The next morning
*jonghyun filming set*
Jonghyun is waiting for his turn to film. He sits on one of the folding chairs, near the film set. He looks fully engrossed on his script that he didnt even noticed jiyeon came closer to him.
She moves close to jonghyun and said "annyeong oppa"
"Ohh.. Jiyeon-ah, annyeong" jonghyun looked up and replied before looking back down to the script
These two has gotten closer in the past couple months due to their filming schedules together
"Memorising script?" Jiyeon asked cutely
"Ohh yeah..." He answers while still reading...
Jiyeon knows it useless to strike up more conversation now. She just sits next to him, takes out her script and starts reading too.
*at the entrance of filming set*
A van pulled over,.. A girl and a man came out... Or its more like an idol and the VJ. Yup! You guessed it! Its yoona :D
"Oppa!!!! Are you sure he's here??!!" Yoona asked the VJ
"Yes yes.. Im sure. I called his manager half hour ago, he said he dropped him off himself" kwon ryeol replied
"Ok lets go then" yoona cheerly said
She slowly creeps up to the filming area, wanting to surprise jonghyun.
From a fair distance she starts to see jonghyun sitting near the set..... With jiyeon next to him.... Her jealousy starting to burn again
"That little...... Why cant she just stay away frm my jongie!!! >:( ...."
Yoona fastened her pace and crept up behind jonghyun. When she's right behind him, she suddenly closed jonghyun eyes and said
"Guess who!!!!!"
jonghyun smiles, holds yoona hands thats closing his eyes and said
"Ooh yeobo-yahh"
"?????, how do you know???"
"From the scent of your hands" jonghyun said while still holding yoona's hand
Yoona quickly pulls her hand.. Her face turned red "jongie, byuntae!!! Sniffing my hand XD" yoona thought in her mind. She would have said it out loud, but since camera is rolling she cant..
Jonghyun stood up and said "what are you doing here?"
"Im here to visit my nampyeon!!" Yoona said cheerly
Jonghyun saw the VJ and thinks "Oh.. Yeah.. This drama will air on mbc ....."
Jiyeon saw all that was happening. She's thinking in her mind "gosh... I thought he's cold... But how come he smiles and all to her... I guess its true what the rumour said.. They are close.... She seems nice... But why do i feel this strong urge to not like her :/ "
"Oh by the way, jiyeon-ah, this is my wife yoona, yoongie-ah this is my co-star jiyeon" jonghyun introduced them to each other
"Bwoh!!! Jiyeon-ah!!! Are they really that close >:(" yoona's thinking
"Annyeonghaseyo yoona-shi" jiyeon said
"Annyeonghaseyo jiyeon-shi" yoona replied
Both of them smiled and seemed friendly... But you can feel the tension in the air...
Suddenly another girl appear
"Jiyeonnie!!!" The girl called
"Ahhh!!! Eunjung-Unnie!!! What are you doing here??" Jiyeon surprised
"I just finished my schedule near here and got nothing after so i thought i might visit you.... Oh... Annyeonghaseyo" eunjung said after noticing jonghyun and yoona... Well.... Just jonghyun really... She kinda ignored yoona
Jonghyun greeted her back politely... Jonghyun can sense trouble... He was about to ask yoona to go lunch with him when the director yelled
"Jonghyun-shi!!! Can you come here for a moment please!!"
"Daeeee!!" Jonghyun replied
"Yeobo-yah.. Wait fr me fr a bit, ok? I'll come back in a sec and we'll have lunch together" jonghyun said
Yoona grins and nods at the mention of lunch
"Ok.. Lets take a break for a bit. We'll start again. When you guys are having lunch, im going to go back to the van and grabs some batteries" the VJ said to yoona
"Daee..." Yoona replied
After the VJ left, yoona just stood near the stool where jonghyun sat before. She can see jonghyun speaking to the director and the crew from a distance.
Near her jiyeon and eunjung are chatting along.. She didnt really catch any of what their talking bout until the word jonghyun came into it.
"So! How are you coming along with jonghyun? Did you managed to ask him out yet" eunjung asked
"!!!!!!! Is she talking about MY jonghyun!!!" Yoona is thinking.
"Unnie!! Not too loud!!!" Jiyeon replied seemed embarassed
"Sighh.... I guess not..... You should be pro-active yeonnie-ahhh!!! Cant just sit there and wait!! Later on when he comes back, asked him if he wants to go for a dinner or something?!" Eunjung pushed jiyeon
"But.. But..." Jiyeon still cant make up her mind
"Excuse me..." Yoona suddenly said
Both jiyeon and eunjung is looking at yoona
Jiyeon has that panicked "oh no! She heard!" Look
While eunjung had got that "what do you want, !" Kinda look
"I dont mean to eavesdrop but i cant help but overheard that you planning to ask jonghyun out"
"You do know he is on WGM at the moment right? So he is not really supposed to date anyone" yoona explained
"Uhmm.. No... Sorry.. Actually..." Jiyeon stutteringly explained when eunjung cut her and said
"Yah!! Can you mind your own business?!"
