So it is very apparent that I haven't updated The Return (or any of my stories on this blog for that matter) in quite a while. And as much as it pains me to do this, I am putting The Return on a permanent hiatus.

I really tried multiple times over the last few months but I couldn't put myself back into the story. I thought that I would be able to write a quality story that would live up the expectations created by The Fallen, but I just can't. I don't feel the same connection to The Return that I did with The Fallen but maybe that's just because I didn't intend to write a sequel in the first place. 

Thank to everyone who supported me and anticipated every update and chapter. Your comments and feedback always put a smile on my face and the connections you made with the characters truly amazed me. You guys are seriously the best readers I could ever ask for. Thank you again.
