“appa, you should wake up now. I’m here to stay. I will not give you any trouble from now on. I’m sorry” Shinhye had

been constantly taking care of her father for the past month. Mr. Park is still in coma. “shinhye dal, you should talk

some rest. You don’t look good. Ajumma told me that you always skip meals and she heard you always complain that

you feel dizzy.” Her mom was already at her side. Shinhye looked at her mom and can see that worried stare from her.

She smiled faintly. She didn’t have time to go to the station anymore so her mom took her place for the moment.

Seolhyun is there too so she asked seolhyun to guide her mom. She feels guilty about what happen so she wanted to

be there. “Omma, you know I want to be here when appa wakes up. It’s my fault so I have to be here.” Her mom

caress her face. “dal, its not anyone’s fault. I know your appa is not mad” Shinhye didn’t know how many times did her

mom told her the same thing. They didn’t know how her father fainted. Its just that her mom told her that his on the

phone on his study room and all of a sudden her mom heard a loud thud coming from there and there he is lying

unconsciously on the carpeted floor. “Omma, I know you just want to make me feel good but I am okay here. I want to

be the one  who will he see first when he wakes up” shinhye said. Before her mom can say anything, her phone rang.

“Omma, you should talk that, its probably seolhyun.” She said her mom excuse herself and take the call outside.

Shinhye look at her dad. “appa, please wake up. I will be the perfect daughter again. I promise you” shinhye cried

again. She can’t help but to feel emotional now a days seeing her dad’s worsening condition.

“Dude!” Yonghwa look up and saw the smiling hongki walking towards him. “going somewhere?” hongki asked again.

Yonghwa sighed and stopped putting his stuff on his suitcase. “I will visit the branch in Japan, I read in the report that

there are a lot of trouble in that branch since last week so..” “do you love shinhye?” yonghwa was caught off guard with

hongki’s question. He glance at his cousin and he didn’t understand the look in his eyes. “It doesn’t matter really”

yonghwa replied. He heard hongki sighed. He can’t tell his cousin what he truly feel about shinhye right? After all

hongki and shinhye are scheduled to be engaged now that their divorce is finally over. Inside he wanted to tell him

everything. He loves Ms. Perfect. His Tomato. His sweetie. His life. He missed her so much but for the past month

shinhye tried to avoid him. Eventhough he tried to reach out for her. She is reluctant to see him. In the end he gave her

space. She is blaming herself about what happen to her dad. He wanted to be with her in that rough time but he cant

she didn’t let him. “you really are stupid for a smart man you know that?” hongki uttered making him get back to his

senses. Yonghwa looked at him in confusion. “bwo?” hongki shook his head and stood up from the edge on the bed.

“well good luck solving the problem in Japan. I hope its not too late for you though” hongki said. “thanks man” he said

trying to sound lively. “Babo” he heard hongki whispered but he didn’t mind it anymore. “babo” he repeated after he

finish packing. “yeah, I’m just plain stupid.”

“Shinhye you are needed here in the station, seolhyun and I can’t resolve something about this production.” Shinhye

went inside her car. “arasso omma, you can now go to the hospital to look after appa, I’m on my way there” shinhye

said. “okay be careful on driving” “I will omma” shinhye replied and ended the call. “it was a long drive going to the

station. When a red light was on, she look on the window on the passenger side. She felt a little thud in her heart

seeing the restaurant where she and yonghwa went to on one of their dates. A familiar pain registered in her heart. She

remembered how yonghwa ordered the food she likes. He considered her allergies which made her heart swell. Her

thoughts were interrupted by loud honking from the car behind her. She got busy thinking about the past that she

didn’t realize that it was already a green light on. “Shin stop thinking about him. You should focus on returning to your

usual life. The life you deserve.” She whispered to herself. Her phone rang and she answered it again using the

Bluetooth device. “yoboseyo?” she asked. “hi shin are you already on your way?” seolhyun asked. “deh, it’s just that it’s

rush hour so there are so many cars here, but I’ll be there” “great, did you bring the necessary document?” “deh, don’t’

worry seolhyun, I’ll be there, just stall for me” she giggled and ended the call.

She was on her last turn when she felt sleepy. Her head suddenly spin she didn’t know why. She tried to stay awake

and still drive. “shinhye you can’t sleep. It’s only a few blocks away” she said to herself. But her eyes are beginning to

feel heavy, and her head is spinning hard. She suddenly lost control on the wheel making the care sway. She was

speeding so she find it hard to control the wheel. Her eyes closed and all was heard is a loud bang from somewhere.
