Best Thing She Never Had
Until I Found YouTao was on his way to the cafeteria to rest. He has been roaming around their building looking for Kwon Yuri. He bought himself a bag of chips, and took a seat in one of the chairs.
"Where could she be?" Tao looked around before starting to eat, trying to look for Yuri. But he saw another familiar figure instead, "Hyoyeon?!" he called out.
Hyoyeon was buying something from the counter, and as she heard Tao's voice, she quickly turned to look and gave him a smile. After paying for her cup noodles, she went to approach him, "Hey Tao."
She was smiling, but Tao knew that she was still sad about Jongin. He knew that she was trying very hard to hide it from him.
"Hyo, about Professor Kim and Soojung, I--"
"It's okay," Hyoyeon interrupted, "You don't need to explain," she smiled as she opened the cover of the cup noodles.
Tao gave her a shy smile, "I'm sorry," he whispered.
"It's okay," Hyoyeon started to eat, while Tao watched her.
"Hey Tao," Hyoyeon called out as she swallowed her food, "Why-- How did you know Soojung?"
"Soojung?" Tao creased his forehead, "We became friends when she stayed in Canada."
"Oh."
Tao smirked, "Why? Are you expecting that we used to be more than friends?"
For a moment, Hyoyeon was able to laugh again. So did Tao. Their laugh echoed around, along with the other noises inside the cafeteria, echoed enough for Hyoyeon to forget all of her problems for a while.

Minseok was still waiting for Sehun outside the campus' gate, "What happened to him? I hope he was able to find Hyoyeon noona..."
Just in time, Sehun came, gasping for air from all the running, "Hey Minseok, I don't know where Hyoyeon is!"
Minseok let out a deep sigh, "Now what? How should we tell her about Mr. Kim's proposal for Soojung tomorrow night?"
