“ Thanks for your help just now..” Hebe muttered, tears already fallen.

“ Oh its nothing..” The man smiled.

Hebe looked down at her hand, “ Um..you can..let go now..”

“ Oh, I’m sorry. I forgot. Are you ok ? ”

“ Yeah. I’m fine. I’ve lost my job, I’ve lost my boyfriend. I’ll be fine, ok. Leave me alone ! ” She said and she squatted down and cried.

Then, she felt a hand on her shoulder.

“ Its alright, you can always find another job… and another boyfriend. Just don’t give up. If you give up, everything’s over. ”

Hebe stopped crying.

“ I guess you’re right..Thanks… I…I..have to go now. If we have the fate, we’ll meet again. And I’ll repay you then. By the way, whats your name ? ” Hebe asked.

The man smiled.

“ My name’s Danson. Whats yours ?”

“Hebe! Anyways, I’ve really got to go. Bye Danson ! ” Hebe smiled and skipped away.

Danson stood there looking at that happy girl.

“ Hebe ? She’s cute…” He chuckled.

“ Haiz. I’ve lost my job.. now what.” Hebe grumbled as she opened the door to the house.

“ Sel ? Sel ? ” She whispered.

A hand came behind her and covered her eyes.

“ Guess who ? ”

“ Ah bu !! ” Hebe squealed.

“ Correct ! ” The hand took itself away and Hebe turned around.

“ So ? Hows my dear Bebe today ? ”

“ I’m sad today Ah Bu…”

“ Why ? ” He frowned.

“ I lost my job..” Hebe pouted.

“ Aww…Are you ok, Be ? ” Arron said as took Hebe and hugged her tight.

“ Yeah, I guess I am… and its all thanks to Danson ! ” Hebe exclaimed.

“ Danson ? Who’s that? ” Arron said with a frown up his face.

“ Well..he’s someone who helped me today. You know what? Now that I think about it..he’s really handsome ! He’d make a good boyfriend too…Dang ! I was too sad and I forgot to ask him for his number..Nevermind, I’m sure we’ll meet again. Anyways, I’m beat. I’mma go up and sleep. You go home okay ? ”

“ Ok…” Arron said as he walked off.

‘ Bebe. Why don’t you ever remember that there’s me by your side ? Will you ever notice me ? It doesn’t matter. As long as you’re happy, I’m happy. I’m content to stay by your side forever and be your guardian angel… ’

“ Hebs ? Hebs ? I’m home ! ”

“ Selina ? Sel ! ” Hebe said, jumping off her bed and running out of her room.

“ Hebs ! How was your day ?”

Hebe smirked, frowned, then ran over to Selina and hugged her.

“ Sel ! I lost my job ! ” Hebe ‘cried’.

“Aww…are you ok, sweetie ?”

“ No ! I’ve lost my job ! Lost my boyfriend ! Lost Angie ! No job, No boyfriend, No love !” Hebe continued ‘crying’.

“ Aww Hebe….”

" Why? Why must I be so unlucky?" Hebe cried somemore.

" Its ok...you still I have me..."

" But...but..."

" But what ? Its ok, you still have me..." Selina stoked Hebe on her head, " We're besties forever ! I'll never leave you."

A giggle was heard.

Selina turned to look at Hebe, who was now rolling on the floor in laughter.

“ Hebe Tian ! ” Selina screamed.

“ Yes ? ” Hebe asked, covering her ears with her hands.

“ You tricked me ! ” Selina pouted.

“ What…”

“ You lied that you were sad ! ”

“ I am sad ! ”

“ You pretended to cry ! ”

“ I….”

“ You what ? Huh ? Nothing to say now right..” Selina glared, stretching her hands out and moving her fingers.

“ Don’t catch me , MUSHY GIRL ”

And Hebe ran off.

“ Five more minutes, mommy…”

“ No more time ! And I’m not your mommy ! WAKE UP ! ” Selina screamed into Hebe’s ears.

Hebe shot up immediately.

“ What…” she whined.

“ I”ve got you a job ! ”

“ A job ? ” Hebe’s eyes sparkled.

“ A job. ” Selina smiled.

" A Job ? " Hebe asked again.

" Yes, a job!"

" Am I dreaming ? I have a job ? "

" You're not. You've got a JOB." Selina said, emphasizing on the word job.

“ A JOB !!! I'VE GOT A JOB !!!” Hebe screamed.

“ Yes,you've got a job ! Now get going before its too late !” Selina shouted.

“ Yes madam ! But what time is it, what do I have to do ? ”

“ You just need to give some flyers out, the boss is real nice and you have TEN MORE MINUTES TO GET THERE OR YOU DONT HAVE A JOB! ”

“ Ahhhh !!! ” Hebe dashed out of the house like a rocket.

“ Wooh..Finally. At least I ain’t late…Thank god Selina placed the address in my PDA earlier in the morning..” Hebe said, stepping into the small restaurant in front of her.

“ Hello? Anyone there?” She asked.

“ Yes…You must be the girl Selina recommended…Hebe ? ”

“ Danson ? ”

“ What are you doing here ? ”

“ I’m here for a job ! What are YOU doing here ? ”

“ I own this place ! ” Danson smiled.

“ Really ? You’ll hire me, won’t you ? ” Hebe tugged at Danson’s sleeve.

Danson his chin, “Well….”

“ Boss…My lovely handsome cute boss….” Hebe begged.

" Let me see..." Danson continued storking his chin.

" Is it me or do you look especially good looking today?" Hebe said, using her puppy eyes.

" That doesn't work on me.." Danson said, in a sing-songey voice.

" Please...."

" Uh uh. "

" Shuai ge...I beg you~" Hebe pouted.

“Ah fine,you’re hired ! ”

“ Thank you ! ” Hebe smiled and hugged Danson.

Danson looked down at Hebe.

Hebe was jumping and smiling.

“ Uh..Hebe?”

“ Yes, Boss?”

“ Well…uh…” Danson looked down at their bodies.

“ Ohmygod. Sorry ! ” Hebe said and let go of Danson.

“ Its…uh…ok..” Danson smiled sheepishly.

“ What do I have to do now ? Get flyers ! Am I right ? Where’s the flyers ?” Hebe blabbered , blushing.

“ Uhm..in the kitchen.”

“ Oh..flyers ! Here I come !! ” Hebe said as she ran into the kitchen.

Danson stood there, a smile plastered on his face.

“ Hello ?”

“ Ahbu ! Guess what ? I’ve got a job ?”

“ Really? That’s great !” Arron smiled.

“ Yeah ! But guess what’s even better? ”

“ Um…You’ve lost weight ?”

“ No, do I need to ? You’d better not say yes ! Now guess again ~ ”

“ Uh..You’ve found money on the ground!”

“ Nope, better !”
