Replacement
ReplacementSo Ra finished her shift and said goodbye to Jae Bum and Ailee before leaving the café. Jung Su was already waiting for her in front of the café. Jung Su smiled at her when he saw her walking out from the café.
“Have you waited for a long time?” So Ra asked.
“No, just a while,” Jung Su answered. “Do you want to have supper?”
“Oppa haven’t eaten?” So Ra asked.
“No. There were many things to do in the company,” Jung Su replied her.
“What do you want to eat for supper?” So Ra asked him.
“What about tteokbokki?” Jung Su suggested.
“Okay,” So Ra responded.
Jung Su drove to Hongdae and both of them went to a restaurant selling tteokbokki. Besides tteokbokki, Jung Su ordered spicy chicken soup and kimbab as well. He didn’t have dinner since there are many things he needed to settle for the company. So Ra was also hungry. Though she had her dinner three hours ago but she still felt hungry now. Both of them enjoyed the food being served without much conversation.
“Good night,” Jung Su said to So Ra when he pulled over in front of her house.
“Good night,” So Ra responded.
Jung Su only left So Ra’s house after he saw the light in the living room is being switched on. So Ra felt warm-hearted with what Jung Su did these days. He cared for her like an elder brother. But she started to have a weird feeling. She found herself becoming more relying on Jung Su. She didn’t know if this is right. He is Jin Woon’s step-brother. And Jin Woon is her boyfriend. As for that she shouldn’t have any feeling towards Jung Su. She should just treat him as an elder brother, but could she hide her feeling towards Jung Su for the rest of her life?

Jung Su parked his car in the car porch. He took a deep breath before walking out from his car and then walked into the mansion. The housekeeper greeted Jung Su when he saw him. When Jung Su arrived at the dining room, his father and step-mother were already in their seats. Jung Su sat down at the empty seat beside his father. The dinner is filled with silence just like it always does. After the dinner, Jung Su and his father went to the living room.
“I heard that your company is doing very well,” Park Hwan said.
“Just a small business,” Jung Su responded.
“When do you plan to get married?” Park Hwan asked. “You’re already in your thirties.”
“I will when I find a girl I love,” Jung Su replied.
“Come home more often,” Park Hwan told Jung Su.
“I know,” Jung Su said.
“Jung Su, you still haven’t got over Jin Woon’s death, right?” Park Hwan asked.
“Must we talk about this?” Jung Su questioned his father.
“Jung Su, you have to face it,” Park Hwan told Jung Su. He understood that Jung Su has a strong bond with Jin Woon though they are not blood related siblings. Though it had been a while since they lost Jin Woon, Jung Su still hardly walked out from that tragedy.
“I’m leaving first,” Jung Su didn’t want to continue the conversation with his father anymore. “Tell aunty that I’m leaving and will pay both of you a visit some other day.”
Park Hwan sighed as he watched his only son leaving the house.
‘Jung Su, my son. You have to be strong if you have something to protect.’
A/N: Having a 2300 word limit's assignment due next Friday and yet I only typed for 300 words. Seriously have no idea how to continue with it. Sigh. So Sung Min is dating. We all kept complaining about them should be having a girlfriend because they are supposed to be dating at their ages. But when it really happened, it still kind of hurt though my bias is Ye Sung. It's not that I wasn't having a hard time when Shin Dong is dating someone else instead of Nari whom we thought would ended getting married with him but it was the reporter that exposed Shin Dong's new relationship and then both companies confirmed it. As in the case of Sung Min, the female actress is the one that exposed this to the public. And what hurts more is Hee Chul's Instagram post about Sung Min apologising. But Sung Min ah, our aegyo prince, we don't want your apologise. We just want you to be happy. Don't apologise anymore, araso? Last thing I hope for is that the female actress would wait for Sung Min's military service for two years.
