CHAPTER 20

DARA’S POV

                I wasn’t expecting that someone would give me something that I have been hoping to receive since then… a blue rose.  Why does it bring back memories?

When I was in middle school, someone left a blue rose in my locker. I kept on receiving it every school day for around 1 month. I was so delighted to receive something from some mysterious person. Donghae teased me a lot back then that the roses might be from some stalker, though I just laughed the thought off. Until one day, that person (whoever he was) stopped leaving a rose in my locker.  I was sad at first but then I guessed middle school and teenage years were just basically like that. They come and go, as they say.

I don’t even know who from among these 13 boys prepared this blue rose for me. Or is it Donghae perhaps since he basically knows my story?

AUTHOR’S POV

                “Guys, I choose this beautiful blue rose. Can you tell me who prepared this for me?” Dara asked  while glancing at the direction of the EXO boys and Donghae and looking for who could be the giver of the gift.

                Then someone stood up.

                “I think I’m the lucky one, Dara,” he said.

                “Oh, it’s you, Chanyeol!” Dara enthusiastically exclaimed then she smiled.

                Chanyeol was just standing there as if in a trance, and smiling from ear to ear. Oh, my heart, why does it beat so fast? I think I’m melting from Dara’s smile. Stay calm, Park Chanyeol. Why do you make it so obvious? He thought.

EXO’S POV

Luhan’s POV: Why does this guy seem to be very lucky? Better take care of her, Chanyeolie.

Donghae’s POV: Why did I have not thought about giving her blue rose? I guess she remembers her middle school memories back then.

Chen’s POV:  Chanyeol is the winner of this round.

Sehun’s POV: It’s okay for now I was not chosen by Dara Noona but I will still to it that at the end, I’ll be. Hehe. Anyway, I hope she’ll like the bubble tea I gave her.

Suho’s POV:  I guess I just need to be happy for Chanyeol. I guess better luck next time for me.

Xiumin’s POV:  I can’t believe I would have been so close, it’s just that I decided to give her white rose.

Kai’s POV: I’ll try harder next time. I would have been a much better dance partner for her by the way.

Tao’s POV: Oh, man! This hyung must have saved many lives in his past life. Why is he so lucky?

Lay’s POV: Now is not the time, I guess. Chanyeol, pls. do well on being her .

Baekhyun’s POV: My bestfriend, why? I would have been a better choice. I mean, I really prepared my gift well, and that is my own signed photocard. I just hope Dara keeps my picture well.

Kyungsoo’s POV: Ms. Pres, as long as you are happy, I’m happy as well.

Kris’ POV: What’s with the blue rose anyway?

                “Noona, I’m very honored to be your for the University Ball. I’ll be the best partner ever!” Chanyeol said enthusiastically.

                “I know you will, Chanyeolie. I will also try my best to be the best partner for you and I am likewise honored. Thank you!” Dara gladly said while doing a thumbs up to Chanyeol.
