The day after WGM filming

 

*SNSD Dorm*

 

It was a little pass 9 in the morning. Yoona was still comfortablly sleeping in her bed.

"Yoona-yah!! Wake up!! We got a schedule at noon" yuri yelled from outside the room

"Yahhh!! Im yoona!!! Wake up!!!" Yuri yelled again, this time even louder then the last.

 

Yuri saw that she is still not coming out so she annoyedly walk into the room, pulled yoona's blanket roughly and started to shake yoona's body while saying "wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" 

 

"Arrrgghhh!!!unnieeee!!!!!" Yoona grumpily yelled

"Aishh chincha this girl... Everyday i got to be your personal nanny and wake you up" yuri complained

Yoona groggily got up, nursing her big fat headache.... 

 

Her brain is starting to work again when yuri asked her "yoongie-ah, how did you end up getting so drunk last night?"

 

Yoona rub her head and think "drunk...... Last night......    ......    .....   !!!!!!!!!!!"

 

"OMO!!!! OTTOKE!!!!" Yoona yelled

 

All the memories from last night came flooding back.  The squeeze, the peck, the hug, the piggy back.. And.... And.... The other thing she was gonna do.... 

 

Her face immediately turns red...just recalling those memories is enough to get her all flustered an and all hot inside.

 

"Wae wae?! Did anything happen?!" Yuri asked curiously

 

"Ani!!!" Yoona answered while running into the bathroom

"Hmmm, something is definitely up... So suspicious" yuri said..

 

"Ottoke... What am i gonna do... How am i supposed to face him now... :'(" yoona mumbled while getting ready for her schedule

 

"Cmon yoongie, we got go now" sunny called yoona

"Is it just the three of us going" yoona asked

"Yeah" yuri answered

 

The three of them got into the van. 

 

When they are finally seated

Yoona suddenly asked, " what schedule have we got again?"

Yuri smacked her forehead in disbelief  "yoongie-ahhhh.. How can you not even know what we're doing!???"

"Bianne unnie, i was kinda flat out with schedules lately so the timing is all jumbled up in my brain" yoona sheepishly said

 

"Its idol star athletic and archery championship" the manager whos driving replied

" bwoh!!! Sports!!!!" Yoona said, looking like her soul has just been out of her body...

After a night of drinking, sports is the last thing she wants to do.

"Kwenchana... We just signed you in for one event" the manager said

"Which one is it?" Yoona curiously asked

"70 m hurdles" the manager replied

 

"Sigh... I guess it wont be too bad.. I'll just run slowly, make sure i dont fall and loose. Its not like i care whether i win or not" she thinks to herself

 

*at mokdong stadium where the event is held*

 

SNSD van finally arrived. The girls quickly got off, they were told that they got 30 mins before start so they should start get going into the dressing room fr a quick briefing.

 

The girls walked quickly in the hall way when suddenly yoona mumbled

"!!!!! Oh no!!! This cant be happening... I didnt know he was gonna be here too >.<"

 

That right, she was talking about jonghyun. He was out getting a drink on a vending machine when he saw yoona. 

 

"Oh ! Its her.. Ow man... This is so awkward" jonghyun thought to himself

 

"I gotta greet him and say sorry about last night, or else he might think im some kind of weird ert" Yoona walked up to her in a super awkward way.

 

"Annyeong jonghyun-shi" yoona said shyly

 

Yuri and sunny saw their awkwardness, they squeals and scream their way to the their dressing room

 

"Annyeong yoongie-ah" he smiled warmly

 

Yoona was surprised, she didnt expect jonghyun was gonna smile like that. She expected the usual cold treatment.

 

 She looked around to see if the VJ is filming but she could see no one.. "Camera is not rolling, how come he smiles and talks comfortably to me?!" Yoona wondered

 

"You feel better now?" He asked still showing his dimple smile

"Ahh dae..." Yoona answered nervously not daring to look straight into his burning eyes

"Uhmm.. Uhh.... About last night..." Yoona stutters while speaking

"Kamsahamida for taking care of me! And im sorry if i annoyed you!" she said half screaming while bowing 90 degress.

 

"Sorry? For what?.." Jonghyun said with a sneaky smile on him

"For. Uhm.. Uh.. That.. Thing..." Yoona is struggling to answer, her face starting to turn bright red

"Thing?... What thing?..." Jonghyun asked. Still acting innocent..

"You know!!! That thing... I did...  last night..." Yoona said, still beating around the bush cos she cant bear to say it.

