Everybody is busy in their own tasks for today's shoot. Medyo big budget since government funded (at least hindi nanakaw ang budget 😉) kaya naman todo efforts din ang Perfect Click Studio to deliver the best outputs.

 

 

Kata is busy getting her make-up done. She's super nervous but she doesn't let it show. She wanted to be confident because this will help her and her family's business.

 

 

"Hello Ms. Katarina, let's get you dressed na po." lapit sa kanya ng isang assistant.

"Hello! Kata na lang hehe. Thank you!" medyo nahihiya pa siya pero sumama na rin siya. 'Let's do this, what could go wrong anyway?' she thought to herself.

 

 

"Hello Ms. Katarina, for today's shoot po, we'll just take a few shots of you po walking around." pag-explain sa kanya ng PA.

 

 

This is Kata's first time of doing this so she really paid attention plus she doesn't want to disappoint the whole production team.

 

 

'Oh my god, bakit ba ako napasok sa ganitong sitwasyon' hindi maiwasang mapaisip muli ni Kata bago sundan ang PA sa tinuturong marker nito.

 

 

"SOUND?"

 

"Set!"

 

"CAMERA?"

 

"Set!"

 

"ROLL SOUND"

 

"Sound rolling"

 

"ROLL CAMERA"

 

"Camera speed"

 

"5 4 3 2...ACTION!"

 

 

The shoot went smoothly. They all cannot believe it was Kata's first time as there were little to none mistakes during the entire shoot.

 

 

"That's a wrap for today guys! Thank you for youhard workk today. See you on the next shoot!" that was Miguel's cue to everyone to wrap up and go home and call it a day.

 

"Ah, Kata!" habol ni Miguel kay Kata na papunta na sa tent niya upang mag-ayos na papauwi.

 

"Yes?" lingon ni Kata dito.

 

"Thank you for today. You were great!" pag-cheer at praise niya kay Kata.

 

"Nah. Thank you rin!" wala ng maisip na isasagot pa si Rain kasi hindi rin naman siya sanay makatanggap ng mga ganung klaseng compliments.

 

"Um, pupunta ka pa ba sa shop niyo? I can drop you off." pag-offer ni Miguel.

 

 

"Ah no, I think Cass or Ate already closed it since it's past 9pm na rin. Thanks for the offer tho!" magalang niyang pagtanggi na sa lalaki.

 

"Oh okay. Then I'll drop you off na lang sa inyo. Late na rin baka mahirapan ka pa magcommute pauwi." pagpresenta muli ni Miguel.

 

"Um..it's okay. I can manage naman. Thank you." muli niyang pagtanggi sa lalaki. Hindi rin naman kasi siya sanay na may naghahatid sa knaya tsaka malaki na siya. Kaya naman na niya ang sarili niya.

 

 

"Boss! Paki-check naman if goods na 'tong shot na 'to." sulpo ni Jio kina Miguel at Kata.

 

 

"Sige, um, una na ako." Paalam na ni Kata sa dalawa at tsaka naglakad na patungo sa tent niya.

 

Nang makapag-ayos na ng gamit at makapagpalit ng damit si Kata ay nagtry na siya magbook ng grab pero walang nag-aaccept. 

 

"Weird. Hindi naman na ata rush hour ah?" 

 

"It's Monday and marami pa ring pauwi pa lang. I'll drive you home na." Biglang sulpot ni Miguel kay Kata na kanina pa pala nito inaantay din. 

 

 

"Hala? I thought you've gone home already? Anong oras na rin oh." gulat na pahayag ni Kata. 

 

 

"Nah, we usually stay up much later since we have to check the footages pa and get ready for the next shoot." pag-eexplain ni Miguel. 

 

 

"Nako, nakakahiya naman sa'yo. I'll just wait for a grab na lang for sure may mag aaccept naman na." 

 

To be honest, nahihiya talaga si Kata. Una, they're practically strangers. Well, she knew him back in college but he was her senior and that's just it. Pangalawa, ano nga ba? Dahil naiilang siya?

 

"There's no need to be shy naman. I promise I'll take you home naman haha. Kung hindi lagot ako sa ate mo" Pagbibiro ni Miguel ngunit bumulong na bandang dulo.
