"It's okay, it's not your fault anyway," Hyoyeon said, while putting her stuff inside her bag. First period just ended, and everyone still has a hangover of what happened a while ago between Hyoyeon and Professor Kim.

"So what's your plan now? Are you going to write that five-page essay? Seriously?" Yuri asked.

"Of course, that's a course requirement," Hyoyeon sighed.

The two left the room and went straight to their next class.

6:09 p.m. Hyoyeon came home from school. Before she can enter her room, Madam Dasom, the landlady of Hyo's apartment, blocked Hyoyeon's way. "Kim Hyoyeon, just in time," she greeted.

"Umm, yes, madam?" Hyoyeon asked with a confused look on her face.

"I need your payment for the last month's rent. You might be forgetting it," Madam Dasom said.

"Ah, madam, please give me two weeks, I'll pay you, I promise. I am just waiting for my parents to send me my allowance," Hyoyeon pleaded.

"Hyoyeon, I have given you much time already. I have even forgotten your two months' rent last year, as a gift for your mother's birthday!"

"I know, and my mom is very grateful of you. Please Madam Dasom, I'll pay you within two weeks, I promise," Hyoyeon assured her landlady with a smile.
