It was a regular Saturday in Korea as Amber was packing to go back to LA to spend some time with her family and friends. She was just arranging and planning what clothes to bring back, and what gifts to buy before she flies back, while Jack Jack was taking a nap on her bed, only to get waken up by his owner due to the short-haired girl rejecting the outfits for home, while Tuna was just chilling in the living room by the window to enjoy the rays of sunlight that shone on the grey cat.

While packing, she heard a ring on her phone, indicating a message received by a chat group that consists of Kryber shippers and MeUs.  

“HEYYYYYYY I JUST SAW THIS ONLINE!!!” went a user.

The person then sent a black and white picture of Krystal in her bra for an art exhibition.

Amber almost dropped her phone like she almost dropped a new song. Almost. She managed to catch it in time before it lands on the cold hard ground like what her hands feel at the moment. Cold. But definitely not her cheeks as they are hot and red from anger and jealousy. Mostly jealousy actually.

“Why does she have to share this with the entire world?!” she thought.

“OMG!”

“HEOL!”

“DAEBAK!”

“WHY IS THIS NOT IN COLOUR?!” the shippers went in the chat.

Upon reading the last message, Amber clenched her left fist as it was her free hand.

The people in the chat didn’t know she is the Amber that they have been shipping with Krystal all along. When asked if she could share her personal pictures of her face, Amber would always decline by saying that she does not look good in pictures, and is not a fan of taking selcas. And they did not know that the ship that they have been shipping all along is real, and that there is a very red face llama right in the chat. All they knew was to address Amber as ‘llama’, in which they presumed she adopted it due to the fact that she was an ‘Amber stan’, and she was always the one who has first-hand information about their ship. Of course it would be first-hand information since half of their ship is in the chat, making the shippers more delusional every time.

Amber took a deep breath as she relaxes her fist and she consoled herself that these are normal fangirl behaviours, and would have reacted the same if the picture was her idol.

But it isn’t. It’s her girlfriend! Her beautiful, pretty, gorgeous girlfriend!

Amber tried to relax once again, and typed a reply.

“!!!!!!!!!!!!!” was all she could type given her current mood.

Krystal did tell her that she will be doing a photoshoot for an art exhibition and things might get slightly “escalated” for the shoot. And Amber was totally unaware how “escalated” it went until today.

Amber saved the picture so that she could send it to Krystal, and not so that she would set it as her wallpaper, screensaver, chat backgrounds, to appreciate her girlfriend’s beauty. Nope. Totally not.

She opened KakoTalk, and sent the picture to her girlfriend who is probably travelling around the world for work or is probably in Korea. She lost track on her girlfriend’s whereabouts since the younger girl have been so busy lately. Talk about being a bad girlfriend.

“YAH! WHAT IS THIS?! WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME?!” went Amber as she typed furiously.

“Surprise! Told you it would be a surprise for you!” came the swift reply from the ‘ice-cold-but-dorky’ girl.

“WHAT SURPRISE?! IT’S A FREAKING HEART ATTACK!” as she typed furiously. Again.

“IT IS NOT A SURPRISE FOR ME BUT FOR YOUR FANS!” she went on, obviously still jealous that others got to see the picture before her.

“LLAMA, CALM DOWN. I HAVE ANOTHER SURPRISE FOR YOU”

“GO ON THEN I AM WAITING”

Amber received another photo from Krystal, and it was more than what was shown in the photo for the art exhibit. In colour at that.

Amber face turned red again, not from anger nor jealousy, but from blushing at the picture that she just received.

“…….” Was all that she could reply.

“So look who is speechless now eh?” teased the long-haired girl.

“Gotta go now! Manager-oppa is looking for me! Bye! I miss you!” the young one continued before going offline.

Amber let out a slight smirk after reading the messages.

“Let’s wait and see who will have the last laugh. Oh I can’t wait for the day to be here already.” Amber thought to herself.

22^nd February, Wednesday

Amber reached LA a few days ago, and spent the days hanging out and catching up with her friends, and went on a hunt for boba, her favourite taro pearl drink. Today was no exception, except that her “revenge day” finally came.

She finally got the green-light from Nike, W and her manager to post the video and the picture online. In those, she was wearing an ed shirt over her sports bra. The video showed a glimpse of it, while there was a full-size picture of her and her iness.

She sent the picture into the chat group she was in, and as per normal, the shippers went crazy.

“OMG SO IS AMBER GONNA KILL US NOW?!”

“f(x) in their lingerie gives me life”

“IS THIS AMBER’S REVENGE TO KRYSTAL FOR HAVING THAT BRA PICTURE?” one of them pointed out.

“Bingo!” she thought.

“I would like to thank Nike and W for giving us this chance to see Amber in her sports bra. Talk about being y!” another replied, and Amber pushed her chest out slightly, gaining stares from her friends.

She retreated back a little and let out a small, shy smile, feeling a little shy as compared to the confidence she had in the chat group with shippers. Her friends didn’t know about the advertorial until one of them saw Jackie’s post on Twitter.

It caused a ruckus amongst her friends as they couldn’t believe that Amber would one day be showing her chest in a commercial. After they calmed down, Amber went back to her phone, only to see several messages from Krystal.

“OH AMBER YOU ARE SO DEAD NOW”

“WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU CAN WEAR YOUR SPORTS BRA AND TAKE A PHOTOSHOOT?! WHO?!”

“PRINCESS OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT APPROVE”

“I SWEAR YOU ARE SO DEAD THE MOMENT I AM BACK FROM MILAN”

Amber saw the messages and laughed and how the Princess reacted. She reacted just the way she wanted, and she have never felt so satisfied ever in her life.

“Revenge is sweet J” she replied.

“See you in Korea!”

“Bye!!!!! Have fun in Milan! I am gonna go have fun in LA too!” she typed as she put her phone away and continued to have a conversation with her friends.

But Amber is definitely screwed when she goes back to Korea to reunite with Krystal. For sure.
