But instead of demurring, she stood her ground, looked up at him until her lips were near his. “Not bad at all, Kwon. Not bad at all.”

After that heated moment, Chaerin was left inside the four walls of the dance studio facing herself, breathing heavy and cheeks tainted dark pink. Jiyong left her to retrieve his things back at his locker. It looks like the boy wanted to walk her home.

What did you do, Lee Chaerin? She asked herself. Why did she have to stand so close to him, anyways? The boy just gave her a smirk that rocked her core before leaving her. Then all air left her lungs once he stormed out of the four walls.

Chaerin looked at herself on the mirror. Her cheeks were so pink they are starting to look like cherries. Never in her life had she been that daring towards a guy. She better leave. Or else Jiyong would have the pleasure to see her all flushed and girly. And as much as CL wanted—she hated being all girly.

She hurriedly grabbed her MCM bag and ran to leave. While running, Chaerin was trying to contact her cousin to pick her up. Pick up, pick up. But nooo, the cousin wasn’t answering up. Oh no, Teddy, I ain’t taking the bus. Now she felt framed up.

She was halfway near the gate.

It was almost 8 pm.

“Where do you think you’re going?” A voice forced her to look at her left, and true enough Kwon Jiyong was standing a few yards away from her. She heard a small bark.

Jiyong’s POV

I told her that I’ll be walking her home and to let me grab my stuff from my locker in the other building.

She truly is an enigma. Most girls would act all shy when I stood in front of them like that. I may have acted all cool back there but my knees had gone weak after I closed the studio’s door behind me. Damn, her lips looked so soft and kissable. But I’ll just keep my hands all to myself from now on—she’s my hyung’s cousin for Gaho’s sake!

I shrugged off the impression she gave me and quickly ran to the building. And besides, my son could be chewing the security guards’ foot by now.

I usually don’t bring my son to school since the guards don’t really like being with Gaho—the mutt is not that friendly towards people. “Ahjussi.” I called at the newly shift guard. “Aigoo, Jiyong-ah. Gaho is good today according to Miyun-ssi. He did nothing but sleep.” The guard told me as I pick my son who was now fully awake after recognizing my presence.

“Ah—thanks a lot, ahjussi.” I ran with Gaho following behind. I had this funny feeling that Vanessa won’t stay in the studios anymore—right, that girl is unpredictable. I bet that she won’t even like the idea of me walking her home.

And as if on cue I saw her running with her phone attached to her ear. “Where do you think you’re going?” I asked and slowed my pace, Time to act all cool, Ji. I whispered. Even Gaho recognized her and barked.

“Ah—” I bowed to pick my dog—who knew what he’ll do to this girl. “Gaho—you met Vanessa right.” And now she’s in front of me. A slow but noticeable blush crept on her cheeks. “Hey—” Okay, what am I, invisible? She wasn’t even paying attention to me. Instead she looked at my son and shook its paw as if on a handshake.

“You must be Gaho. I’m Chaerin.” I was expecting my son to growl at her, but the mutt didn’t, instead he barked—a friendly one at that. Vanessa chuckled. It was low but it was nonetheless cute. “Can I hold him?” It sounded more of a command than a question.

But I have a thought coming.

“Yes—but you have to call me oppa first.” I smirked. I noticed that for the past two weeks, she was already used on calling Dara and Bom her unnies but she doesn’t call anybody else oppa except Teddy-hyung. “Alright. Oppa.” She called.

Aigoo—this girl, really? “That’s it, no argument?” I asked. Practically, there was no use in hiding my shocked expression as I gave Gaho to lie in her arms. “No. I know what I want, dragon. And I do anything to get it.” She said as she walked with my son in her arms.

Heh. So that’s how things go inside her mind. She’s a bold girl. One you don’t meet everyday. Usually girls would try to act all cute and slow things down.

I looked at her coo at my son. “Weird.” I said outloud. She looked at me, while Gaho tried to at her face as if begging for her attention again. Aigoo—this dog really. “What?” She asked before returning her attention at my mutt.

“Gaho is not usually friendly with people. It’s surprising that my son is comfy with you.” And if I knew better, I would think that my son was flirting with this feisty girl. “Your son?” She chucked—good, at least it’s because of my words. “Yes, he’s my son. But speaking of his comfortable state with you I guess genetics do tell.”

I had the pleasure of seeing her face going WTH?? I couldn’t help but chuckle as well. “Are you saying that I look like a dog?” She asked. “Aniyo.” I defended. Of course, how could a cat look like a dog?

“I’m just saying that he probably recognizes his mom now.” I muttered. Since when did I act all shy?

She was quiet for a while so I decided to talk to Gaho. “Gaho, would you like Chaerin to be your omma?” I asked. Honestly, I did not know where the hell that was from. Gaho even barked, a sign of good approval.

“Well, I guess I have no problem of having a son.” She said—I can’t believe it, Chaerin was acting all girl now. God—when did I call her by her real name?

Then another awkward silence as Gaho jumped from her arms and walk on its own. Good boy.

“So, where do you want to eat?” I asked her. First dancing with her, then walking her home, and how about naming her as the mother of my son? And now you’re offering her dinner? You , Kwon. Mu subconscious was nagging on me again.

“I have food back at home, thank you very much.” Oh, so the façade was back. I chuckled, remembering Teddy-hyung’s ‘briefing’ to me in regards of his cousin. “Oh, so you rather eat oat meal? Doesn’t that when you’re eating it for breakfast and dinner?” I chuckled at her yet again blush.

