"Knock knock!" Taemin chimed from the other side of the door. "Come in!" Key yelled. Taemin poked his head with a bright smile on his face. "You rang hyung?" Key nodded. "We need you to do a full background check on this guy. Old experiances, friends, girlfriends-" Minho jumped in front of him. "What?! You're gonna peep at my past life?! Thats mffh!" Minho was cut off by Key, who felt it was necessary to plaster his whole hand over Minho's face to keep him quiet. "Shh, Im talking." Minho struggled for air as Key slowly his hair, as if that would calm him down. "Shh, hush little 'ring' who dumped his last girlfriend on Valentines Day.  Shh, just hush your 'ringing' little mouth." Key turned back to Taemin with a serious look on his face. "Show us the goods." He said. Taemin nodded and snapped his fingers. A tablet landed in his hands and he began to slid through the screens. "Okay, good, good-pfft! Jonghyun hyung, come look at his grade school photo!" Taemin squealed. Jonghyun rushed over and peeked over Taemin's shoulder. "Pfft, he looks like a FROG! Bwahahaha!" They laughed out loud.  Minho finally broke free of Key's grasp and breathed in huge gasps of air. "Oh, COME ON! My eyes arent THAT bad!" Jonghyun and Taemin looked up at Minho, and then back at the photo. They started laughing all over again. Minho clenched his fists in embarrassment and anger. "Almost DONE?" he asked as the heat rose to his face. Taemin whipped the tears from his eyes and nodded. He flipped through some more screens as his expression changed from happy to disappointed. "You're a terrible boyfriend, did you know that?" He asked. Minho shrugged. "So sue me." Taemin flipped some more. "I mean, just look at this! Dumped this one on her birthday, another at her favorite coffee shop, one at a cake place, tore this one's dress-" "HE WHAT NOW?!" Key immediately grabbed Minho and put him in a head lock. "Just say the word and I'll rip his 'ring' head off!" He yelled. "It wasnt like that hyung! She was a fashion designer, and it was right before a show-an accident!" Taemin said frantically,  trying to calm Key down. "That makes it even worse! I thought he was just a bad dresser, but he has no respect for fashion at all! Just let me snap it! Just let me snap his neck and put him out of his misery!" Jonghyun slowly loosened Key's grasp. "Hyung, you're being ridiculous.  And what good would that do anyway? He's already dead." Key fought Jonghyun as best he could but it was no use. Eventually Jonghyun had to hold him back. "No! I wanna snap it! Hyung release me!" Jonghyun held him tighter and nodded to Taemin. "Go on." He said. Taemin nodded and continued flipping. "Well, other than being a 'ring' of a boyfriend, he's done nothing bad in his life." The tablet disappeared and Taemin looked up. "Ottoke? He's hurt a lot of people..." he said, puffing his lips into a pout. "What do you mean? Tons of guys break up with their girlfriends! Why should that decide whether I go to heaven or hell?" Minho flew backward as a bolt of lightning zapped him. He sat up slowly and glared at Jonghyun. "Hey dont look at me, it was the diva." He said, nodding to Key, whose face was red with anger. "Yeah, tons of guys break up with their girlfriends, but everyone of them felt sorry for at least one of them. And YOU my friend didnt care about any of them when you broke it off." Minho's expresson remained cold. "So what now?" There was a clap of thunder as a scroll landed in Taemin' hands. "Well, the boss says you can become a cupid and do penance for your sins by secretly helping your ex girlfriends find their solemates." Minho grunted. "Is there a second option?" He asked. The scroll disappeared in a puff of smoke. "Yeah, you can stay in purgatory until the earth explodes into the sun's atmosphere and is ultimately destroyed." Taemin said with his hands folded. Minho blinked a few times. "So let me get this straight, I either help all the girls who hate me fall in love or else the only way Im getting into heaven is if the world explodes?" "Yup." Jonghyun said simply. Minho let out a big sigh. "I guess im gonna be a cupid then..." Key finally escaped Jonghyun's grasp and pressed the call button on his intercom again, only this time he was less than polite. "Onew get your 'ring' 'ring' in here!"
