If Kim Heechul approached him months ago, he would have definitely refused talking to the man. Even the sight of him would have aggravated him but he's past that that stage. All he wanted now is to fix everything & anything that he can in his life, and that includes his relationships with the people around him...even with Heechul. He took that first step when he arranged for the three of them to meet and talk once and for all before Yunho's accident.

Jaejoong found himself sitting across from Heechul in a small cafeteria not too far from the hospital.

They have been occupying a table at a corner for a while now and gotten their order yet no one of them dares to speak. What should he be saying anyway? He honestly doesn't have an idea.

He stared at the brown liquid in his cup for lack of better things to do and did so for maybe another minute before he heard chuckle.

"Funny how I got the balls to ask you to talk yet here I am not saying a word at all."

Another few minutes of silence followed before Heechul found the guts to speak again.

"You know, I had a hyung." Jae glanced at Heechul, not entirely sure where this (currently) one sided talk would lead to."He was really all that I had considering how our parents only cared about money. I'd feel sadder not having him with me than I'd ever felt with not having my parents for days, weeks, months even."

Jaejoong continued to listen.

"When my mom died and my father remarried, our lives had become like hell with my stepmother in it.  Her entire family was leeching off of my dad's money and my dad was either just really unaware or he just didn't care. In front of my dad, she would act like she's such a darling but as soon as he turns his back she would transform into an evil witch. And unfortunately, this witch has a devil for a brother."

Jaejoong felt the hatred in Heechul's tone and couldn't help but to look at the other man. With trembling voice, Heechul continued.

"I don't know how he does it, I've changed the locks and even put multiples of them, block it with cabinets and such but he..." Silent tear started falling off of my Heechul. "Every night...every ing night...he would...he would come inside my room and he would...t-touch me...do things I didn't want him to do but he never stopped."

Jaejoong stared at Heechul, shocked beyond words. It wasn't something he'd expect to hear from the man. Considering the circumstances of how they knew each other, they can't even be considered as friends for the other to tell him such a sensitive part of his life.

"Heechul-ssi..."

Heechul looked Jae in the eye before continuing. "I never told anyone because he threatened to hurt my appa and my hyung but when it got too much...when I couldn't take any more of it I told appa but he wouldn't believe me, he said I was just making up stories because I didn't like his new wife...but my hyung...he would have killed that man with his bare hands if he were given the chance to when he found out. He cried to me, asking for forgiveness because he didn't notice, because he didn't know a lot sooner...because he wasn't able to protect the weak me then."

"Your hyung...where is he now?"

"He's gone."

Jae just stared at Heechul not knowing what to say.

"We left our house and lived on our own. He worked & lived for the 2 of us when all I wanted was to disappear in this world. When he was in college, he fell in love with someone who couldn't return his feelings ...and t-took his own life."

 Jaejoong reached out for Heechul's hand not knowing what else to do. He wanted to comfort the man knowing that having Heechul tell him part of his past is bringing up memories he would rather forget.

"I felt like the world was against me... He was the only one I had yet he was taken from me so early. I was mad... I was mad at my hyung but I was even angrier at that person. I kept asking myself why did that person not accept my hyung when he's not only the best brother one could ever ask for but my hyung's also good man so why'd he rejected him."

Heechul finally managed to calm himself down. "I was looking for reasons why... I was looking for something to direct my anger to, for someone to blame...and that person that my hyung loved has become that someone... Do you know who that someone is, Jaejoong-ssi?"

Jaejoong look at Heechul questioningly.

"That person...was you."

Jaejoong was, for lack of better words, speechless at Heechul's revelation. He couldn't even remember how he'd managed to go back to the hospital.

Pushing the door open, he smiled at the sight of Yunho's still unconscious form on the hospital bed.

Grabbing a chair, he placed it beside Yunho's bed and sat down, holding on Yunho's hand.

"I miss you, Yunho-ah~" Jaejoong spoke to his boyfriend knowing that Yunho is most likely hearing him just like the doctor said.

Leaning over, he planted a soft kiss on Yunho's forehead before ghosting his lips over the others. Sitting back again, he rested his head on the edge of the bed and with fingers still intertwined with Yunho's, the raven haired man fell asleep.