"You got all the boys in the world and now you want jonghyun too?!"
"I bet you didnt even know who he was until you were casted on WGM!"
"And now that is the new trend, you wanna use him to gain more fame too!!"
"Stop being greedy, !"
"BWOOHH!!!" Yoona screamed as she punched eunjung on the face... Thats right folks! PUNCH! On the face too
Eunjung fell to the ground.. Jiyeon almost instantly screamed "unnieee!!!!!"
Jonghyun heard the scream, he rushed over to see yoona with a burning eyes looking down at eunjung on the ground with her left eye turned blue..
"What happened??" Jonghyun asked
"She punched me!" Eunjung cried
"Yoongie-ah? Is that true?" Jonghyun asked while moving yoona's angry face off eunjung to him.
She looks at him still with an angry face and nods
"That ! I was just talking with jiyeon and suddenly she came up to me and punched me on the face!" Eunjung lied
"What!!! I..." Yoona was about to go full rage mode again when jonghyun stands in front of her and said
"Dont talk about her like that" jonghyun firmly said
"What? But you dont even know what she..." Eunjung said when jonghyun cut him and said
"I dont care if she is right or wrong... "
"I still wont let you talk about her like that" jonghyun said still calm but firm at the same time.
Yoona's anger died down abit hearing jonghyun talks.. In her mind she thinks "he is truly my protector.. Always on my side no matter what :) "
"Wae?? Wae?? Are you like her boyfriend or something??" Eunjung asked couldnt believe what jonghyun is saying
"Im not her boyfriend..."
"Im her husband" he replied
"Bwoh!!! Hahahaha its just a show and you're taking it so seriously!!! Wake up!! She's just using you!!!" Eunjung screamed
By this time a few filming crews are crowding the area.
Jonghyun said to jiyeon "Jiyeon-ah, yo might wanna take her away before she said more things that will hurt t-ara again"
Jiyeon nods and said to eunjung "unnie!!!! Lets go!!! Alot of people are starting to gather!!"
She then starts to drag eunjung away while eunjung still screaming and yelling stuff like "its not over you !" " you better watch your back!" Etc etc.. Lol
Jonghyun finally turned to yoona and said
"Come, lets have lunch somewhere quite"
Yoona just nods and follows jonghyun. They walk for a bout 5 min and arrived at a small park with a pond in the middle. They both sat on the seats near the pond.
Jonghyun then asked yoona sternly
"Tell me what happened"
Yoona was surprised.. Jonghyun has got that parent's look thats ready to punish their naughty children
"Hey!!!! I thought you dont care if im right or wrong!!!!" Yoona pouted
"in front of others.. I will never question you... I will always be on your side.... Even if i know you are wrong" jonghyun said
"But now that we are alone, i wanna know what happened" he demanded
Yoona still pouting but had no choice.. She then explained what happened to him..
Jonghyun listened to her intently the whole way through.. Till the end when yoona said
"After she called me i just smacked her on the face"
".... .... .... " jonghyun just stayed quite
Yoona became restles cos of his quiteness
"Dont you believe me???" She asked
"I do.. I believe every word you said" he asnwered
Yoona smiled after hearing his answered.. But when she looked at jonghyun, she becomes anxious again. Jonghyun has got that serious and concerned look on him. Yoona then asked
"Why are you still upset then??"
"Im not upset... Its just that..."
" i dont think you should have punch that girl" jonghyun answered
"But, wae???!!! She called me a and accused me of using you!!"
"Wae!!!! Unless.... Unless... You really do think im using you....." Yoona eyes starting to get all teary
"Or maybe you dont wanna look bad in front of that jiyeon!!" Now yoona's starting to tear
"Yoona-yah.. I dont..." Jonghyun answered when she just cut him and said
"I have to go..." She then ran off
Jonghyun was about to chase her when the director yelled for him.
Jonghyun weakly turned back with a worried look on his face...
*SNSD Dorm*
Yoona came back home crying and bawling.. At home there's only taeyeon and seohyun around. The rest of the girls are out on schedules
They were shocked to see her in that state.. When they finally ask what happened yoona just answered "jonghyun thinks im just using him" and then She proceed to cry more.... Lots more...
Both taeyeon and seohyun knew something is not right... There is no way jonghyun will think that. They waited till yoona calmed down a bit before asking her to explain what happened from the beginning
She told both of them exactly what happened from beginning til the end..
" so let me get this straight, he takes your side in front of those girls even without knowing what happened?" Taeyeon asked
Yoona nods
"He believes your side of the story?"
