I looked at Haeyin who was sleeping on the couch. She's my fiancee. We're going to get married soon. I'm in love with her.
That's fact.
But my feelings are different.
I know I have someone I love.
But... I know it's not Haeyin. It could never be her.
I tried my best to show her I care for her. But much to my dismay...
She's not the one.
Then why is she my fiancee?
I don't understand.
I looked out of the window and stared at the empty street. I tried to remember the reason why I'm supposed to be in love with Haeyin.
Did I really love her?
Did I really ask her to marry me?
Why do I feel that it's not true?
Why do I feel that everything's a lie?
I looked down and saw the girl I met earlier at the lobby. She was with two men. The two looked familiar to me.
Especially the tall one. I know I've seen him before.
I felt the same way about the girl. I know I've met her before. But where?
My heart beated fast when I saw her.
I never felt like this with Haeyin.
Why? Just who is that girl?
I had to find out.
I took my coat and made sure that Haeyin was asleep before I went out the door.