This girl, really.

“How did you know that, stalking now?” She asked at me. I guess she felt shy and humiliated. Not that I find it horrible.

“Teddy.” I answered and that concluded. But she didn’t reply, I guess she’s wrapping things out. Or maybe she’s thinking of murder. “Have you eaten home maid food for the past two weeks?” I asked.

“No.” She answered quite grumpily. Okay—how about we bring that blush into an extreme. “Okay, let’s go.” I said before grabbing her wrist. “Yah!” She yelled.

But oh no missy, you’re coming with me.

“Yah—where are we going?” She asked me. She’s probably throwing daggers at my back now. Or blushing. “Shopping, I’m cooking dinner.”

End of POV

Chaerin’s POV

Okay, I really don’t know what got into me when I allowed him to enter my home. I have no whim in allowing Gaho in—but him? “Go wash, Chae—I’ll cook.” He told me as he made himself at home and put the shopping bags by the counter.

I scoffed.

“And what made you think that I trust you enough that I’ll go wash while you’re in my crib?” I asked at him before getting something comfy for Gaho to rest on.

I’m starting to love this dog.

“I’m a rather decent man. And besides why would I ruin Teddy’s never ending trust on me just to have a peek on you?” He asked me while getting something out of the bags. Guess he have a point.

And speaking of Teddy—I’m out for blood right now.

I found two rilakkuma towels—I guess this will do. “Rest here, jagiya. Omma will go wash.” I said to the mutt that kept on following me ever since we went out of the convenience store. The mutt followed me and lied down on the towel. He is so cute.

“I’ll wash and don’t you dare do something stupid while you’re here. I’ll cut your throat if you do.” I told him as I go to my room. “Oppa.” He announced. I turned and gave him the WTF look. “I told you, you should call me oppa.” He told me while giving that oh-my-gad-ain’t-I-hot look.

I rolled my eyes and turned, “Fine,” but before I turned the knob of my room, I couldn’t help but notice that my cheeks were turning red again, damn. “—oppa.” I said before going in.

Later, I stepped into a black sleeveless hoodie and pink sweat pants. I left my hair dripping wet—sometimes it’s just nice to let it be. Woah—who said he could play music on my computer? My Mac was on and with some random music playing on it’s speakers.

I found my son (yes!!) sleeping on the towels I put him in. The man who was telling me to call him oppa, was setting the kitchen table. He took off that jacket—speaking of the jacket…

“What are your parents doing for a living?” I asked him before sitting on the chair and popped me feet in front of me.

He raised his eyebrow as he prepare a dish I don’t really care what. “Don’t you have a sense of self-preservation?” He asked me which actually brought a smirk to my lips.

True—I was never the kind of girl who holds her questions. “No. Life is short; I better get my questions answered before I suddenly die.”

He even chuckled. So he really is thinking about my death. Hmp.

“They go for something decent enough—why?” he asked me back.

“Do you live alone?” I asked again.

“Yes.” He answered shortly, probably noticing that I have more than two questions in mind.

“Do you have a part time job?” This time, he leaned on the table. “Yeah—as a deejay at Black V.I.P, in case you wanna know as well.”

I frowned, “Then how come a guy who works as a deejay and have parents with a decent job could afford a Ground-Zero jacket, Chrome Hearts accessories and even LV kicks?” I asked him.

Seriously?

Funny, he doesn’t look like insulted.

And he just gave me a smirk! Gosh. “I’ll give you the jacket if you just stop questioning me for a while.”

“Really?” I asked him before I could stop myself. “I—I mean, I wanted that jacket but I ran out of stock when I—” I can’t believe I’m stuttering in front of him!

“So I thought.” And before I knew it, dinner was served. He looked at me while resting his chin on his intertwined fingers.

And I can’t believe I’m really looking at his dish—okay, they look yummy and okay, but “Why do you look at me like that?” Good, my cold voice answered for me.

“You just look cute.” He answered. “Oh yeah, I put the tracks for 2ne1 on your Mac—so practice the lyrics well.” He said before helping himself on his cooking. I guess he’s a great cook as well.

End of POV

It was late and the boys (let’s not leave Gaho behind) had to go home. “Um, thanks for the meal, o—oppa.” Chaerin said as they stood facing each other on her door. “Yeah, just quit the oat meal. You don’t want to get as thin as Dara-noona, right?” Jiyong asked her.

Actually they did have fun. Playing and trying the dishes that he made. Even Chaerin cleaned the dishes which she never does in her lifetime. And Jiyong was true to his word, he gave her the jacket.

Then, when she was about to close the door, he stopped her and gave her a kiss on her cheeks.

.

.

.

“Yah!” She yelled and stood there, cheeks all red. “What are you doing?” She asked him. But Jiyong was as nonchalant as ever and she looked like she saw live. “I thought people from the West could kiss a friend for a greeting.” He inclined his head as if in question.

What the hell? Chaerin asked herself as she could feel her heart on . Yes, he was right. She and Jeremy does that all the time.

“Just think of that as goodnight, Hunchae.” He smiled and left her, Gaho was trailing behind him. Hunchae?

A/N: Aigoo !! I really really want that coat . It just look so cool . Anyways , what do you think of this chappie ?? Good ?? No ?? Comment down !!
