Hana's POV

After checking my email at least 50 times per day the last week for any communication from Kevin was dissappointing. Every time I saw nothing it just made my heart sink more and more -what if I really ruined my friendship with him? Does he hate me now because I wouldn't listen to him? Maybe I should have listened to him, but I still feel like I should give Matt a chance. Why did I ever have to grow up? Why couldn't me and Kevin be best friends like back in the day, or even just a short time ago?

I let out an exasperated sigh and lay my head down on my arms pouting at my computer screen. I was sprawled out on my bed taking a break from studying for my last final. All of them had gone well so far and I only got a B on one of them, not to mention the A I got on the paper I was stressing over. I really wanted to share my happiness with someone besides Mary, Matt, my family, or other friends. Kevin was the only one that I fel would especially appreciate my joy over this relatively minute feat.

"You still haven't patched up yet?" asked Mary looking up from her book at my sigh.

"Yeah" I said sullenly.

"Do I need to call and tell him what a mopey creature you've been this past week?"

"NO!" I said.

"Well, if you don't want me to steal your phone and call him up no matter what time it is. I suggest you get an email, text, or some form of communication started with him pronto."

I rolled my eyes at her "Fine, but they may find a body mysteriously laying in the middle of the floor if you decide to implement your plan."

"You'd never hurt little ol' me." she said in mock horror. "you'd miss me way too much." before we both burst out in laughter.

"I don't know about that -I may be less innocent than you think." I said chuckling as she threw a pillow at me. Mary sure knows how to turn my mood right side up in no time. I love my best friends. Thinking about that started to make me sad again and Mary noticed my glum face.

"You really miss him don't you?"

"Yeah. It's only been a week, but I feel like it's been forever since I've talked to him." I said with my eyes b with tears.

"Don't cry Hana -you two will paste the pieces together in no time flat once someone takes a step to get them back on track."

"I guess I'll try sending him an email." even though I really have a hard time being the bigger person and forgiving other people.

"Atta girl. What are you going to say to him?"

"I'm not sure yet, but I'll probably have you read it before I send it." I said as I sat up cross-legged in front of my laptop as I pulled up my email.

Hi Kevin,

I really don't know what to say other than I'm sorry for getting mad at you. I know you mean well, but I just need to see how things go myself. Mary isn't too happy about me giving Matt a second chance either, but I'm glad she agreed to support me with my decision as long as things are going well. If not, I gave her free rein to give me a reality check and get me back on track.

So far Matt's been doing pretty well and he's even come to CRU a couple times without complaining or ditching on me like he would in the past when I've Invited him. 

Can you trust me and forgive me?

P.S, -I've really, really missed talking to you this past week. :(

I hit the send button and breathed a big sigh. It felt a lot better now that I got everything out in the open to Kevin. A short while later that evening I got an email back from him.

Hi Hana,

I've felt bad for raising my voice at you too, so I apologize for not acting very understanding. I'll do my best to trust you, but I still have a bad feeling about this. If only I could be there to help you figure this out, and keep you in line like Mary. -If I do need to come over there and knock some sense into that guy just let me know. Otherwise, I think I could probably get your friend Kris to do that job for me. ;)

I happily sent him an email with my home address and a reply, so we got to talking for a little while by email. I was pretty much through the cieling with happiness.

Yay! I'll send you a letter or two in between the trips they have scheduled for us this summer. We're going to Manilla, Phillipines in June for a concert, which should be pretty cool! 

The concert went well, but we're all have been kind of tired and just a little off lately. It probably didn't help anything that I was in a bad mood from fighting with you all week.

How did all your finals go and how did you do on your paper?

I'll be looking forward to your letters! ^_^

My paper I did pretty well on, since I got a B, but I was hoping for an A with all the work and time I had put into it. I'm taking my last final tomorrow morning and then I'll spend the afternoon packing up to head home for summer the next day.

I'm excited I'll be seeing your sister Deanna in the near future to help get all the details for Jae's wedding to get finalized too. I'm going to try to get a summer job of some kind, but I'm not sure what yet. Maybe a daycare or nannying? We'll see!

I'm happy the concert went okay despite just being not quite right all around. It sounds like you all have been working super hard lately, with all the traveling and practicing you've been doing, so I hope you guys get a short little rest in before things get crazy again. I'm sorry if it was partially my fault affecting how you and the guys were working together too. >.<  I can't wait to hear about your trip to Manilla though! I've always wanted to take a trip to there, so I'm jelly!

Aw, I was hoping you'd do really well on your paper, but a B is nothing to sneeze at either! I hope your last final goes well. I'll be praying for you and Mary to have safe travels back the next day too. How long of a drive is it?

I can imagine you've been missing home quite a bit, especially after finals week! Dea's been talking quite a bit about the wedding lately too, so I can tell she's pretty excited for it. I wish I could come visit, but I don't really get any off time with my contract at this time. A summer job sounds fun. I envy people my age that went the "normal" route sometimes.

Yep, we've sure been busy! Our manager is pushing us extra hard lately to get us on top of our game, so no rest really. However being back at the dorms and being able to sleep like normal is a bit of a breath of fresh air. 

You already apologized, and if I'm acting off it woudl be my own fault for letting things affect me that greatly. Although in my line of work I often need to put up a facade for all our fans if we're not right quite right. 

I'll share photos and stories with you from our trip to Manilla, and you'll get there someday! ;)

Okay, thanks and bye! Hwaiting on all your practice. I'm glad just being home is a break enough for you. It generally is for me too and I can't wait until I'm home and in my own bed too. It's about a 6 hour drive without traffic, but usually it takes a lot longer just with getting out of New York City. 

I'm glad Dea's excited and I'm excited to see her soon. :) The wedding is going to be a lot of fun and just beautiful -I love my dress and everything Jae picks out is just perfect. She really has a knack for co-ordinating things all together. 

I wish you could come visit too, but you've really got a pretty awesome job doing what you love! You were always singing and goofing off when we were kids, so it really fits your personality. If you didn't end up in a musical career I would be a bit dissapointed with you, so never feel bad about not taking the normal route. 

I'm just glad you've forgiven me for our little spat, but I still feel bad if I caused you or the guys any problems. :( It must be hard always acting like your fine even if you are the complete opposite of fine.

I'll be looking forward to everything!