 

" ahhhh you mean this!" Jonghyun making a funny gropping moves

"Or is it this?!" Jonghyun is now putting his arm up and down his thigh while making fake aroused face.

 

"Oppaa!!!!! Dont do that" yoona's face turned into a tomato color

She smacks jonghyun repeatedly on his arms while looking left and right making sure no one is watching them

 

"Arrasso arrasso, i'll stop" jonghyun finally calm down

"But you gotta do one thing to make it up for me" jonghyun said

"What is it" yoona asked

 

 "i'll do anything to get him to stop, arrgghhh this is sooooo embarassing" yoona thinks to herself

 

"Call me jongie frm now on" he answered

"Jongie! Wae?!" Yoona asked again

"You called me that last night, remember?" He asked with a smile

Yoona didnt answer, she just nodded with her head down.. The very mention of last night makes her blushed all over again.

 

"I like the sound of you calling me that.. Actually that is what my closest friend calls me" he explains

 

"So i only have to call you that frm now on and all is forgotten?" Yoona asked with brightened face

"I dont know about forgotten.. But i wont mention it no more" jonghyun said 

 

"i dont think i can forget it even if i try.. I dont think i want to, to be honest" jonghyun think to himself, smiling.

 

"Arrasso, its a deal" yoona said

" i would have done it if he just asked anyways, so good deal fr me i guess hihihi" yoona thinks

 

"I gotta go.. I got a briefing i need to be in" yoona reluctantly said

"Ok.. good luck today" jonghyun gave her one last smile

 

Yoona saw his warm smile again.. As much as he loves looking at that smile he couldnt help but curious so she blurted out a question to jonghyun

 

 "jong... Jongie-ahh why the sudden change of attitude with me??..."

"Cos i promised you last night... Remember?.." Jonghyun explained to yoona

"Hmmm... Ahhh!!! Yeah... I did made him promised... That was right before i kis...." Suddenly yoona turn red at the thought.

"I can stop if you like" jonghyun continued

"Anii!! I like it" yoona said while smiling and walking off

 

 

*CN Blue dressing room*

 

"Ok boys, we're gonna be in group C, along with FT Island, Shinee, 2NE1 and T-ara" the manager said

He then continued "jungshin and jonghyun will be doing archery while yonghwa will be doing sprint, is that ok with you all?"

"Daeeee!!!" All three of them answers.

"Alright,.. Thats about it then.. You can start walking into the assembly area to meet with your group" the manager concludes

 

The boys got up and as they were bout to leave the manager said "oh! And one more thing,.. Stay away from T-ara girls.. With all the scandal around them, it'll be bad to be seen around them.. Unless you want antis"

 

"Arasso" jonghyun and yonghwa answered. Jonghyun just nodded

 

"Fighting hyungs!!! Jungshin!!! I will be at the stand watching" minhyuk yelled

 

"Aisshhh, lucky bastard... Didnt have to do all this" jungshin said

"Booyaa jungshin?! You dont want air time??!!" Yonghwa teasingly said

".... On a second thought.. I'd rather do this" jungshin said as he quickly opened the door and left

Everyone laughed at jungshin's action. This maknae has never failed to put smiles on their faces.

 

*Stadium Assembly area*

 

The are was rowdy.. Well, i guess thats what happened when you stuffed over 150 idols in one area.

 

Jonghyun was as usual, standing right at the back, quitely. He noticed that everyone was practically chatting to each other... Save for T-ara girls that is.. He saw that jiyeon, hyomin and eunjung..the only three that participated, stood next to him, who only talked to themselves.. 

 

It was really obvious to him thats everyone is avoiding them.. They are all scared T-ara's scandal will effect them if they are seen together. They dont wanna risk ruining their image... 

 

"Hmmppfff... Thats bull" jonghyun mumbled.. Feeling sorry for the girls.

 

Jiyeon accidently bumped him. She immidiately turned to jonghyun, bowed to him and said "im sorry"

"Kwenchana" jonghyun said, giving her a warmest dimple smile

 

Jiyeon was mesmerized by his smile.. He's seen jonghyun at music events before but never has she seen him smile.. And boy.... what a captivating smile he's got she thought to herself

 

Jonghyun didnt noticed that jiyeon still staring at him.. His vision was already locked somewhere else.. 

 

Amongst the crowd jonghyun saw yoona " ah so she's in group F, along with ZEA, some random girl band and boy band" he thought to himself

Jonghyun is never really into k-pop scene.. Its funny cos he is really in one. Heck CN Blue is one of their big names.. 