Yoona nods
"So why are you crying!!!!" Taeyeon asked
"Unnieee!!!! Havent you been listening??!!! He thinks im just using him!!!" Yoona said as she cries some more.
"Yoongie-ah.. Has he ever said with his own word that he thinks you are using him?" Taeyeon asked
"..... No... But i mean... Why else would he tell me not to hit that right?? She said so many bad things bout me, unnie!!!!" Yoona argued
"Did he say why you shouldnt hit her?" Taeyeon asked again
"Well.... I just kinda ran off... Before he gets to explained...." Yoona answered
"Yoongie-ahhh!!!!" "Unnieeee" Both taeyeon and seohyun screamed...
"Yoongie!! You should have at least heard what he's got to say first..." Taeyeon said while shaking her head in disbelief...
"... But.. I was.. So upset.... And.. And...." Yoona answered
"Unnie, in my opinion.. The reason why he doesnt like you hitting her is for your own good... You how things like this can easily turn into a big scandal.."
"If someone was around there at the time with camera phone... Recorded everything.... You will be in trouble now, unnie" seohyun explained...
Yoona was stunned... She was too clouded by jealousy and anger she didnt even think about this.....
Suddenly seohyun's phone rings
RING RING
She looks and quickly goes to the kitchen to answer
"Annyeong oppa. Why did you suddenly call?" She asked to the person on the phone
"No, he's not here.. " she talks again...
"What!!!!!! Why??!!!" Seohyun screamed
"Hyunnie! Whats wrong?" Taeyeon asked after hearing the maknae screamed
Seohyun came back to the living room, still on thr phone.
"Arrasso oppa, arrasso, i will let you know" she said before hanging up
Yoona and taeyeon looks at intently for hyunnie waiting for her to tell them what going on. She finally said
" yong-oppa just told me that jonghyun-oppa walked off in the middle of filming earlier"
"Bwooohh!!!! What happened!!! " yoona screamed
Seohyun sat down near the girls and said,
"Earlier Their manager called yong-oppa asking if he knows where he is, he also told him that jonghyun was asking the director if he could leave early for personal matters. When the director tells him no and gets angry, jonghyun just walked off "
"Yong- oppa told me he's in trouble now cos apparently the director said to him that if he leaves he's gonna get cut, and he just said 'as if i care' or something like that" seohyun finally finished explaining
"Omo! Ottoke!! Where do you think he's going hyunnie!!! Unnie!!! This is all my fault!!!" Yoona panickly said to both of her sisters
DING DONG
"There's your answer" taeyeon answered. Seemingly unsurprised
Sure enough, as soon as the door opens. Jonghyun is seen standing..
"Come in jonghyun-ah, yoongie is inside" taeyeon said
"Gomawo noona.." He said and quickly gone in
jonghyun found yoona sitting on the sofa hugging her teddy. He moves closer to her. Sat right next to her and said..
She saw him all sweaty and looking worried... Not a look you will normally see on jonghyun.. She suddenly feels bad... She might misunderstood him and now she might cause him to loose a drama role too.. But her pride is still preventing her too talk first
"Yoongie-ah... You never did give me a chance to explain why i didnt want you to hit that girl...." Jonghyun said softly
"Think about this for a sec, ok? If now she decided to press charges on you for assault... What would you do?.... You might win the case in the end... But the damage for you will be done... Imagine what it will do to your group.... To your sisters.... Do you think it was worth it?...." Jonghyun calmly explained
"Oohhh nooo!! Im wrong arent i >.<" yoona thinks in her head
Taeyeon and hyunnie both shake their head. They knew jonghyun will have a good reason.. And yoona was just being childish.
Taeyeon knows that yoona has always been insecure.. Probably due to her past... And because of that.. She has become rather unstable
"I guess it takes a guy like jonghyun, who's got the patience to calm her down...."
"... Are you sure its because of this??.. Not cos you think im using you?" Yoona asked childishly... She's actually not upset no more.. But she just love hearing jonghyun's sweet words
" yoongie-ah... You do use me all the time" he teasingly said
"Yahh!!!!! Im still angry here and you're teasing me !!!" Yoona pouted again
"But its true... You used me as a cushion for you when you fell on the boat, you used me as a pillow last time when you were sick and you used me to take you to romantic places..."
" But you know what..."
" I do want you to use me... In fact.. I want you to use... ONLY me" he said
Yoona turning away hiding her smile
"Gah!! How come he always got some smart answer" yoona thinks to herself
Jonghyun moves closer to yoona.. He gives her a hug and said...
"Even, I use you... "
"I use you as a reason why i wake up every morning"
He moves closer to yoona's ear and whispers
" do you mind if i use you for the rest of my life?"
Yoona just buried her face on jonghyun's shoulder and shook her head..
