Their first album was a failure and it was devastating to all the members. The company was not making it obvious but they knew that they were slowly being neglected and just the thought of it terrified them. They had given away their life to be in this group and to stop now is not an option. Although he had been hurt as well, as a leader Eric had no choice but to stand firm like a tree and persuade the fragile members.

                The concept offered for their second promotion was flower boys. They cringed at the idea because devilish rascals changed to delicate princes?? The concept fitted Hyesung the best yet he was the grumpiest when accepting their fate. Hell, they even acted cute for the first jib so they have nothing more to lose. He laughed at the thought.

                Turned out the concept was popular at the moment and fortunately they survived! Even more surprising, they won their first number one title at the music program and became famous instantly. As expected, Hyesung and Minwoo was the most popular member. He did not feel offended; even better that he was out of the spotlight. Long story short, they kept the expected concept of the idols for a long time until the trend changes…

                Six people were sitting gloomily in the small empty room.

“Yah, I want to be the prettiest!” exclaimed the short boy in his deep voice, breaking the silence with a ridiculous demand.

“Are you crazy?”  Minwoo snorted with disbelieve. “I will be the prettiest.”

Hyesung joined in, “No way, you know I am the prettiest. Let’s bet!”

                The room roared with laughter. They knew they were just joking around but somehow there was an air of rivalry, which was always fun with them. He laughed until he could not open his eyes.

                When he opened them again, suddenly they were sitting along a long table. They were at a fan-signing event, and true enough, Dongwan won the competition. He could not help but shook his head feeling silly.

                The mic was given to Dongwan and everyone in the small hall cheered.

“Shinhwa is not responsible for your life.”

                His speech sent cold ice across the room. After the moment of shock passed, the fans booed him with anger. Even the members could not looked at him out of embarrassment. He could only glared at the abashed boy and mind-noted to knock some sense into him later.

Suddenly a ghost face surprised him and he fell on his . “Why are you so surprised?” The boy pulled him up while laughing.

                It was only Dongwan, face painted white for the promotion. So the CEO was interested in jpop and made the shameless boy realizing his vision. He was not even going to question the boy’s sanity anymore and decided to enjoy the fun while it last.

                The scene changed again. Dongwan walked out from his room. It has been some time since he locked himself and rarely hang out with them at the living room. His appearance shocked them.. because he was gaining muscle! Idols don’t match well with muscle! What is he thinking! Is he crazy! And just like that, all of them went bare chest for their next promotion.
