Continuation of previous chapter

Being a member of a rather famous indie band, Myungsoo had to deal with various kind of fans that supported him. The last time one of his hardcore fans found out where he lived and it caused many problems and complaints from his neighbors which made him kicked out. It was when he was considering of living in a shared apartment instead, that way he could hide himself better. Just in case a fan found out and decided to drop by, it wasn’t him who opened the door. The moment he found the advertisement by this person named Sungyeol, he was more than happy and contacted him right away. It went smoothly and he already moved in a few days later. He’s been extra careful on the moving day, even asked another friend to act as him while he escaped. The fact that he most likely not able to meet his roommate so often only made him more comfortable because it would be such a problem if the other was a fan or so. He wouldn’t want to spark a war within his own fans after all. Besides, he decided that he didn’t want to meddle too much with his roommate. Or at least, that’s what he thought at first.

When he left a note and dinner for his roommate on the very first day he moved in was just a courtesy to show his gratitude for him. After all, if it wasn’t for Sungyeol, he wouldn’t have found a new shelter so soon after he was basically kicked out. Well, he was given a week to pack and find a new apartment honestly. Oh, it might sound too much, but it wasn’t the first time he got complaints from his neighbors, though this one was the most severe one yet, so.. Yeah. Anyhow, he expected nothing in return, yet the friendly reply and the meal prepared for him in the morning made him felt warm inside. How come a person trusted someone he never met nor talk to before and being this kind, he thought. As they exchanged letters, curiosity grew inside him and he wanted to actually meet this pen-pal of his. He couldn’t help but wondering how was it like to talk to Sungyeol in person, what kind of expressions he would have, and most of all how’s he looked like.

Unknowingly, this tiny activity of exchanging letters became the highlight of his every single day and he was always excited about it. His band mates noticed this changed of behavior he had. Like how cheerful he seemed lately, how they often caught him smiling by himself like an idiot, and most of all, how his music sounded sweeter than before. They even , thinking that the reason he moved from his old place was to move in with his lover of sort. It was almost ridiculous that he felt attraction towards someone he never spoke to or even saw.
