Chapter eight

Can you feel it?

After Nana left, I was alone once again with Tiffany.

"Just so you know, you're wearing the pants in our relationship." I stated.

"What relationship?" Tiffany mutters.

I slapped her arm.

"Our relationship."

She looked at me bored.

"Whatever. Can I just go now?" She taps her foot and looks at her wristwatch.

"Not yet."

"Why not?" She wasn't happy.

"Because we're going on a date."

"Are you serious?"

I smiled. "Of course I'm serious." What's happening to me?

She sighs again.

"Fine, but where do you want to go?"

"Let's go take a walk around the beach." I was aware of my surroundings. What would people think of me if they saw me with a younger girl? Probably a pedo.

"Okay.." I grabbed onto her hand.

She looks at our interwined hands then at me.

I smiled at her.

"This is a date so I'm allowed to hold your hand."

She didn't say anything and went along with it.

We went to the beach.

When we got there, I was surprised that it was actuially empty for once.

I never come to the beach with Nana.

I glanced at Tiffany and she didn't say anything.

We just held hands and walked around besides the shore.

The sun was setting.

That was when I noticed how beautiful she looked under the light.

"I'm hungry, can we go get something to eat?" she asked me.

I nodded.

Then she tried to get free from my grip.

I held on of course.

"Let's go to the food stand since you're hungry." I lead the way.

After getting ourselves some hotdogs, we sat down at a table and ate in silence.

She kept her head low while I kept staring at her.

I noticed that the beach was beginning to be filled with Teenagers.

Some girls giggled and were gawking over Tiffany and I didn't like it.

"Tiffany, are you done?" I asked. She shook her head, eating her hotdog.

Then a random group of girls came up to her.

"Tiffany, do you want to be my date to the dance?" the girl in the middle asked.

Tiffany looks up at them.

"No.. I'm not going Eunjung."

The girl called Eunjung left with her friends in disappointment.

"You're not going to the dance? Why not?" I asked. Back in highschool, I always went.

"Busy that day." she states.

"With what?"

"That's the day of our engagement party." Oh shoot. I forgot.

"Oh right.. "

Then she stands up and throws her food away in the trash.

I held her hand again.

"Let's go to the mall next."

She nods.

"Okay.." I saw a small smile lift up on her face.

Wha.. this is the first time I saw her smile. So cute..

**

They got to the mall and shopped.

It got late, so they went home.

But Jessica tells Tiffany to go on another date with her tomorrow.
