Wendy took a deep breath as she raised her hand and knocked on her sister's door. Instantly, all sounds within the room disappeared and Wendy was left regretting her action.

'Don't be a coward! the voice inside her head hissed, go on now, give Irene the cookies and woo her into falling in love with you!' It ended with a encouraging tone. 'Fighting!'
