You swore you heard rustles out by the balcony, and at this hour? You couldn’t possibly have any thoughts running through your mind because you had just woke up because of that sound. You quickly reached for your pistol slotted by your bedside, keeping your finger by the trigger before you aimed it by the balcony door where suddenly the door pried open but with this certain gentle touch and your eyes narrowed at the figure standing there, voice soothing you the best way he usually would.

“Hey, it’s just me, put the gun away,” Sehun smiled, stepping into the room before he closed the doors behind him, latching it shut, locking it before he draped the curtains. You sighed and put the gun away with a thud, nearly shoving it away before you leaned back against the bed rest, rubbing your face, “Jeez Sehun… couldn’t you use the front door?”

He chuckled as he stripped his jacket off, tossing it to the sofa before he crawled under the blanket he tugged down, sliding himself in and he felt you lying down properly on the softness of the bed, curling to his side naturally as his arms brought you in, closer, “Well, I could, but since I was just by the sidewalk, I thought—“

“You could scare the out of me?” You breathed out, tired of actually getting angry or any sort as you buried your face in his chest. He planted a delicate kiss in your hair, shaking his head, “Hey, I didn’t mean to… Plus it’s not the first time.”

“It should be the last,” You grumbled, arms sliding over his waist to hold onto him tight, clutching onto the material of his shirt from the back, “Remember what happened the last time you did that?”

“You nearly threw a dagger at my face.”

“And that wasn’t enough for you?” You breathed out in disbelief, blinking up to him.

He gave you a smile, one that managed to send the chills running down your spine because of the way he looks at you with so much love. He shook his head once more, and you could see it this time before he leaned over to whisper into your ear, and no matter how soft it was, how fast it escalated later on to falling asleep in his arms, your mind had taken a mental note of his precious words.
