Yifan is not stupid, but he knows Baekhyun is up to something. He doesnt understand, he loves Baekhyun, but he doenst understand what the hell is going on on his head. He really hopes that he is wrong because he likes the way Joonmyeon is smiling now and how relax he is and how happy he seems. If there is a person who loves Exo thats Joonmyeon, the band might as well be his idea, from the start the only one who took the project as his was Joonmyeon. So the fact that he was the leader wasnt a surprise nor a bad choice. He doesnt know why he is thinking and caring so much about the K leader, is so strange, sometimes he realises that instead of Minseok theres Joonmyeon in his mind.

Theres also a need, a need to be close to him, physically close. Its a little ridiculous and he doesnt want to get into trouble or more drama for the group, like as it is, is enough. But then Joonmyeon texts him to say good morning and when will we see you and a bunch of emojis. Cute. He answers that it will be soon and that Tao wants to see him.

Zitao is actually bothering Chen now.

"I miss Suho hyung"

"I know is like the millionth time you tell me"

"I dont understand why Yifan ge doesnt tell him to come. Doesnt he miss him too?"

"Tao, that, they already explained things to you baby", Tao pouts, his head is on his boyfriends lap. "Plus the other day you were missing me too and naow we got a day free and all you do is ask for hyung. Really now?", Chen acts as if he is offended, Tao giggles and hugs him by the waist.

"I love only you", he burried his face on the others belly.

Baekhyun had just been told that he was asked to be in a show as an MC. He feels proud of himself, in a group with twelve members he had to make himself memorable right? So he is doing a good job. Plus his friend and him have a plan and it will work.

Chanyeol is looking at him from across the room and he knows it. No, he wont give him the time of the day, Chanyeol can go himself or whoever he wants, at this point he doesnt care. To Baekhyun theres only one person that matters and thats him. He has been thinking about some things, things that they wont see coming.

Maybe if Yifan had to be honest he would admit that Joonmyeon looks beautifull from his point of view. And if he has to be even more honest he would admit that is odd to be thinking this, that thinking this at this moment might mean something else. Because right now Joonmyeon is training really hard and sweating and no, he doesnt look good, let alone "beautifull". Maybe is his determination that makes him look beautifull. God does Yifan even has time to think this bullcrap?

But yeah, Joonmyeon catches his look in the mirror and smiles at him and well, maybe Yifan is right after all.

And is like this. Sometimes, there are times when Yifan just feels lighter and more alive? Coincidently this moments had to do with Joonmyeon, this lightness in his chest come when the shorter leader is close, like right now. Yifan feels like he is not sweating, like he is not overworked, like the company gives a about his well being, like he is not a piece of meat for the masses.

Ok, this train of stupidity has to stop at some point right? Yifan shakes his thoughts a little, but just a little, because Joonmyeon is walking to him, smilling that new honest smile that he smiles latelly and maybe Yifan is kind of loving it. The smile, the honesty, the attention.

Dear Yifan, do you remember this feeling? Like when all you wanted to do was come home to see "this persons" smile, when all you cared about was "this persons" life, if the "person" was fine, was happy, was smiling? Do you remember when the light became brighter on those endless nights of practice, just because this "person" came to you with a bottle of water and a concern question? Do you remember this "person"? His eyes, his lips, his small hands? Can you see this person in your head when you close your eyes? And when you open them, who is this person, can you see him? 

"Hyung? What are you thinking? You look so funny", Joonmyeon sais as he gives a him a bottle of fresh water.
