My Trainer Is A HottieA simple stretching exercise to start her day was what Taeyeon newly implemented during her morning routine. Before her classes with Jessica, Taeyeon used to make her own cup of coffee in the morning while she had a quick shower. Her mornings were rather basic. After her showers, she would have dressed up and went to work with her coffee in hand. With stretches added to her routine, she had to wake up earlier than what she would have usually done. Taeyeon was determined to be stronger though so these little sacrifices weren't too much of a bother for her.
Taeyeon recently had a new friend in the office as Tiffany, her online friend, got hired immediately to replace a co-worker that decided to move on from his office job. Her days were finally filled with color from the once gray world she lived in with her co-workers teasing her. Now, she had two other friends during her work to protect her from those who were teasing her. It didn't stop the others from calling her out as the 'human paper' though. Eitherway, Taeyeon was happier than before and that was all that mattered to her.
"Where did you want to go for lunch?"
It was lunch time at work and Tiffany went over to Taeyeon's desk to see where she would want to go to lunch to. Sunny chimed in when she finished some of the work she wanted done before heading out for lunch. Taeyeon smiled and chose a place. She never felt this kind of delight for a really long time now and she's enjoying every second of it.
Taeyeon chose a nearby healthy artisan restaurant to eat. After all, she needed to be health conscious. She wanted to eat pasta at an Italian restaurant though. As they were all settled and had their orders taken, Taeyeon and Sunny began asking things about Tiffany's personal trainer.
"So how are things going with your personal trainer?" Sunny started.
"Things are going well so far. I'm usually sore for the most part," Tiffany answered as she massaged her biceps.
"I heard you're working out in the same gym as Taeyeon now?"
"Yeah we are... although it can be distracting," Taeyeon chuckled.
"How so?" Sunny questioned.
"Because Tiffany and I would make faces at each other and fool around a little... so we get punished by our personal trainers," Taeyeon sighed.
"It's all your fault!" Tiffany blamed the latter.
It has been a week since Taeyeon found out that Tiffany's personal trainer was the new trainer in the gym that she was going to. She was happy to find out that her friend is working out the same time as her. Although, there was something that irked her, which was none of Tiffany's fault. She noticed that there was something between her own personal trainer and Tiffany's personal trainer.
"Don't you find it weird though that my Jessica and your Yuri are avoiding each other?" Taeyeon brought up.
"I think so too... but I pay no mind to it," Tiffany replied, "oh wait guys! Our food is coming!"
"Finally!" Sunny exclaimed as she watched the waiter walk towards them with their order.
Taeyeon ordered baked salmon topped off with lemon and basil and a side of green beans. Sunny ordered tomato soup with little bits of shrimp chunks and a side of crackers. Meanwhile, Tiffany ordered lettuce-wrapped shrimp tacos. Everyone was eyeing on their food hardcore as it was placed in front of them.
"Enjoy," the waiter told them and walked away.
"Maybe we should come to each other's places and have a healthy cookout. We need some recipes though," Taeyeon suggested.
"That's not a bad idea although shouldn't you be eating more protein to build up some muscles, Taeyeon?" Sunny pointed out.
"I don't want to be like 'The Hulk'! I just want to be strong enough to deal with normal office work so everyone could stop calling me 'human paper'!" Taeyeon hissed.
In the gym, personal trainers usually have their break times. Jessica, being the dedicated personal trainer that she is, only took breaks when she didn't have clients. This is why she had a meal replacement shake with her that she can usually make in her office. Sometimes, she would bring in fruits or veggies to make her own shake at work. Since Yuri was back in the gym, Jessica preferred to lock herself in her office when she's not with a client.
"Does Jessica usually stay in her office during her break times?" Yuri asked Juhyun. She was spending her lunch break with her friend.
"No. I'm guessing it's because she doesn't want to deal with you," Juhyun sighed.
"Wow, she really hates me that much huh?" Yuri snickered.
"It's really childish."
"Is she not over with everything that happened? I mean, I thought I was gone for a while. That should have been enough to cure a heart break, right?"
"I'm not Jessica so I couldn't tell you," Juhyun sipped on her juice.
"Fine, I'll talk to her," Yuri sighed.
"Whatever happened between the two of you anyway? You guys never really shared what happened."
"Well..." Yuri gulped, "... let's just say it was my fault."
"I wouldn't have guessed," Juhyun scoffed.
"Ya! What does that mean?!"
Later in the afternoon, Taeyeon and Tiffany went to the gym for their session with their respective personal trainers. Jessica was waiting on one side of the door while Yuri was waiting on the other. Soon as they entered, they both felt nervous at the tension that they felt between the two trainers and the glares that were upon them.
"Well... we aren't late... aren't we?" Taeyeon gulped as she talked to Jessica.
"No, you're just in time so go ahead and change," Jessica told her client.
"Yes ma'am," Taeyeon nodded and proceeded to go to the women's locker room.
"I'm not in trouble, am I?" Tiffany asked her trainer.
"Nope," Yuri shook her head, "go ahead and change so we can get started."
"Will do," Tiffany nodded and went after Taeyeon.
At the changing room, Taeyeon and Tiffany were chatting about their personal trainers, whispering amongst each other before they get heard by anyone else.
"The past week has been harsh since Yuri came in," Taeyeon whispered to Tiffany, "I think there's some tension going on between the two of them."
"You think? I thought maybe that was just how Yuri trains her clients. But damn, whenever I come home after training, I always feel like I need a long session at a jjimjilbang to relax!" Tiffany whispered back.
"I wonder what happened between them and if there's any way for them to calm down," Taeyeon wondered, "although these sessions are making me reach my goal faster."
After changing, Taeyeon and Tiffany went out to see their personal trainers waiting for them like they were when they were just coming into the gym. They both had nervous sweats going on and the both of them gulped at the same time.
"Alright Taeyeon, let's walk around the gym to start off," Jessica told Taeyeon as she walked away, expecting the girl to follow her.
"Let's start you off on the treadmill," Yuri told Tiffany and walked over to one of the machines.
The two friends were separated by their personal trainers and both worked on themselves in the meantime.
As Taeyeon was walking next to Jessica, she couldn't help but think about what was going on with her and Yuri. Taeyeon was already annoyed as it is to see the sudden change on Jessica's attitude. Instead of blaming Yuri, she thought to herself that she probably needed to hear Jessica's side before pointing fingers.
"It may be too much of a sensitive subject," Taeyeon thought to herself, "but I wonder if I should ask her."
Taeyeon was just staring at the back of Jessica's he
