COLDPLAY
ESTRANGE FIANCEEA/N: I suggest you play the song "The Scientist by Coldplay...
-----------------------------
"Come up to meet you
Tell you I'm sorry
You don't know how lovely you are
I had to find you
Tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart
Tell me your secrets
And ask me your questions
Oh let's go back to the start "
It's a song echoing through out the bar. Lisa decided to go out. She needed air because her home felt like a prison. A prison where her heart resided, slowly shattering at the memories Jennie made. She had regrets that Jennie had slipped out in her hands in a flick of light. It was more than a week, but it felt like years that she was mourning at her disappearance in her life. She was cautious but the effect was still the same. Always longing for something, perhaps someone who could ease away the pain in her heart as she took a shot of tequila which she prompted with a lemon slice and made her face flinched at the aftertaste.
"Running in circles, coming up tails
Heads on science apart
Nobody said it was easy
It's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it will be this hard
Oh take me back to the start
I was just guessing at numbers and figures
Pulling your puzzles apart
Question of science, science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart
Tell me you love me
Come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start
Running in circles, chasing our tails
Coming back as we are
Lisa almost cried at the damn lyrics of the song that was played inside that place. It had such a great timing playing such a song when it hit her right through where it hurts the most.
"It's really such a shame that we would part in this way.", she mumbled to herself as she took another shot of tequila. The movement of her head and the effects of the alcohol made her feel dizzy. She was such in a terrible state. She didn't mind her face for days, she just comb her hair using her fingers. She just dress casually, a ragged jeans and a plain black shirt paired with sneakers. She looked old than her usual age. She was miserable for days still sulking and remorseful, not to Jennie but to herself. Her fist were wrapped with bandage because she directed her anger towards her mirror and she never stop until it was into pieces lying on the ground. She was lucky because Irene was immediately on the rescue
