Kim’s POV

It was the 1st day of school. Kris and I were playing together in the playground at recess break. Kris didn't like talking to anyone so he only played with me.

“Yi Jin look! I made a sand starfish for you.”

I gasped, “Woah Yi Fan!! That’s so pretty!!!”

Out of nowhere there was this really happy kid that looked like a Panda appeared in front of us.

“Gege!! Look at this starfish!!!” He called his friends.

His friends walked over, “Woah!!!”

Kris glared at them, “Go away!”

I hit his arm, “Yi Fan, be nice.”

Kris sighed and continued playing with the sand.

“Gege, jiejie, can we play with you?” Panda boy asked.

I nodded with a smile, “Sure.”

“I’m Huang ZiTao.” Panda boy said.

We then looked to the pretty boy.

“I’m Lu Han.” Pretty boy said.

We moved over to clueless boy.

He looked at us like why were we looking at him.

“Gege, your name.” ZiTao whispered.

“Oh, I’m Zhang Yixing.” Clueless boy said.

I nodded, “I’m Su Yi Jin and this is Wu Yi Fan. Don’t mind him, he just need some warm up. He doesn’t really talk to people he just know.”

They all nodded and we continued playing with the sand.

2 weeks later

“Yi Fan gege plwease~” ZiTao begged.

“ZiTao I said no!!” Kris got frustrated.

I walked over to them, “What happened?”

“Jiejie, Yi Fan gege don’t want to play rock paper scissor with me.” ZiTao pouted.

I ruffled his hair, “I’ll play with you.”

After 5 rounds filled with laugher, Kris joined in.

I smirked, “You guys play, I’m tired.”

“Aww okay.” ZiTao pouted, but soon smiled again playing with Kris.

After 2 rounds, “Gege, you’re such a cheater!” ZiTao whined.

“Ugh you guys are so noisy, I’m going to play somewhere else.” I said and walked away.

As I was walking around to find my girlfriends, but then I spotted 2 boys sitting on the bend watching other playing.

I walked to them and sat next to them, “Why aren’t you playing?”

They looked at me and didn’t say anything.

“You guys don’t look Chinese…are you not Chinese?” I asked again.

They shook their heads.

I nodded “Then can you guys speak Chinese?”

They nodded, “A little bit.” They said in their broken Chinese.

“Do you want to go play with me and my friends?” I asked them.

 They smiled and nodded.

I got up, “Alright then, let’s go!”

“Wait!” The boy with chubby cheeks yelled, and I looked back at him.<
