There he was, sitting on the barstool with a can of beer on his hand, his backpack on the table beside him, and his phone on his other hand. He turned his back when he felt someone’s presence behind him.

Yejin was surprised to see Baekhyun because he had not been home for a while. Baekhyun looked at the girl who were wearing a very provocative dress, eyeing her up and down. Yejin was not bothered by that because she totally forgot what she was wearing.

“Oh, you’re home,” she uttered, standing quiet far away from where Baekhyun was.

Baekhyun cleared his throat, “Yeah.” Then there was an awkward silence between them.

Two seconds later, Yejin finally remembered what she needed to do. She looked down to her dress and jumped back and hid herself behind an object she could find, “Oh, have you seen ajhumma?” she asked, kind of trying to stand further away. One of her hands tried to cover her cleavage, the other hand pulled down the dress on her thigh.

Baekhyun found it amusing, he chuckled, “They’re all already in Jeju to help setting up the wedding,” he answered with ease.

“Oh, really? I didn’t know that, okay than,” she said and left the kitchen.

“Do you need help with anything? Were you looking for ajhumma?” he asked while throwing his can of beer away and flung the backpack to his shoulder.

Yejin was having trouble going up the stairs. When she lifted one of her legs, the dress would ride up dangerously close to her hip. Yup, it was that tight and that short.

Baekhyun walked out of the kitchen and found that she was struggling. He chuckled, “Seriously? Should I help you with that?” he asked.

Yejin looked at him confused. How would he help her with that? “Well, uh. If you could go back to your room so I can quickly run upstairs,” she suggested.

Baekhyun stayed still behind her, “Or,” he said without even considering about what she suggested, “I can just help you like this,” he carried the girl bridal style. Surely, gave Yejin a jolt because of the skin contact.

Yejin yelped at the sudden contact. She got hysterically panic about her dress immediately. She pulled the dress down but then it showed more of her cleavage and that was not good because it was right in front of Baekhyun’s face. So then she pulled the top of her dress, but the bottom of her dress rode up. Then she tried her best to somehow stretch her dress while being carried by Baekhyun. She was so embarrassed that she was thinking of killing herself next. Her face was redder than any fresh strawberries.

Baekhyun laughed at the girl, “Why are you even wearing this?” he asked while walking up the stair.

No words could come out of Yejin’s mouth. Whenever she opened to say something, she immediately got worried about her weight, her dress, her uncontrollably loud heartbeat, everything.

Once Baekhyun reached the second floor, she tried to get off from him. Baekhyun gently let the girl down.

“Th-thanks,” she stuttered.

“Did you go out with this dress?” he asked again because she had not reply him.

“No, I was just trying on some dress to see what to wear for the wedding,” she answered quietly, looking down to avoid his gaze.

Baekhyun’s eyes widen, “You’re wearing this to the wedding?”

Yejin immediately looked at him, “No, of course not,” then looked away, “I was just trying it for fun and then I had trouble with,” she stopped because she hesitated to say what she was going to say next.

“With what?” Of course, Baekhyun wanted to know.

“Um, nothing. Thanks for carrying me,” she said as she stepped away from Baekhyun, only to be pulled by her arm.

“Seriously, tell me if you need any help,” he sensed it, that she needed help with something.

Yejin blinked her eyes thousands of times before she could answer, “I, um,” still unsure, “I couldn’t get this dress off me,” she said it with burning, BURNING, red face.

Baekhyun giggled at her panic state. “Well, I think I can help you with that,” he said while pushing Yejin’s shoulder to her room.

Yejin was, again, shocked by the contact. It was not like she did not like people touching her generally. She just felt overwhelmed because it was Baekhyun.

Once they got into her room, she walked into her closet, Baekhyun following her behind.