 

The only reason he remembers ZEA is cos of that guy with really annoying laugh introduced himself to him last week whn they had briefing. Apparently he is one of the other couple doing WGM. "Whats his name again..." Jonghyun thought to himself..  " kwang ee or something... God. Imagine marrying that.. You gotta wear ear muffs just to stop your ears from bleeding" 

 

He saw yoona looking around left and right.. "Hmm.. Is she looking for something?!" He thought.. 

 

Yoona's eyes are finally set on to jonghyun. She gave him a bright smile, said an inaudible word .. "Something like.. fighting!.. Maybe.." While jumping few times, and waving

 

Jonghyun realised that few people  noticed. They found it odd that yoona would bother to talk to jonghyun. Jonghyun just ignored them. He waved back and giving her a warm smile

 

"Omo! Theres that smile again *melt* *melt*" 

yoona was thinking "Hmmm.. So he's with t-ara girls huh... Too bad we're not in the same group :(  ...  .... ... Why is that jiyeon girl keeps looking at jonghyun and smiling anyways" yoona starting to pout while still stealing glance towards jonghyuns direction

 

"Hmpff she should learn to keep off another girls husba... Aishhh what am i saying... We're just play couple... ... ... But somehow it really irritates me seeing her giving jongie that flirty looks" 

 

Yuri notices that yoona pouting and asked "whats wrong?" 

"Ani.. Nothings wrong! Everything is super great!" Yoona said half screaming, still pouting

Yuri was taken aback.. She looked at the direction where yoona was looking at and smiles. "Aigooo...  This girl.. How obvious can you get" 

 

 

"Ok guys showtime in 2 min. When the announcer called your group, walk out, circle the stadium and stand in the allocated spot" one of the PD yelled on a speaker phone thingy ( dunno whats that called >.<)

 

So, in they go.. Group by group.. After the lap of honour there was a ceremony and pledge.. During this time he notices jiyeon keeps stealing glances at him. It isnt hard to tell as shes standing right in front of him.. 

 

"Shes probably still grateful bout earlier incident" jonghyun dismiss any other thought quickly. After all, he's never been one who over think stuff

 

"Ok so all the boring stuff is done, let check when we're starting" yonghwa said after the ceremony. 

"Im doing preliminary run soon. Archery starts in half hour time, oh but it says here that you can starts practice now if you like" yonghwa explained

"Arasso, jungshin-ah lets go do few shots as warm up" jonghyun called jungshin. He said "oohh" and quickly followed

 

When he got to the archery range (i know there isnt one in real one, but heck this is called fanFIC, so just humour me, k?) jungshin saw that there was allocated space for each groups to practice. He walks up to his group spot and saw eunjung, hyomin and jiyeon already there. The three girls quickly greets jonghyun and jungshin when they saw them. The boys greeted them back politely. Shortly After jonghoon also follows. He's apparently the third member of their group.

 

"First 15 min will be used as practice time for girl and 15 after that for the boys before the event starts" a PD explains

 

All the girls starting to practices the shots.. Hyomin and eunjung had to go the ladies room so jiyeon was standing on the shooting point by herself..

 

Jonghyun looked at jiyeon... She looked clueless with the bow.. She looked left and right and saw the girls  around her with the boys helping them. She just stood there feeling alone and embarrassed. She then looked at the direction of jonghyun.

 

Jonghyun was about to go up and help jiyeon when jungshin and jonghoon stopped him..

 "Yah!! We gotta stay away from t-ara girls remember?!" Jonghoon said to jonghyun (for those of you whi doesnt know, jonghoon is a lead guitarist of FT Island, and idol band similar to CN Blue, they are also from same company so naturally they are close).

 

Jonghoon talked softly but apparently it was loud enough for jiyeon to hear

she quickly looked away. 

Jiyeon was on the verge of tears when she suddenly heard jonghyun said "want me to teach you how to do this?" 

She turned around and saw jonghyun behind her smiling.

"Uuhh.. Wha.. What are you doing,... You should go back to your sit... Your friends is right.. You dont wanna get antis do you?.."' Jiyeon answered.. 

"Screw the antis, i'll do what i like. Come, i'll show you the basics on how to shoot" jonghyun leads jiyeon

 

Jonghoon and jungshin saw this and just shook their heads.. They know how stubborn jonghyun is and once he sets his mind on something,.. Thats the end of it and now that he's dead set on helping her, not even their CEO will able to stop him. 

