“Namji, wake up. Namji! Namji! Pfft, we’re twins but I’m way easier to wake up”

“That’s a load of crap Jinyoung” I replied still half asleep.

“Come on we’ll be late”

I slowly made my way out of bed and into my school uniform.

“Hurry up Namji!” my dad yelled at me this time.

“Yes! I’m ready see!” I ran down stairs while tying my hair.

“Wow, Namji you look like a zombie… Your eye bags are huge!”

“I don’t care. All I want to do is sleep” I told my best friend

“Hey Namji~”

“Get lost Jongkyu. I’m not in the mood for your non-sense”

“But jagiy-“

“For the last time. Shut the hell up and leave. I won’t ever be your girlfriend. So please leave” I spoke trying to sound as polite as possible

“This isn’t that last time you’ll see me. Namji! You know I won’t ever give up!”

Why is he so obsessed with me? I mean I’m not that damn pretty.

So like yesterday, the day went by fast, but it was weird… I kept hearing things like, there was someone talking to me. Like they could hear my thoughts… it’s creeping me out a lot!

“Why are you afraid?” There it is again!

“You don’t remember my voice?” …

“Namji. Your time is soon” the voice faded out…

“Appa!” I screamed.

“Namji! What’s wrong?”

“I think there’s something wrong with me! Let’s go doctors!”

“Why? Are you feeling sick?”

“Nope, I’m just hearing things!”

“Oh… I-is that w-why?” He stuttered

“yesss”

“Don’t worry about it then sweetie”

“B-but I’m hea-“

“Shh”

“But Appa!”

“No. Oh and tell your brother that I’ll be on a business trip to America”

“Eh, you’re leaving me with Sungjae and an idiot? How long are you going for?”

“Maybe just 2 months”

“JUST!? Just 2 months?”

“Hey be grateful. I was meant to go for 4 months”

“What kind of business trip goes for that long?”

He shrugged and grabbed his luggage…

“Wait, are you leaving now!?”

“Yup, sorry I was meant to tell you earlier but I forgot”

“But Appa, where is Sungjae and Jinyoung anyway?”

“Sungjae has no school for 2 week because the school closed down, so he’s staying with Chanjuk ssi. And Jinyoung is at Deehyun’s house for I don’t know how long”

“It’s Daehyun dad, and why are you telling me not Jinyoung?’

“You’re older Namji”

“By a minute”

“I have to go now. Take care alright”

I nodded as he headed out the door.

-No one’s POV-

“Hello?”

“Jinyoung! Appa’s on a business trip and he’ll be gone for 2 months”

“Oh ok”

“How long are you staying at Daehyun’s house?”

“Well we’re doing a project together, and Mrs Jung just asked me to stay at their house. It’ll probably take 1 week”

“You’re staying there for 1 week?!”

“Yup”

“Hmph, Im hanging up”

What type of person stays with someone that long? Isn’t it burdensome?

-‘The voice’s POV-

“We have a chance now”

The elder nodded in agreement and called the others
