Tiffany opened her eyes and saw white walls, white ceilings. Am I dead? She asked herself. Its cold and the smell is unpleasant. The smell of a hospital.

"Ah! Thank God Tiff!" Jessica said the moment Tiffany opened her eyes, feeling happy to see her bestfriend.

Tiffany rubbed her eyes "wha-- where am I?" Tiffany said while looking around her hospital room "what happened?"

"You fainted during the party" Jessica said while caressing Tiffany's hair with the look that is full of concern

"Where's Taeyeon?" Tiffany asked, remembering the last time she saw Taeyeon. Blood dripping from her head. Lifeless.

"She's on room 309..." Jessica's voice broke "she's..."

Tiffany sat up fast "she's??? She's what??? What happened???" She panicked, afraid of Jessica's answer

"Hey Tiff calm down" Jessica said while pushing Tiffany's  shoulders to lay down again "you still need to rest."

"What happened to Taeyeon?" She asked again, heart beating fast, chest heaving because of un-controllable breathing

"She's unconscious" Jessica can't help but frown "the doctors said that she's like in a comma. But not actually a comma. She has a high possibility to wake up at any moment" she explained "and.."

"And what?" Tiffany is worried

"The doctors also said that she might lose some memories because of the bleeding from her head" Jessica hold Tiffany's hand "but its a 50/50 chance. She might lose some memories and she might not. Lets just pray that it wont happen"

Tiffany started crying "what if... she doesn't remember me?" She sobbed. Feeling wrecked. Broken. Sad. Why is this happening? Jessica patted her back

"That wont happen. I'm pretty sure about that" Jessica wiped Tiffany's tears "dont think too much."

"Who did this?" Tiffany asked

"I'll tell you once we get out of this place okay?" Jessica kissed Tiffany's forehead "you better rest Tiff."

"Since you just passed out and there's no major injuries that happened to you, you can go home and rest more. You are no longer trapped here" the doctor said after checking Tiffany. The two girls sighed in relief. But how about Taeyeon?

"Thank you so much doc" Tiffany bowed, followed along by Jessica and the doctor.

"So..." Jessica said when the doctor left the room "should we visit Taeyeon?"

Tiffany nodded her head nervously.

The two girls walked towards Taeyeon's room with heavy steps, cold sweat and heart beating faster that it has ever been

room 309...

Jessica knocked on the door and was greeted by Sooyoung and her parents who immediately stood up when they opened the door

"Oh come in you two" the two girls went inside the room

"How are you doing Tiffany?" Sooyoung's mother asked before holding her hand

"I'm fine Mrs. Choi" Tiffany glanced at Taeyeon "how....how about Taeyeon?" She can feel her tears building up in her eyes.

"Still sleeping" mrs. Choi joked to lighten up the situation. Tiffany looked at Taeyeon. She never felt this devastated in her life. There she is, laying on the bed, with tubes on her hand; and on her nose to help her breathe, eyes shut, pale face, pale lips. It hurts her. It hurts her to see Taeyeon like this.

"Uh mom, we better give these two some privacy. I know Tiffany wants to look at Taeyeon alone" Sooyoung said seriously

Sooyoung's parents nodded and they went out the room

"Tiff, I'll be outside if you need anything 'kay?" Jessica said before leaving the room

Tiffany showed a worried smile.

Tiffany sat down on the space next to Taeyeon on her bed. Finally letting a tear roll down her cheeks now they are alone

"Taeyeon-ah..." her voice broke "wake up. I'm here. See? I'm fine" she sniffed

"You better wake up or else..." she started crying on Taeyeon's chest. She can't hold it in anymore. Seeing Taeyeon lay on the bed unconsciously with a big cloth covering her head with trails of dry blood makes her heart go weak. She can't stand looking at her like this. She feels hopeless.

"I...I dont want to see you like this..." she cupped Taeyeon's face "who ever did this to you..." she inhaled deeply "who ever did this to you will pay!" She said before breaking down on Taeyeon's chest.

Tiffany is crying so hard

Until she felt a hand touching her head

Tiffany rose up

"T-Taeyeon?" she said, eyes widened in shock when she saw her.

Taeyeon smiled weakly

"Yah! How could you smile like that when you're all wrecked up!" Tiffany started crying again and hits Taeyeon's stomach lightly.

"Fany-ah" Taeyeon spoke. Finally

She remembers me. Tiffany thought.

"Taetae" a tear fell from Tiffany's eyes again. Taeyeon smiled.

"Yah! Stop smiling!" Tiffany hit Taeyeon softly again "how dare you! How dare you! How dare you!" She cried on Taeyeon's chest continuously like a kid being teased by grown-ups "how dare you leave me like that?"

"I'm back now Fany-ah.." Taeyeon lifted Tiffany's head "I'm sorry. I wont ever leave you again. I promise" she fixed Tiffany's hair. Tiffany is a complete mess right now. She looks like a complete mess. But Taeyeon does not pay attention to that, instead, she looks at the girl in front of her. Admiring her beauty. 

Taeyeon pulled Tiffany's face closer

Looking deeply into Tiffany's eyes that is gleaming because of the tears she've shed

Her lips met Tiffany's

They kissed softly.

Taeyeon showed that she's okay now and everything will be alright.

Tiffany pulled away.

"How dare you" Tiffany said again

Taeyeon chuckled "I love you Fany-ah" she brushed Tiffany's hair on her left ear and caressed her cheeks "I'm really really sorry. I wont let that happen again."

"You better be sure about that Taetae" Tiffany wiped her eyes "I dont want to lose you. Again. Ever." She hugged Taeyeon and buried her nose on Taeyeon's neck

"I love you Taetae"