 

People also starting to noticed that jonghyun is helping jiyeon. The other groups and even the crowd are starting to murmur and even taking pictures.. 

 

"Are you sure you wanna do this?" Jiyeon asked " you can go back now if you like, i understand.. I really appreciate your kindness but you really dont have to... " 

"Kwenchana" jonghyun cut her firmly.

"Kaja" jonghyu said, instructed jiyeon to lift her right arm to an exact rightangle to the bow.. Jiyeon finds it hard doing this so jonghyun moves closer behind her and holds the bow with her.

 

Suddenly the main camera is turned towards them. The downward camera used was in a weird angle so as it makes it looks like jonghyun was hugging jiyeon while teaching her. 

 

"Yoongie-ah! Yoongie-ah! Look!!" Sunny was calling yoona while pointing at the main screen at the top of the stadium. Yoona was busy stretching for her upcoming match

 

"What is it unnie?" She looks up to the main screen and saw what was happening. "!!!!!!!! Boyaaa!!!! Why are they soo touchy and feely!!" Yoona thinks to herself. she got that super pissed off and scorned look on her.

 

Suddenly the screen changed into the reporter on site,  Jo Kwon (from 2AM). He was shown walking along the archery range before stopping at jonghyun and jiyeon

 

He then said "im here at the location with a couple of archers from group C" 

"Bwoohh!! Couple!! This jo kwon's sure talks alot of nonsense" yoona said to sunny while having her eyes still glued to the screen

"Yoongie-ahh i think what he meant by couple is a couple as in two archers" sunny tried to explained.

But it was no use, yoona was burned in jealousy while watching jiyeon smiling and giggling with jonghyun. She just gave sunny a "Hmpfft"

 

"Jiyeon-shi, how do you find archery" jo kwon asked him

"Its kinda difficult, i didnt know you have to keep you arm super straight.. The bow is kinda heavy" jiyeon answered cutely

"Look at her!!" Yoona continues to compain to the screen  "Its kinda heavy" yoona said trying to impersonate jiyeon cute voice and mocking her at the same time.. "Hmpfftt what a fakey" she said

Sunny and yuri just looked at each other and shooked their heads

 

"jonghyun-shi.. You must be happy to be on a same team with a pretty girl like jiyeon-shi " jo kwon asked jonghyun

"Yah!!!  Whats with the questions!! I swear when i see kwonnie oppa imma..." Yuri closed yoona's mouth quickly cos shes starting to speaks louder and louder

"Ahh- dae... Im really lucky i get to teach a cute girl like her" jonghyun answered while smiling to jiyeon

 

"Cute?! Hah?! Thats a funny joke!" Yoona thinking to herself. She was unable to speak cos yuri is still blocking

"Jongie babooooo!!!! You even gave a warm smile... I hate yoouuuuu!!!!" She said to herself

 

"Runners for 70 m hurdles preliminary 3 please get into the track" the event organiser announced

 

"Yoongie fighting!!!" Sunny and yuri cheered her

 

Yoona was still in full jealously rage mode. Her eyes is burning in anger amd jealousy..

 

"On your mark! Set! Go!!"

 

And off she went. she was running really fast. Everyone was really surprised, yoona normally always made sure she shows her girly side so everytime she was asked to run, she never does run seriously. 

 

But this time its different, she was still preoccupied by her anger that she didnt even really notice,... Nor care for that matter of how she looks.  She was in front, she keeps on running and running until she reach a very last hurdle before sprint to finish.

 

Just as she was jumping the last hurdle, her foot tripped the hurdle. she was in such a rush she didnt pay much attention to the hurdle.

 

She fell to the ground, earning a gasp in the crowd... 

yuri and sunny immediately ran towards her. 

Yoona stood up and limping her way into the first aid room with yuri's help

 

She thought to herself "Aishhh.... Of all the bad luck.. Tsk... Today is not my day :'( "

 

 

Meanwhile in archery range jonghyun just finished his practice run when jonghoon screamed his name and then point at the main screen

 

He was shocked to see yoona limping her way out the running track. He quickly asked one of the staffer where the first aid room is and went straight there.

