“We're home!” I said as I pushed the door open and revealed Eun Bi, with my brother Yoon Sung, cooking food. She paid so much attention in her cooking while Yoon Sung came to welcome us.

“Come in.” he said, ushering us to the living room. I helped Hyuk Jae in bringing his suitcases inside. I went to Eun Bi when my brother and Hyuk Jae shook hands and talked to each other. After all, the were good friends.

“Is it ready?” I asked her, taking out a pitcher of cold water from the refrigerator and poured enough amount on the glass.

“Almost. And by the way, who is he? He looks so cute.” she said with a mischievous smile forming her lips.

“He's Lee Hyuk Jae. My best friend.” And the man I love. I would've said. But I held it back.

“Really? I'll introduce myself to him.” she insisted. She leaned on the counter for a while, letting the food simmer until it's fully cooked.

“No need. He already knows you.”

Eun Bi chuckled. “Oh well, how can I not be famous?”

She went back to her cooking, and I smiled to myself. Eun Bi and I were the “perfect bestfriends” in showbiz. Though we starred in several dramas and movies, we remained friends. Eun Bi has a boyfriend already, and their relationship was going strong. I was happy for them. Her boyfriend was supportive enough, in fact, he was even our number one fan.

“Hey, it's eating time.” Eun Bi said as she brought the tray of food on the table. I followed her to the dining room.

We had a great conversation over the meal. Eun Bi and Hyuk Jae got to know each other very well. She expressed her future desire of working with him sooner, either in a TV ad, movie or in a drama. Hyuk Jae gladly reciprocated it by smiling and looking forward to work with her.

As we finished, Hyuk Jae and I volunteered to wash the dishes. Eun Bi, who brought her own backpack filled with beauty and hygiene kit, took a shower inside my bathroom. She was scheduled to have a photoshoot for a whitening product by six in the evening. Yoon Sung left for a meeting with some investors.

There were only the two of us in the kitchen. While Hyuk Jae and I washed the dishes, I secretly looked at him, and though of ways on how to make up for his six years absence in my life.
