Karma
Description
Sooyoung was a “Red Priestess”, a trained human capable of seeing supernatural beings. After disappearing for three years with absolutely no memory of what happened, Sooyoung tries to regain her abilities while adjusting to her parents’ habits and Daesung’s usual attics. But Death has other plans for her. With a rogue reaper on the loose, all four must struggle to maintain their relationship until the end or face the consequences of their mistakes.

KARMA
the totality of a person's actions and conduct during successive incarnations, regarded as causally influencing his or her destiny; the doctrine of inevitable consequence
It’s true what they say – you do not appreciate something until you lose it. I called it a day and told myself it wasn’t that bad. I could actually start dating (Daesung stole my first kiss, that bastard!) or enjoy the simple things in life. Maybe I could even take a trip somewhere far away and relax without being bothered by the undead and other supernatural creatures.
If only I wasn’t so lazy.
I spent an entire month living with Yuri – I really can’t call her mother – and Daesung. The kid didn’t change one bit and Yuri trained him daily in the arts of a Red Priest. He could finally use his gift better. Except that one time when he brought a snake from who knows where and told me about a trick he used to do and if it was possible to do it again with the things he learnt. Yuri took the snake from him and I don’t know what was worse – me almost peeing my pants because of that huge snake, Daesung’s tears as Yuri cut the snake’s head or that we had that snake for dinner.
Ugh, where’s Jung Min when I need his remarks?
Speaking of the reaper, I was curious to know what happened in those three years between him and Yuri. I mean, I’m still shocked about everything. Ah, but I shouldn’t care about it anymore. I’m supposed to be a regular girl that wears make-up for fun and dresses in cute clothes.
Yeah, well, my personality is as snarky as ever. The girl at the pâtisserie rejected me because of a stupid joke I made. She also winked way too much at Daesung who yelled at her that she would never find someone as great as me. I smacked him and pulled him out of the shop.
Ah~ I’m useless now.
Guess I’ll have to see if my new life could bring something exciting from the boredom I've experienced so far.