 

*first aid room*

 

"Nothing to worry bout its just few outer scratches. It'll be healed in no time" the nurse attending yoona said to her

"Ahhh... What a relief... Yoongie!!!! You should be more careful.. Its not like you to do stuff like this" yuri said to her looking worried

"Bianne unnie... I just wasnt concerntrating at that time" yoona answered, sounding regretful

"Sigh... Araso.. Lets head back to out there if you're ok..  Sunny is waiting for us" yuri tell yoona

Yoona nodded, both of them thank the nurse properly before making their way to the door.

 

As yuri was bout to reach the door knob, the door suddenly swings opens

There was jonghyun. He was panting and you could see sweat on his body

 

Yoona was surprised, she was thinking "omo! Did he run he?! Was he that worried about me?!" 

 

But then she remembered earlier scene with him and jonghyun. She gave jonghyun a deadly glare before saying "jonghyun-shii. What are you doing here" yoona purposely didnt called him jongie to piss him off

 

But to her surprise, jonghyun just ignore her and ask her instead, "kwenchana? Lemme see your leg, Is it hurting?" He then suddenly kneel down to check yoona's bruised leg

 

Yuri saw what was happening and smiled. she suddenly said "yoona-yah, i gotta go, my turn is soon. Jonghyun-shi can you help yoona walk back to the stadium?"

"Ah dae.. Of course" jonghyun answered politely

Before yoona got a chance to argue, yuri already ran off.

"Aisshh unnie!! Chincha.. You think i dont know you wont have your turn for another hour >.< " yoona thought to herself

 

Yoona started to walked off limping, ignoring jonghyun... Jonghyun saw that, he staright away put one of yoonas arm around him and help her walk... 

 

"Jonghyun-shi.. What are you doing! Dont worry bout me! Shouldnt go and help your girlfriend with her practice" yoona said as she tried to let herself go from jonghyun. It was no use though, jonghyun is way too strong for her, so she stopped struggling and just pouted.

 

Jonghyun was dumbfounded for a minute..but then he smiles

"Ahhh shes.. Jealous... How cute " jonghyun thought to himself

 

"Girlfriend? What girlfriend? As far as i remember im already married so i only have a wife.. A jealous one too" jonghyun teasingly answered

 

"Bw.. Bw..BWOOOHH!! Who was jealous??! I wasnt jealous at at all, in fact, im happy for you guys" yoona said nervously 

 

"Really?? How did you end up falling? I bet you're too busy thinking about how your nampyeon is with another girl and not paying attention to your race" jonghyun still teasing her

 

"?????? How did he know??? Was i really that obvious??!! Ani!! This wont do" she thought to herself

 

Jiyeon gave jonghyun a "hmpff", looked away and pout

 

"Arrasso, arraso.. Yoongie-ah.. It was nothing so dont worry bout it, ok?" Jonghyun said trying to appease her

 

"But wae!! Wae!! Why did you have to help her?!!" She asked him

"I cant believe im acting like this... Im not even his girlfriend" yoona think to herself

 

"It was cos she was all  alone.." Jonghyun answered in serious tone.. "I saw her there standing by herself...  everyone stayed away from them because of the scandal.. "

 

Jonghyun then continued "you know how during practice all the boys normally came to help right?.. Well no one did help her... I can sorta feel how lonely and unwanted she must have felt..." 

 

Jonghyun paused for s second before continuing to talk "so i decided to help her out.. whats the worst that could happen right? Antis? Its not like i've ever cared bout them. Im sure if you put yourself in my position, you'll understand"

 

"Understand?... God... Jongie... You have no idea how much i can understand that feeling... :'( " yoona whispered

 

"What did you say?" Jonghyun turned. He saw yoona has a glassy eyes that looks like it was about to burst into tears anytime. Jonghyun panicked and said... "!!! Yoongie-ah!!... Ottoke!!.. Dont cry ok?.. I promise i wont do it again, k??!" 

" ! What am i supposed to do now.. Dang jonghyun.. Now you've done it" Jonghyun was thinking

 

He keeps mentally scolding himself while asking yoona not to cry when suddenly yoona smile at him and say  "jongie-ah!... You're a nice guy"

She then proceed to kiss him on the cheek and run off

 

Jonghyun was stunned "this girl is... odd... One second shes pissed off.. the next she kissed me ???!!"

 

Jonghyun was stunned for a moment.

but he soon realises yoona started to skipped her way to the stadium 

 

"Yah!! Your leg just got hurt! Dont jump!" Jonghyun yelled

Yoona stopped, she turned back, grab jonghyun's arm and drag him back into the stadium..

 

 "Aishhh.. This girl has stolen a kiss for a second time from me" he thought as he smiles
