The first thing Chanyeol registers as he opens his eyes is how annoying the pulled curtains are - he never leaves his curtains open - the sunlight pours in and he groans turning to the other side. But, he feels a kick in his backside and whines. "Owww."

"Get up, you lazy ." 

Chanyeol's ears perk and he rolls over to find Kris standing in his uniform, an unimpressed look on his face - but then again, when is Kris ever impressed. Chanyeol frowns at the taller. "What are you doing here?"

Kris rolls his eyes and mutters. "Of course you wouldn't remember anything." 

And then, as if on cue, a rush of flashbacks set in. The drinking, the partying, the vomiting. Once again he groans and sinks into his sheets, hiding under the covers. "I have a hangover, leave me alone." Chanyeols exhausted voice comes through the duvet. Now that he is nearing full conscious, he can feel the uncomfortable pound in his head.

"Tsk. Lazy ." Kris proceeds to pull the sheets of a protesting Chanyeol until the other finally obliges, dragging his feet into the bathroom after downing some panadol. As Kris waits for him, he sighs into his hands, rubbing his face. He was so tired. 

After talking to Junmyeon, he'd hopped into the car and by the time they'd gotten home it was nearing two. But the adventure hadn't ended there. Chanyeol ended up throwing up on the stairs once again. Since none of the cleaners were around, Kris had to clean the mess up himself seeing as Chanyeol wasn't in any state to do so. He then forced the reluctant boy into a cold bath, washing him down until he'd gotten at least half the stench of alcohol off. 

Kris wasn't sure how he didn't manage to punch Chanyeol with the amount of effort the other put in to make Kris' job even harder.  Constant whining, complaining about the temperature of the water, claiming he was hot or that his head hurt - it was a nightmare and Kris promised himself never to go out with a drunk Chanyeol again. But thinking back, it probably was because of what Chanyeol kept saying as Kris sat there, making sure he didn't throw up in his sleep - albeit Kris was sure he'd gotten all the alcohol out of his system, he still wanted to be safe.

As he sat in the armchair, his gaze was constant over Chanyeol, who seemed restless and unsettled and once again, he saw faint tears slipping as the other tried to sleep.

Chanyeols brows kept caving in and his hand clenched onto the blankets, knees pulling to his chest. Kris leaned forward to straighten him out, but stopped when he whimpered, 

"No...Jongdae..."

Kris decided not to bring it up, because there were so many possible reasons as to why Chanyeol would whisper Jongdae's name in his sleep.....Right?

He shook his head. It seems like nothing was making sense in his life anymore.

"They know." Wendy said, throwing a document onto the breakfast bench. It stopped right in front of Yixing's coffee and he raised his eyebrows at her. Stirring his spoon he asked,

"Who knows what?"

Hands on her hips, she replied. "The Gong family, they know it was us."

Yixing frowns and looks at the sheets in front of him. "How?"

She nods her head towards the papers. "They found their idiot of a son's emails and he wasn't very discreet about his way of contacting us."
