“boyfriend!”  drunk shinhye uttered with a giggle. “deh, girlfriend” equally yonghwa replied. They looked at each other and

burst out laughing. “ssshh, keep it down” shinhye with her sleepy eyes tired to sound normal, she puts her index finger

over yonghwa’s lips, he kissed it, shinhye squeal, he chuckled, “yah, I think the bartender is eyeing us already, let’s get out

of here” shinhye said. “I guess you’re right my pretty girlfriend, so where are we going?” yonghwa stood up, luckily even he

is so drunk he still can manage to walk, unlike shinhye, “uhhmm, wherever” she said, “okay, let’s just get out of here, and

get married” shinhe giggled. “married?” she asked. “wae? You don’t like it?” she puts her thinking face on, “I like it, kaja”

“oops, be careful” yonghwa said trying to balance shinhye. “we don’t have rings” shinhye uttered again, “I’ll buy you one

tomorrow,” “ahhh, tomorrow okay okay” she replied. A lot of people along the busy sidewalk of Las Vegas are looking at

them, they are like two lunatics just roaming around, laughing and whispering with each other. Then they ended up in a

marriage hall.

“Otoke?” shinhye sat lazily on her swivel chair, she and yonghwa are still thinking of a way to get out of the station unseen

by the press people. Shinhye had been on the spotlight because she is the youngest and only female CEO of a large TV

Station, and because she is young all eyes are on her, her every move is being watch by the public, though she wanted to

keep her life private she cant she’s into media business so she must accept the consequences. And because she is coined as

Ms. Perfect, that’s the more reason they want to watch her, its like they are waiting for her to screw up. Which she can’t give

them, she like her life being set by rules. But this situation is making it hard for her to maintain that composure. “eonnie,

your mother is on the phone apparently you are in every news now” she groaned hearing what seolhyun said. “did you

figure out who leaked it?” yonghwa asked. Seolhyun looked at him and shook her head. “the press people don’t want to say

anything, probably its someone who wants to ruin her reputation, eonnie did everything to prove herself to the masses, I

can’t, I don’t like seeing her like this. I’m not used to it” seolhyun said. Yonghwa looked at the very bothered shinhye, he

wanted to hugged her and console her, and tell her that everything will be alright but who is he kidding? He knows the

problem will only get bigger if they cant find an alternative solution yet. And then something click on his mind. He knows

she will not like the idea but he cant just sit around and do nothing.

“do you trust me?” shinhye looked at yonghwa, she can’t believe that she is actually agreeing on this set up but she has no

choice, it is now or never. She just have to follow the flow. He will be the one talking so, its okay with her. “shall we?”

yonghwa offered his hand for her to hold. She sighed but she puts her hand on it, he smiled at her, “don’t worry everything

will be okay, trust me on this” he assured her. She mentally sighed this time, hongki is not answering her calls, she is not

sure if he already saw the news, she is worried at the same time nervous, and what he will do if he knows.

“let’s give them a show” yonghwa said. “bwo?” shinhye is not getting what he is saying, “what show?” shinhye asked for him

to explain further. He sighed. “they will not stop pestering you with this marriage, and as far as we know, only you and me,

and seolhyun knows the truth about the marriage, I didn’t know about it until 3 months ago, for you, just days ago, but as

being Ms. Perfect in their eyes, we will not give them the satisfaction that they can see you begging for them to stop. We will

play the part, as husband and wife, let’s say, hongki is just a front for the media, because I am a private person, then if they

ask why I am here, we will say that I have been busy with business and other things, he have secretly been seeing each other

every now and then, oh, hongki is your best friend and he knows about this, what else, just leave it to me, I’ll answer every

question, all you have to do is to arrange the press conference, sit there and act like you are in love with me” he said

making her look at him in awe, he is risking his private life for her, somehow she felt thankful that he is here with her.

“eonnie, everything is set” seolhyun peeked on the small opening of the door towards the press con hall, later that evening,

she asked seolhyun to arrange it. With a trembling hand she can’t help but to place her hand into his, he squeeze it tightly,

letting her know that she don’t need to be nervous. “I’m here, I promised you, I will handle it myself” yonghwa smiled at 

her, the door opened and before they walk in, he kissed her forehead. “show time” he said whispering to her ear then smile.

Flashes of camera flash made her close her eyes, and because of that she almost lost balance good thing yonghwa is there,

he abruptly place his arm around her waist. Shinhye looked at the press on the room, some are giving her a genuine smile,

some looks like they are judging her and some are there just for the gossip. “smile sweety, there will be suspicious”

yonghwa whispered to her again.  Shinhye smiled and yonghwa looked at her again, he held her breathe when she saw his

eyes, she knows that they are playing pretend but something is in his eyes that even she is fooled, he looked at her like he

loves her. “trust me sweety” he said. Shinhye found her self just nodding.