Jae smiled in his sleep, feeling contented as he felt that fingers running through his hair, lulling him back to slumber.

"Joongie~" A soft purr escaped from Jaejoong's lips at the familiar voice calling him. "Wake up, baby~"

"Five more minutes" He murmured, his mind still fogged with sleepiness.

A deep chuckle was heard before the owner of the voice spoke again. "And I thought you missed me."

"Hmmm..." Jaejoong inched closer, enjoying the gentle massage he's feeling before realization of where he is finally dawned into him as his eyes grew wide open, meeting Yunho's in the process.

"Yunho-ah?" Jaejoong blurted as he just simply stared at his man for a few seconds.

"Jaejoongie." Yunho smiled, making him look boyishly handsome... If that's even possible.

"Yunho-ah, you're awake!" Jaejoong blurted.

"Ye-umph!" Jaejoong had pulled him in a hug before he could answer. He felt his shoulder get wet and he knew that the raven haired man is crying.

"You're awake! You're awake!" Jaejoong

With a smile, Yunho softly wrapped an arm around Jaejoong, rubbing at the small of the other's back soothingly as he felt. "Yes!"

"Don't you dare scare me like that again!" Jaejoong scolded as he hugged Yunho tighter. Yunho nodded as he smiles as he, too, was crying. He was just very happy to be given a second chance to live and be able to see and touch Jaejoong again.

Yunho was currently eating when the three young men (respectively known as Yoochun, Junsu & Changmin) he had missed came in a rush into his hospital room.

Simultaneous shouts of 'hyung' came before he found himself having difficulty in breathing as 3 pairs of arms were wrapped around him.

It wasn't long though before he felt air fill his lungs again as he watched Jaejoong scold their dongsaengs.

"Ya! What do you think you guys are doing?!" Junsu opened his eyes to speak but stopped himself when he saw the worried look on Jaejoong's face. He then face his Yoochun and was glad that his boyfriend is with him right now...safe and sound. With a smile, he took hold of Yoochun's hand and felt his heart do its familiar somersault.

"I'm okay, Jae" Yunho squeezed Jaejoong's hand reassuringly and heard Jae let out a relieved sigh before he smiled at Yunho.

A few minutes later, the room was filled with noises from 5 men... 4 of which was ganging up on a certain duck

"You still want to be with me?"  Heechul stared at Junki like he'd just grown another head.

"Why would I not want to be with the man I love?"

"But I thought you..."

Junki sighed as he took Heechul's hands in his. "Yes, I did leave Jaejoong for you because of money, and for that I apologize again but I don't regret anything because if I didn't do what I did I wouldn't have met you."

Pausing, Junki took this time as he grabbed something from his pants pocket.

"Chullie-yah, I know it might be hard for you to believe me but being with you made me realize a lot of things and I've long realize that you're the one I want to spend my life. With all my faults and imperfection, would you be willing to take the chance to marry the man that I was and am... Kim Heechul, will you please, please, marry me?"

Heechul's gaze went from Junki's face to the ring presented in front of him and back before nodding his head as he exclaimed a tearful and joyful 'yes!'.

After his brother died, everything he did was to run after happiness but now he knows that he no longer have to search for his happiness is standing right before his eyes.

"Yes! I will marry you, Junki-ah!"

"Yah! That's mine, you pig!" Junsu's voice filled the room as he tried to reach for a slice pizza that Changmin's holding up. The other 3 other men in the room are too amused seeing Changmin and Junsu's antics and just continued eating their share.

Changmin only grinned down at the shorter, older man. "Finders’ keepers, hyung."

"We all agreed to have 2 slices each, you food monster!"

"My brain was too busy eating then, hyung. I didn't agree on any of those." With that, Changmin took as big of a bit that he can make of the pizza causing Junsu to run after him.

The youngest of the Jung brothers run for the door to save his pizza but stopped abruptly when he opened the door and find two unexpected people.

