up.

"Are you asking me out for a date?" Youngjae asked and Jeongyeon grabbed the first thing she nearby- which was the empty banana milk bottle- and threw it to Youngjae. The guy laughed even though the bottle hit his chest.

"Alright, lady. Now what's with this weekend? You really want to ask me for a date?" Youngjae teased again. If Jeongyeon was a cartoon she'd probably be a dragon with fire flaming out of her nose already. She narrowed her eyes at Youngjae.

"Stop before I throw this table at you," And Youngjae laughed again.

"Okay, okay. Stop being so scary! Can you just tell me why already?"

"Wonpil, he ask me out for a dinner," Jeongyeon said. Youngjae widened his eyes.

"Really? Wooooooo!!!" Youngjae cheered, causing a few students at nearby tables to look at them weirdly. Jeongyeon reached her hand to cup Youngjae's  mouth.

"Gosh, why do you have to be so loud?" Jeongyeon hissed. When she pulled away her hand, Youngjae was still grinning. But then, he looked at Jeongyeon in confusion.

"So what does that have to do with me and this weekend?" He asked.

"So... I want to.... Uh... You know, shopping for some new clothes," 

"For the date?? Can I go?!?!?!" Youngjae asked excitedly. Jeongyeon laughed.

"That's why I ask whether you're free or not, ," 

"Of course I'll go, . It's the first date in your life," Youngjae said.

"It's not first in my life! It's the first since I become an adult!" Jeongyeon glared and Youngjae laughed. Well, he sure loves to laugh a lot.

"So just the two of us or??"

"Just the two of us? You're crazy? People will mistake you as my boyfriend and I don't want that," Jeongyeon said, blowing her bangs using . 

"Wait, so when will you bring me to meet that Wonpil guy?" Youngjae asked. Jeongyeon rolled her eyes.

"To say that I'm violent? Not funny anymore, Youngjae," 

"Nope, to tell him that people might mistake you as his aunt," Youngjae said before he got up and ran away from Jeongyeon.

"Choi Youngjae! Come here before I burn your notes!" 

Jackson's chopstick didn't stop moving as he tried to finish his dinner as fast as he could. He looked to his left and saw Youngjae's rice  looked like it had only been touched twice and he side-nudged the younger guy.

"Hey, eat faster," He said. Youngjae's brows met in confusion as he watched his hyung eating like he hadn't seen food for 300 years.

"Jackson oppa, eat slowly!" Dahyun who sat at the opposite of him finally said it out loud. The other members' eyes widened and even gasped when they saw that Jackson almost finished his dinner.

"Hey Jacks, are you okay?" Mark asked worriedly.

"I don't think I cooked anything special today," Jinyoung mumbled.

"WOW LOOK AT YOU, WHEN I COOK ALL YOU EVER DO IS COMPLAIN!" Nayeon added.

"Don't mind me. Just eat your dinner and finish quickly," Jackson said and the others looked at him weirdly. They resumed their dinner back, but still on their normal pace which make Jackson restless on his seat.

After another 20 minutes, all of them finished eating and they helped cleared up the table. Jackson had to bit his inner cheek to refrain himself from being so obvious that he's extremely excited to wash the dishes because guess who he'll be partnering with?

You're right, Jackson's first love, Chou Tzuyu.

"Alright, this is the last one right? Thank you guys now go make yourself comfortable!" Jackson said as he lightly pushed Bambam out of the kitchen. He then turned around and saw Tzuyu was wearing the rubber glove, getting ready to start her task. Jackson took the apron from the cabinet and lightly ran to hand it to Tzuyu. The girl looked at him, slightly surprised  before accepting the apron.

"Don't want you to dirty your clothes," Jackson said with a smile. Tzuyu smiled back at him.

"Thank you, Jackson oppa," She said. She didn't call him oppa when they first met in front of the house, but since she knew that she's the youngest in the house, she thought it's the best for her to address everyone respectfully. And little did the girl knew that she almost, almost, made Jackson danced right there when she called him 'oppa'.

Jackson put on the glove too and stood beside Tzuyu. The girl was coating the utensils with soap and Jackson would rinse them. Jackson felt his lips dried trying to make a conversation with her, and that's unbelievable, considering the playboy title he had for as long as he could remember. Jackson cleared his throat to get Tzuyu's attention.

"So, how do you like it so far, staying in this house?" 

"I love it so much, I'm glad I meet such nice unnies and oppas. I thought I'll be getting hard time trying  to adjust being away from my family and living with new people. But everyone cares and treats me so nicely," Tzuyu said. Jackson was paying full attention to every word she say. Not to mention he felt his knees weakened everytime she smiles. Jackson quickly came back to his sense and continue talking.

"I understand how it feels, to be away from your family. It's the same for me too. They help me a lot in overcoming that. If not for them, I think I'd still cry every night before I sleep," Jackson said and Tzuyu laughed at his words. Jackson literally felt his heart warmed at the sight. He was really thankful that Tzuyu didn't once turn to look at him because he's pretty sure heart emojis were about to bounce out from his eyes as he stares at her.

