“Hyung, hyung!” Hoya said as he tried to wake up the older man. Sunggyu started opening his eyes and looked around a little confused. He was sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch on the hospital room and his friends were keeping him company, but he really didn't need that. He didn't need them around to take care of him like he was a little baby. His back was hurting like hell and he couldn't feel his legs for some reason. His left arm was sore because he was supporting his head because the couch wasn't big enough for his whole body. What kind of hospital was this that hadn't conditions for the visitants of the patients? “What?”

He asked looking around, not knowing where he was for a couple of seconds. He hated when he was forced to wake up, and honestly he wasn't the nicest person when he woke up like that. He looked towards Hoya and he saw the younger man smiling at him. “Woohyun is waking up!” Hoya said trying his best not to say it too loudly. Hearing this, Sunggyu's eyes opened widely, not believing what he just heard and he almost jumped from his seat. He forgot all about the pain in his body and almost ran towards the bed when the younger one was sleeping. Hoya was a little surprised with that reaction and when he was about to ask what happened, Dongwoo just touched his shoulder and told him to stay quiet and ask later.

Sunggyu walked towards the bed and seat on it. There he saw Woohyun gently rub his eyes, like a little child. He looked so weak, so frail. Sunggyu was pretty sure the younger man had lost weight as he continued lying there and he was sure he looked too pale for his own good. The small pink color he used to have on his cheeks was gone and his once chubby cheeks were completely gone and he had some dark circles under his eyes. Just because he was sleeping for so long didn't meant he actually had a chance to rest. He was sleeping because of the amount of drugs the nurses gave him and not because he was tired or anything like that.

Hoya and Dongwoo continued looking to the scene in front of them and the couple tried their best not to smile. They never saw Sunggyu so worried about a thing, they never saw him show so much affection towards someone else besides himself. They never saw him act like that unless he was speaking about his wonderful and amazing books. And they couldn't help but be even more surprised when they saw Sunggyu grab Woohyun's right hand. “Is this man Sunggyu or someone else?” Hoya whispered to Dongwoo who smiled to that. He knew what Hoya meant by those words but didn't said a word. Instead he just told the younger man to keep watching and not miss a single thing. He was pretty sure this was something all of them would remember for the rest of their lives.

Sunggyu continued looking to the younger man and then when Woohyun opened his eyes, even thought it was just a little bit, the older could swear his heart skipped a beat. He looked to the man and waited. He didn't know what he was waiting for, he didn't know why he was so nervous and why he was almost jumping around the room, but at that moment, the only thing he could do was stare at the man that was waking up. He couldn't help but feel a little pain inside his heart when he actually noticed that Woohyun had no hair now. He head covered with a bandage and he looked like a completely different person, but Sunggyu didn't care. And why should he care? He didn't know this man at all, he didn't care for him. In fact, he hated the man in front of him, so why was he holding his hand, why was he worried about what would be Woohyun's reaction when he saw himself in the mirror and noticed he changed so much? It made no sense, no sense at all, and he didn't understood why he was still there, but it was like something was stopping him from getting up and leave.

“Woohyun!” He didn't realized he was holding that breath until he finally said the man's name. The younger looked confused. He looked like he had no idea where he was, he looked lost and he looked a little scared. It only made Sunggyu's heart a little tighter. “How are you feeling? Are you pain? Want me to call the doctor?” The older asked and Woohyun continued staring at him with a very confused expression. It was like he had no idea what was happening. And Sunggyu had no idea why he was talking like that. He actually sounding worried and like he cared. “...Doctor?” Woohyun asked a little confused and Sunggyu nodded. “It's okay, you've to rest! Don't worry. As soon you're feeling better we'll go home and-” Sunggyu stopped talking as soon he noticed what he was saying. He could feel his throat going dry and his cheeks burning. He stopped everything he was doing and was staring with confused eyes to the younger man. Woohyun slowly removed his hand from Sunggyu's strong grip and the older wondered why he was doing that. He looked so scared. Like a little kid who didn't know where his mother was and why he was alone. Dongwoo and Hoya looked at the scene in front of them with curious eyes as well. The Woohyun the knew wouldn't let go of Sunggyu's hands, not even if he was forced and he wouldn't look so scared. What was wrong? Woohyun opened his mouth to speak and the words wouldn't leave his mouth, but when they did, Sunggyu almost died. “...W...Who are you?”

“What the hell doctor! You said the surgery was a success! That the surgery went perfectly!” Sunggyu wanted to rip the doctor's head off. He felt like he had been told the biggest lie in the world and if it wasn't for the couple next to him, trying to calm him down, he was pretty sure the doctor in front of him would be paying a visit to the morgue by now. “And it was!” The doctor said defending himself. “Then why doesn't he remember a thing? Why doesn't he remember me?” The teacher asked and Dongwoo didn't know what to say. He wanted to tell him to calm down, but knowing his friend the way he did, if he kept saying words like “please calm down” or “let the doctor explain” he was pretty sure heads would roll. He never saw Sunggyu so angry, so nervous, so ready to explode.

The doctor tried his best to calm down, and when he did, he looked right into Sunggyu's eyes and he saw how angry and pissed the man in front of him was. But he honestly had no idea of what was happening with his patient. He really didn't know and it made no sense, but since he was a doctor, he couldn't say it like that. He had to use weird words to say one thing. “I'm sorry, but I don't know why this is happening. No patient of mine has lost his memory.” Sunggyu was ready for the kill, he really was. “Then you probably became a very lazy and idiotic doctor because Nam Woohyun has no ing idea who I am!”

By now, Dongwoo and Hoya had to grab Sunggyu because he was almost jumping to rip the doctor's throat. They knew it wasn't the doctor's fault, and they were pretty sure Sunggyu knew it as well, but this was his way to show how hurt he was. This was his way to show his world was on the verge of collapse and he couldn't do a thing to stop it. This was Sunggyu's way to show he had feelings for Woohyun but didn't want to admit it, no matter what. “The only explanation is that Nam Woohyun is repressing a bad memory.” Sunggyu stopped struggling against the hold from his friends and looked to the doctor, finally paying attention to what he was saying. It was a good sign, at least in Dongwoo's point of view. Hoya was scared and was pretty sure the older man was going to kill someone that day.

“He can be repressing bad memories...he might not want to remember you...this might be his choice...” The doctor said and when he was expecting a good answer, instead, he saw Sunggyu shout at his face. “WHAT? Why would he do that? No, he would never do something like that! Never!” Sunggyu knew Nam Woohyun. He knew he wouldn't forget that easily. He knew that Woohyun wouldn't just chose to forget him. Not after all the things he said, not after all the fights he had so Sunggyu could notice him. “He...He...He said he loved me....he just...he just can't forget me that easily..” Right now, he wasn't talking to the doctor or to his friends. He was talking to himself, he was allowing his emotions to come out so the whole world could see him what he was feeling and how hurt, how crushed he was at that exact moment. “He said he loved me...he can't forget about me...he just can't...” Dongwoo held his friend in a tight embrace and all Sunggyu could do was cry. All he could do was cry. He couldn't believe Woohyun forgot about him, but the reality was that the younger man forgot all about him and now, was scared of Sunggyu. He probably thought Sunggyu was insane and now, because of that, Woohyun was scared of him. Nothing would bring the old Woohyun back...nothing would bring Woohyun's love back. Nothing!