"Yah! Changmin~ what are you doing here?!" Seeing Kim Heechul and Lee Junki, the people who had hurt both of his hyungdeul, Junsu's demeanor quickly changed. His once smiling face has now changed to a fierce expression.

"We came to see both Yunho and Jaejoong. We'd like to speak to them".

"What for? There's nothing that you two and our hyungdeul should talk about!" Junsu responded, his stance shows that he's ready to protect his friends if these 2 ever tried to hurt them again.

Changmin stepped in, seeing how Junsu was trying to control himself from lashing out at the couple. "I think it's best if you just leave."

"Changmin! Junsu!" Jaejoong's reprimanding voice echoed from behind. "Don't be rude and let them in."

Junsu was about to voice out his protest but knew better and followed his hyung. Both he and Changmin stepped aside to let Heechul and Junki in.

"Please sit down." Jaejoong motioned for the couple. "I'll just get Yunho."

Passing by Changmin and Junsu, Jaejoong ordered the two younger male to prepare some snacks for the unexpected visitor.

The 4 of them are now seated across from each other. Yunho was sitting beside Jaejoong on the other side while Junki was sitting beside Heechul on the other.

"Junsu, Changmin, why don't you guys get some groceries. I have the list on the kitchen counter." Jaejoong shifted his gaze to the said men who were standing on the side with an obvious glare on the side.

"I won't leave you with these guys, hyung." Junsu voiced out his protest, his face clearly shows his distaste towards the couple.

Jaejoong looked at Changmin, silently pleading his boyfriend's brother for help. Changmin sighed but relented, dragging a protesting Junsu with him.

"C'mon, hyung! I heard there's a new pizza house down the corner that I'd like to try."

"But Changmin... Yah! Let me go!" Junsu wasn't able to do anything with the giant food monster having him in tow. "Yah! I am not going to pay for anything you'll eat!"

Jaejoong couldn't help but smile at his dongsaeng's antic before he sat back down beside Yunho. "Uhm, sorry about that."

"I understand why they'd be protective of you." Heechul commented before another period of complete silence past over them.

"How are you feeling now, Yunho-ssi?" As awkward as it was, Junki started the conversation.

Yunho looked at Jaejoong first before answering. "I-I'm feeling fine, nothing serious. I'll be completely healed after a few more days of rest."

And there goes another awkward silence.

"Heechul-ssi!" Both Yunho and Jaejoong gasped in surprise when Heechul suddenly kneeled in front of them.

"You don't have to do this." Yunho tried to pull Heechul from his position but like the stubborn man that he is, Heechul wouldn't budge.

"Please~ let me just do this." Heechul looked up at both Yunho and Jaejoong while Junki just kept to himself, ready to catch Heechul anytime he needs to. He knew and understood why his fiancé had to do this. "I've done the two of you so much wrong, I don't even know where to start...."

YunJae just looked at each other as they too half kneeled, half sat beside Heechul. They're not that cruel and definitely not God to have Heechul kneeling before them.

"For all the things I've done, I ask for forgiveness. It won't be easy to forget but I hope, even if it's in the far future, you'll be able to forgive me." Heechul choked on the tears he was holding back. Thinking of all the things that has happened in his life and of things that he had done, he knew that it'll take time even for him to forgive himself. If he can only undo some of the things he'd done, he would but they all knew it was impossible. What he can do now was to make things right.

"Heechul-ssi~" Jaejoong himself couldn't help but tear up. Both he and Yunho can feel the sincerity in every word that came from Kim Heechul's mouth. "We forgive you."

Heechul stared at both their faces with disbelief. "You do?" He asked, eyes directed at Yunho as if asking for confirmation.

Jaejoong smiled, feeling proud when Yunho nodded at the older man causing the other to cry even harder.

Jaejoong nodded too. He and Yunho had already talked. He knows for sure that with the kind heart that Yunho has, he'd already forgiven the older man even before he asked for it. And he himself had long decided to lift that load of hate from his shoulder. How about his insecurities? That's definitely something that he's working on.

"Let's forget about everything and start all over. Life's drama is pretty tiring."

Amidst the tears, a smile, a genuine smile appeared on Heechul's face while Junki gave the couple a thankful smile.