Tzuyu then handed him a bowl that she finished cleaning them with soap and when Jackson took it, their fingers somehow slightly touched each other, and even though Tzuyu looked unbothered because it was just a simple graze, even though it was really short and quick, Jackson felt his heart about to burst in happiness AND TO TELL YOU THIS HAPPENING TO THE KING OF KINGS OF PLAYBOY- KING JACKSON---

To say this is unbelievable is an understatement.

"Oppa? Are you okay? Why are you hugging the bowl?" Tzuyu asked with her already large eyes widening. Jackson himself didn't realize when did he hug the bowl, who was still covered with bubbles to his body, but even when Tzuyu pointed it out, he didn't stop smiling.

"Ah... nothing, I'm just reminded of my mom," he lied. Tzuyu looked at him in disbelief.

"You symbolize your mom as a bowl?" 

"Uh... Well, you know, moms always have soft spot for their expensive bowls," Jackson said. Tzuyu laughed really hard at his words. Who wouldn't because he himself knew that it didn't make any sense.

But Jackson swore, he almost melted into a poodle of water on the floor while listening to Tzuyu's laugh.

Ah... Is this what falling in love feels like?

While Jackson was melting in the kitchen, the rest of them were at the living room, except for Bambam and Yugyeom who went out to buy ice creams.

Jinyoung who came from upstairs scanned the living room using his eyes, looking for a  space to sit. He then saw the empty space beside Nayeon, and looked at others. The only empty space available on the couch was beside Jaebum but the guy had his laptop with him, the bean bags were occupied by Youngjae, Jeongyeon and Mark. The three-seats couch was seated with Dahyun, Mina and Sana. The floor was empty but even if Jinyoung chose to sit beside Nayeon, he didn't think she'd ask him to sit on the floor or she herself moved there. So, yup, beside Nayeon it is.

Jinyoung casually sat beside her and she looked up when she felt the couch shifted. Jinyoung could feel the long stare she gave him but he pretended to not notice it. Nayeon then looked back to her phone. Jinyoung smiled when Nayeon didn't  move or ask him to move.

Not long after, Bambam and Yugyeom came back from the store and handed them a carton of ice cream, but not for each of them. Two of them will share one.

"Uh... Hyung and noona can share together right?" Yugyeom asked as he handed out the ice cream to Nayeon hesitatedly. Jinyoung looked at Nayeon. Nayeon looked at him, and then the others, who seemed like were waiting for her answer. Ugh, how could she say no? That would be too obvious and awkward, Jinyoung could feel offended too. Not that she cared what he would feel, but still...

"Yeah, sure," She said and took the ice cream from Yugyeom. Jinyoung thanked Yugyeom and what Nayeon didn't see was the guy next to her winked at the younger one.

"Let me hold it," Jinyoung said, before he took the carton from Nayeon's hand. 

They just ate in quiet while watching the drama on air. There were times when their spoon would clash with each other but they ignored it.

Nayeon was so into the drama that she didn't even notice Jinyoung was staring at her. She didn't even move her eyes from the screen when she moved her hand to scoop the ice cream. Jinyoung decided that it wouldn't kill to so when she scoop the ice cream and before she even lift the spoon, Jinyoung would gently scoop the ice cream in her spoon back to the carton. Jinyoung almost laughed when Nayeon didn't even notice that she fed herself an empty spoon. He did the same thing again when she scooped, and this time her eyebrows met with confusion. 

Nayeon then finally moved her eyes from the television and scooped her ice cream properly and she really saw the them full in her spoon, before she witnessed Jinyoung pushed them back, which was the answer of empty spoons she had just now.

Nayeon looked at Jinyoung with widened eyes and she saw the guy was trying to hold his laugh. 

"Park Jinyoung!" Nayeon warned him, not too loud, but was enough to draw attention to them. The members especially hadn't seen them interacting for quite some times except for when they accidentally stood beside each other or the awkward glance when they pass by each other. 

"What? I didn't do anything," Jinyoung said, teasing Nayeon by playing innocent. 

"Don't touch my ice cream if you don't want me to stick this spoon in your eyes," Nayeon warned him, but Jinyoung let out a chuckle instead.

"Alright, alright. Have it all to yourself," Jinyoung said in defeat, putting his spoon down. 

"Wait, I don't mean it like that," Nayeon said, suddenly feeling bad. Jinyoung gave her a smile.

"No, no, it's okay. Seriously I can't eat anymore. I'm full already seeing you eat," Jinyoung accidentally slipped the last sentence out and he did notice Nayeon tensed a little bit. Well, that was actually what he said a lot during their dating days. It just slipped out like a habit. Nayeon cleared before he took the carton from Jinyoung's hand and turned to look at the television screen again.

"Well, if you say so," she mumbled but loud enough for Jinyoung to hear. Jinyoung couldn't help but looked at the girl with sad written in his eyes.

He missed those days where he didn't even have to think, his seat was always beside Nayeon. She'd stayed cuddled to his side and his fingers would play with her hair and she always complained that the reason why she fell asleep halfway through the drama was his fault. Jinyoung couldn't help but let out a small sigh.

He wondered if she missed him as much too.

I know I'm the one who wrote this story but Youngjae and Jeongyeon is so cute ;~; i wrote them based on what kind of guy best friend i'd like to have TT I knowwwww lots of you guys don't approve jackson and tzuyu but our boi jackson deserves some moment with his crush too ><

JinYeon is so angsty my heart hurts.
