Hae Won's P.O.V.

I watch Poporo with JJ.

He's lying on his stomach and sipping on a juice box.

My whole body tingles from where Onew hugged me.

I shouldn't like him, but I do.

Bae Hyun seemed nice... And so did Min Ho...

Gosh what do I do?

"Noona... What's wrong?" JJ looks at me with big eyes.

"It's nothing," I sigh and smile.

"Ahjumma was so cool when she beat-" his eyes widen and lips clamp shut.

"What did ahjumma do?" I narrow my eyes at him.

He squirms on the ground for a while.

I glare at him,"Tell me or you're taking a bath today."

"Ok, ok. But she made me not to tell you."

I tap the table, waiting.

"She beat up the bad guy that was hurting you," he admits.

My eyes narrow.

She beat him up?

Now I'm definitely lost...

I've gotta get her to tell me about her.

"What happened to your neck, noona?" he points.

I get up and examine it in a mirror.

A dark black bruise rings around my neck in the shape of an arm.

There is a soft knock at the door and I fumble for a scarf.

I pull the door open,"Min Ho. Bae Hyun."

Another wave of confusion.

"What are you doing here?" I try to ask in a nonrude way.

"To see you of course!" Min Ho chirps.

....

"What are they here for, noona?" Jae Sun tugs on my shirt.

I shrug,"I don't know, but come in."

They sit awkwardly on the couch.

Min Ho shoots pointed glares at Bae Hyun but he looks around with wide eyes.

"What's that?" he walks over and picks up a stuffed bear.

"It's-"

"Ooooh and this?"

"Well-"

"Aaah this is pretty!" he holds up a picture of me.

"Um thanks," I mumble.

"Let her say something!" Min Ho says almost meanly.

I look at him oddly.

"How have you been doing?" he asks more gently now.

"Good..."

"You don't sound good! Let's go out for lunch," Bae Hyun hooks his arm through mine.

"Yeah noona, I'm hungry," JJ rubs his stomach.

I narrow my eyes at him.

He stares back with puppy eyes.

"Ah fine.. Let's go change first. Wait here," I order.

Jae Sun and I go back upstairs.

I throw on some jeans and a hoodie.

JJ is wearing basketball shorts and a t-shirt.

"How'd they know where we live?"

I open my mouth to answer but stop,"Hm, I don't know. Good question."

We sneak downstairs.

Min Ho is glaring at Bae Hyun with his arms crossed who is just staring out the window.

"Ready?" I clear my throat.

They jump up.

We all pile into a car.

Jae Sun sits next to me and we play patty cake.

The car arubtly stops in front of a restaurant.

When we get in, I realize that it's a rundown old thing.

Min Ho looks around with a twinge of disgust, but Bae has on a big smile.

We're seated and pick out some food.

As we wait, I see Onew come in with his girlfriend.

Sometimes she seemed so composed and cool, but others like she was going to break into a million pieces.

My lips press tightly together.

He looks over here with a smile and nod.

I stiffly wave back.

Let's just pretend they're not here and be discreet.

I waited 2 years, I could wait a little longer.

JJ however, had other ideas.

He jumps up,"Mommy!"

He runs over and grabs Onew by the waist.

My jaw drops and I quickly cover it to muffle my laughs.

Min Ho's eyes widen in surprise.

"Hyung! What are you doing here?" he walks over.

"I wanted to have a nice lunch," he halfheartdly gestures towards his girlfriend.

He gives me a slightly amused look.

"And you?" he tilts his head.

"Same," Min Ho leans back trying to act cool

Bae is slurping up the noodles happily.

He wipes of the noodle guts and looks up with a smile.

"It's nice to see you again!"

Onew nods.

I facepalm, why did Onew have to see me with other guys?

My phone jumps around on the table.

"Hello?" I answer tensely.

"Hae Won? I need to talk to you," Eun Mi's voice crackles through the phone.

"What's wrong? Are you ok?" I press the phone against my ear.

"Can you just... Meet me?" her voice sounds like it's going to crack and is anxious.

"Yeah of course. I'll be right there!" I hang up.

"Can you watch JJ for a little?" I ask while I'm walking out the door.

I don't hear an answer so I just run back to the house.

Eun Mi is sitting on the couch with her back to me.

She seems fine, but I walk in front of her and is taped with her hands tied in front of her.

Her eyes flash over my shoulder.

Quickly, I spin around and come face to face with the man from the hallway.
