Soojung was busy preparing for their family dinner with Jongin and his mother. She was in front of the mirror, trying out the dress she was planning to wear. For her, everything was going smoothly. Then a knock was heard from the door.

Thinking that it was the hotel's housekeeper, she called out, "Come in! My bedsheets need to be changed!"

But no one came in, the knocks just continued. Soojung went out of the bedroom to open the door herself. She was surprised to see Huang Zitao outside.

"Tao? Why are you here?"

"Are you still insisting yourself to Kim Jongin?" he asked frankly.

Soojung gave him a sharp look, "If we're just going to argue about that, then you should leave. Because nothing's changing my mind," she tried closing the door, but Tao held it tightly to keep it open.

"Soojung, tell me!"

"Why do you even care?!"

Tao let out a deep sigh, "He doesn't love you. I'm telling you this because you are my friend."

Soojung chuckled, "If you're my friend, shouldn't you be supporting me?"

"I don't want you to get hurt, Soojung. Just let Jongin go," Tao answered, "Your selfishness is hurting a lot of people. Including yourself."

Soojung was silent. She just stared at Tao. She knew he was right. But she didn't want to give up easily.

"Soojung, please."

"No, Tao. I'm sorry, but I'll fight for him until the end," Soojung answered, as she pushed Tao's hand from the door and closed it.

Minseok was outside Jongin's room, knocking for many times, waitin
