"Saan ka pupunta Eneri?"

"Oh Yeri andyan ka pala. Kila sir Suho, may ibibigay lang ako". Yes, kagabi nagcompose na ako ng resignation letter. Noong pinabasa ko to kay Seul halata mong nasabik siya at tuwang tuwa sa gagawin ko. Sinabi pa nga niya na kahit 1 month or 1 year ako magpahinga para daw makasama niya ko pero hindi naman possible yun. Ang balak ko talaga ay magpahinga siguro sapat na yung 1 month then hahanap ulit ako ng work sa malapit sa condo ni Seul.

"Wrong timing ka. May importanteng client na dumating kanina. Aware ka naman sa mga Kangs diba? They'll be staying daw here sa Philippines ng ilang weeks and busy sila Sir Suho mag-entertain sa family nila". Ano namang connect ng pagpasa ko ng resignation dun? As if naman titigil ang mundo ng lahat ng tao just because of them diba?

"Irene? Anong pakay mo here? Mag-aagree ka na ba?" Smirk ng boss ko. He is so confident na mahahawakan ako sa leeg not knowing na we settled na namin to lahat ng girlfriend ko.

"Actually sir, I am here to give you this". Inabit ko ung envelope sakanya and dali dali niya itong binuksan.

"Magreresign ka? Why?"

" I already stated my reason there sir. I'll be cooperative once makahire na po kayo pero as you can see my resignation will be effective 30 days from today".  Pinunit niya ito.

"I will not accept this".

"I am not asking for permission sir, I am only notifying you".

"You're not. As a matter of fact, tito will be here soon na. Oh here are they.." Then pumunta siya sa pinto para salubungin yung kakadating lang na dalawang tao. Oh wait... It's my dad and mom. Anong ginagawa nila dito?

Di ako mapirmi sa office ko. After dumating ng parents ko, pinag-excuse nila ako saying na confidential daw yung pag-uusapan nila. I dont know pero alam ko Sir Suho is up to something.

"Hey, why tito is there?" Medyo worried yung boses niya.

"Not sure baby eh. Still waiting, hindi pa sila tapos mag-usap".

"Okay ganito nalang. Stay away muna sa boss mo. Email your letter para may documentation ka na nagpasa ka ng resignation letter then keep me posted kila tito".

After ng short call namin, nakita ko na sila mommy. Dali dali akong pumunta sa kanila. Sabi lang ni Daddy na alam niya na dito ako nagwowork. Pinadalhan daw kasi ung office niya ng letter from our company sa isang project na they want to sponsor. It's a project involving the city building sa Bicol. As per him, gusto daw ng company na magpatayo ng city district and other tourist attraction. It was a good opportunity daw sa lugar namin. Dad doesn't know about the things na nangyayare sakin. I know this is not about the projects lang. Napakacoinsidence naman na of all people, si Dad pa talaga yung cocontactin ni Sir Suho.

I decided not to confront na sir Suho. I followed Seul about sa pag-email nalang ng resignation letter ko. Siguro naman, di ako guguluhin na nila Sir Suho.

"May I come in?" It's Suho's Dad. I dont know why he is here maybe because andito yung sinasabi nilang client. Kinabahan ako ng bahagya.

"Ye...s po". Comfortable siyang umupo sa harapan ko, smiling na hindi ko alam kung sincere or hindi.

"Kamusta na kana Irene? It's been months, I haven't visiting the office after I stepped down". He is actually the reason why I am here. He has eyes for talents. Bihira daw siya pumili ng manager sabi ng HR but he choses me. Pinouch niya ako from my previous employer saying na he sees potential in me. As per him din kasi simula nung minanage ko na yung accounting department, the process went so smoothly. Looks like na may under the table kasi na nagaganap sa dating manager. I remember on one ocassion sa isang meeting namin, binida talaga niya yung accomplishments ko kahit bago palang ako dito.
