Yerin 's POV

 

"why is she taking so long?" I asked to myself, irrirtated while looking at my watch. I'm here at my office today and waiting for Sojung unnie to arrive but she didn't answer my almost a hundred calls, I have a lot of works to do other than this and still she's not here and I think she's wasting my time

 

"Yuju, how was it? Is she still not answering?" due to my impatience I asked Yuju to call her instead of me because I'm too tired, Sojung unnie is not like this, she's not a late person. She hates being late.

 

 

Then the door of my office suddenly opens.

I saw Sojung unnie, with her messy hair and just a plain coat rushing to come close to me. Why is she looks like that? 

 

"I'm sorry Yennie..I forgot that we have a meeting today" she said then she bowed to me

 

"it's fine unnie, but atleast answer my calls" I fake a irritated voice.

 

"I'm really really sorry. Let's just start so that we can end this" she sat in front of me and i smiled to her

 

She look at Yuju then she looks away quickly. I know this little secret of Sojung unnie, she had a crush with Sinb and I wish that they can end up together so that I can have Yuju. Yeah, i like Yuju, no, i love her.  But it's not that easy to take her away from Sinb, but I will make it possible.

Unnie told me at the first day they met in here, Sinb is familiar and she told me that she's cute. I smirk from what she said, so I started to plan something so that they can have time together, and that's why I made that trip, I teamed them up together and me with Yuju so that we can have a moment too. And gladly it worked I got a kiss from her

 

//FLASHBACK//

 

"since today is our last day, so let's have fun!"

"yeah, let's play, truth or dare!"

"aren't we too old for that?, and it's embarrassing since ou---" I cut her---" no it's fine for me"

"since you said we're old, why don't we play dirty then?"

"great!"

 

The bottle turns to Yuju.

 

"truth or dare?"

"dare"

"kiss any of us for 5 seconds"

 

Then her eyes widen but I got surprised when she gets closer to me and kiss me. Of course it's nothing for her, it's just a dare

I really love Yuju when i first met her, she's so dear to me. But back then i'm so scared to confess to her, i'm still young, we're still young. That's why of course she didn't know my feelings for her, she see me as her bestfriend only, until now. I'm such a coward because i'm afraid that she would rejects me. i want to confess but i think it's not the right time to tell her, she has a lot of plans and i think she doesn't have a time to notice me, to love me. Or maybe she really have no feelings to me. 

 

i got so jealous when I heard that Sinb is Yuju's girlfriend that's why I acted cold to her and I got mad when Yuju even asked me if can Sinb leave work just for their date, I just say yes because I can't say no to Yuju. I can't believe that she forgot me, she didn't recognize me, she didn't even remember my name. If I didn't told to her our story back then on that trip, I think until now she still can't remember me. She means the most to me, how can she just forgot me? But when she told me her plan i feel relieve because why not? i have a chance with Yuju.

 

And now i'm regretting what i did from the past, i left her...

 

//FLASHBACK//

 

"Yuj​​​​​na-yah, I wanted to tell you something" I said sadly, our class just ended and we're walking home together, our hands are intertwined we're bestfriend.... For her, but I want her more than that. I don't want to tell her, I don't want our friendship to end, and we're still too young

 

"what it is Yerin?" She asked, she looks worried because my tone is so sad

 

"I'm going to leave the country" I said looking down, it's so hard for me to leave, I love her

 

"w-what?" she said sadly

 

"m-my dad wants me to study abroad so that..I can handle my own company in the future" I sais sadly

 

"you're going to leave me?" she said, she was about to cry

 

"no, it's not that. We can still contact... each other" I said unsure because what if, if we can't?

 

"but.. We're not going to eat lunch together anymore" she said, then she cried I hug her

 

"I know, but I wa--" --she cuts me ----"no, no, I don't want you to leave my side!!!" she then cried louder, I started to cry too.

 

"bu--" she cuts me again "I SAID NOOOO! I CAN'T LEAVE WITHOUT YOU YERIIIIIN!!!!" she cries more and moremore then she hug me tightly

 

"me too, but... I-i need to Yuna" I said low because I can't speak properly. I can't breathe

 

"is that easy for you to leave me?" she asked sadly

 

No.

 

i love you Yuna, why would it be easy for me? It's so hard for me

 

"no, it's hard for me Yuna....I love you" I whispered the last words

 

"I love you too" I was surprised from what she had said, she heard it

 

But I know she meant it as a friend, it hurts. Like loosing someone in your life

I cried all night when i left her, it's harder for me because i have a different feelings for her, compared to her i'm just her bestfriend. so, maybe that's why she can't remember me when she saw me, she forgotten me, just like all friends out there, after not seeing each other for a long time, just forgot them with their memories that they spent together.

 

But i don't care if a lot of years had past, she's still the Yuju i knew. 

 

Before i barely call her 'Yuna' but i like her real name, I'll just call her that if our conversation is serious or important or if i'm mad at her. 'Yuju' is just her nickname.

And i got confused when i saw her surname as 'Choi' and not 'Hwang' anymore, i thought she's married, And when i saw Sinb's surname, i thought that maybe they are married?? because they're couple, but why Yuyju's surname turns to 'Choi'??? I'm really confused that time and when Yuju told me about Sinb, things got clearer to me.

We finished the meeting and I don't know why Sojung unnie stuttering a lot and her face is so red, when we're talking, she's just doing that when she's shy, but why would she shy at me? I'm her cousin and it's just me and Yuju, Is she shy with Yuju? That's why? Shy because she had a crush with Sinb?

 

"So, I have a flight after two weeks because I need to discuss some things in abroad, so maybe we can finish those paperworks this week? I need to go now" she said

 

"okay unnie, thank you for accompanying me today" I smiled to her and hand shake with her

 

"see you tomorrow or in the next next day?"

 

 

She nodded then she pick up her things and walk out through the door.

 

 

"Yuju, schedule me some time for our meeting tomorrow or on the other day? Okay?"

 

"yes ma'am"

i'm going to end this soon, so I'm still confused what ship should I end with this? And what should I do? I need your help, since I'm really busy in this few weeks I can't think properly so it messed up haha I'm sorry buddies if this didn't reach your expectations in this story, I'll make sure that I'll do better next time for my future stories if I can still write in the future.
