BoA sighed as she hung up the phone.

She lay on her bed looking at the white ceiling wondering if there would be a time in which she didn’t feel annoyed after talking to him.

But when she was about to close her eyes she heard a tiny voice.

“Mommy?” the little’s girl voice that came from the door made her sit up.

The little girl ran into her mother’s embrace happily and even when BoA knew that facing Yoochun again would be irritating as always the excited face of her daughter made her smile.

“Mommy, hurry up! It’s almost seven.” the girl said suddenly jumping out of BoA’s arms and pulling on her hand.

It was the same routine of the last three years since her parents returned to the town and she and Yoochun finally agreed on a schedule. And the little girl already knew that her father would call before arriving to BoA’s house and taking her to his own.

“Ok, ok, let’s prepare your bag Yoobin.” BoA said walking to her daughter’s room.

The truth is that she only had to pack a few things since the girl also had clothes and other things at her father’s house.

In reality she had even more things over at that house because Yoochun always spoiled her daughter.

It was only that Minnie Mouse plushy that Yoobin always carried every time she moved from house to house and BoA didn’t dare ask why since she knew it was already hard for the six years old little girl to have her parents separated.

So when the doorbell rang Yoobin ran to the door with a big smile on her face. On the contrary BoA, with tired steps walked behind her and took a deep breath before opening it.

As always he stood there with his flirty smile but BoA stood firmly, not allowing him to enter.

It confused her how sometimes everything felt just like in the beginning and she didn’t want to repeat the same mistake of being led by him because he was still the same handsome player. And because it had been more than once that they had ended kissing on the sofa.

“Yoobinie, bring your bag and your jacket.” BoA said with a sweet voice, but with an emotionless face as she still faced Yoochun.

And as Yoobin’s steps started fading away, BoA coughed awkwardly and preferred to start her motherly speech.

“She has homework to do, so make sure she finishes before going to play. Don’t give her too many sweets and make sure she wears her jacket at night. She…”

“I’m ready!” Yoobin shouted calling her parents attention.

Both of them smiled sweetly at her as if nothing had happened when a moment ago Yoochun was smirking at BoA’s rant.

“Yoobin, let’s go.” Yoochun said patting his daughter on the head and the kid nodded walking to her mother’s side to give her a hug.

BoA gave her a peck on the forehead and said her farewell letting Yoobin go.

The kid smiled to her before walking outside the house and BoA smiled looking at her but her smile faded as she faced Yoochun again.

“What?” she asked annoyed noticing how he looked at her up and down.

“I’m just waiting for my goodbye kiss.” He said smirking.

BoA gritted her teeth and glared at him.

“Goodbye.” She said and started closing the door on his face, but he stopped her and stood even closer to her.

“Don’t be angry with me, I’m just trying to put some fire to your love life.” He said with a mocking laugh and BoA sighed annoyed glaring at him even more.

“Aish you!” She shouted, but he covered turning to look at Yoobin who looked at them confusedly as she stood beside his car.

“Bye BoA, enjoy your lonely weekend.” He said laughing and turning around leaving behind an angry and frustrated BoA.

She hated that he knew she was going to be alone at night, just like every Friday he came to pick Yoobin. And hated even more that he made fun of her because of that.

So BoA just closed the door rubbing her neck softly.

He still had the power to annoy her to death, and that is what annoyed her even more.

Because many things had happened since she dropped out of school.

Because while she was in bed trying to keep her baby safe, Yoochun continue his studies and now had a good job. And on the contrary she was struggling to find a safe job so she could finally continue her studies on design.

But everything was worth it. Because her daughter was the one that gave her the strength to keep going, and even when her love life was a failure she preferred to give everything for that little girl.

Also because even when her friends convinced her to go to a party, all the flirty guys she could find in the way would ran away as soon as they heard she had a daughter.

So, she could only sigh and admit that she had to enjoy her Friday night alone again.

And as she walked to the living room she held the picture she had with Yoobin.

Both of them were smiling as Yoobin sat on her mother’s lap and BoA couldn’t help but smile seeing that.

But as soon she let it go she remembered Yoochun.

Yoobin looked so much like her father. Those eyes, that cute face with the contagious smile and even the flirty ways. She always managed to convince BoA to buy her things or play with her even when she was busy.

But BoA didn’t regret having her at all.

She just wondered if one day she would find a guy that would accept her with that little girl of hers.

Would she be able to find a guy like that?

Would she be able to finally complete her dreams of being a designer?
 

Would she be able to see again the guy that stood beside her in the picture that she now held in her hands?
