Comments: I’ll give you props for actually creating a shadow effect matching with the title. It all makes sense, wither or not it’s appealing to the eye is debatable. The frame and photo in the corner seem squished. If it were more center it would looked less awkward. I like the style font on the title and the color is fine but it doesn’t seem to be the main focus. I do like the background however, nice mysterious dark feel to it.

Typography [8/10] The fonts are nice and fitting, I also like the placement but the color and the whole look of the clean title above the grainy everything is a bit weird; also does the font not read the ' ?
Textures, stocks, etc [8/10] The frame around the borders is a nice touch, however I think it's either been cut with the magic eraser or has some kind of outer glow/ that shouldn't be there; the frame should blend well with the middle part not stand out; the background has been perfectly chosen
Colors [10/15] B&W is great but that photo of Hyuna adds in unnecessary colors to the graphic; if you wanted to keep the color touch as a part of the technique you should have added the colors in some other place on the graphic also
Pictures [8/15] The quality is hard to tell because of the grainy texture above the photos; Hyunseung has been cut out very badly and with has as far as I can tell; that kind of cutting and making the character stand out is usually for comedy/happy posters; here it's really inapp
