Returning to the farm
It’s just the same story(A/N) Hello~! It's really been a while, but I read an old story that I really liked and got inspired to continue to write this story...
Hope you still remember it and like this chapter :D
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After Yoochun left to Germany, BoA tried to keep her relationship even closer with her daughter.
She was thankful that Junsu had convinced the little girl to talk to her again and she was even more grateful when he suddenly appeared at her house inviting them for dinner at Yoobin’s favorite restaurant.
It was amazing to BoA how Junsu could influence so much in her daughter’s attitude, because Junsu still being a supportive brother, had also invited Jaejoong to the dinner and Yoobin had been a little bit friendlier when Junsu introduced Jaejoong as his friend.
And even when during the dinner there were some awkward moments it was the first step for Yoobin to be more acceptant of Jaejoong.
During the rest of the week she ate lunch with Jaejoong a couple of times and drank some coffee after Yoobin went to bed.
It was rather peaceful and they got to talk about their life and enjoy the time together.
It wasn’t like BoA wanted for Yoochun to disappear, but she had to accept that without the other around all the time, things were going smoother and she was happier.
But when Friday night arrived she realized that Yoobin wasn’t feeling the same.
“I miss daddy…” She said with tears in her eyes hugging her Minnie Mouse plushy tightly.
And BoA just hugged her daughter telling her that Yoochun would call soon as he did every night.
And he did call, making Yoobin smile while she heard his voice and BoA sighed seeing that expression.
Things never worked between Yoochun and her, but she couldn’t deny he had been a good father to Yoobin; so when he finally said goodbye to his daughter, BoA wished him luck in his job and told him to stay safe.
She didn’t want Yoobin to be sad because they were fighting all the time and with that she hung up taking Yoobin to sleep.
But as they were walking upstairs BoA realized it was the first weekend in many years that she got to spend it with her daughter so she came up with a plan.
The next day they woke up really early and Yoobin was really excited.
They took the bus to BoA’s hometown where they would visit her parents and she would be able to relax in the farm she had grown up.
She called Junsu to invite him too and he accepted saying he would bring Jaejoong with him, and BoA smiled, but inside she wasn’t sure if it was the best idea.
But all negative ideas left her mind as soon as she saw her old house and she ran like a teenager to the door calling her mother.
Both of her parents appeared at the doorstep smiling happily and her father carried Yoobin with difficulty as her mom hugged her.
It was a happy reunion and even more when Junsu arrived with Jaejoong.
Yoobin looked at Jaejoong a bit annoyed, but he only sighed understanding that it was a process and tried not to worry about it as he walked to his parents’ house that had also returned from Japan a couple of months ago.
BoA and Junsu ate lunch with their parents, but they were more into feeding Yoobin and asking her all about school and her friends.
It was like returning to the old times and BoA felt at peace as she ran around the fields until she reached the stable where the horses were being fed by a young guy.
She smiled fondly as she remembered her teenage years with Jaejoong.
Her hand in his, their smiles and their plans for the future.
Things have definitely changed.
But before she could leave the stable she collided with Jaejoong that started laughing.
“I knew you would be here.”
And BoA laughed too.
It was just like the old times where they would spend their time feeding horses and going to the small coffee shop in town.
“Should we take a ride?” He said caressing the head of one of the horses, and BoA nodded before they walked towards the boy that took care of them.
And they had an amazing time riding the horses around the field looking at the beautiful scenery and smiling at each other like there were no tomorrow.
But reality hit them when Junsu appeared running.
“Yoobin is gone…” He said panting, making BoA jumped down from her horse to approach him.
She looked at him in disbelieved as her daughter was supposed to stay all afternoon with Junsu.
“She was playing with other kids while I talked to a friend and they started running around and suddenly she was gone…I have tried to look for her, but I don’t know…” he said with a guilty tone.
BoA put her hand above her heart and started breathing heavily when she felt a hand on her shoulder.
“Let’s look for her by horse; it will be faster and easier.” Jaejoong said and she nodded rapidly.
Junsu went to look for another horse while BoA and Jaejoong started shouting Yoobin’s name as they rode the horses.
An hour passed by when Jaejoong heard the sobs of a child near the river and he got off the horse to look around.
And there he found Yoobin sitting with her arms around her knees sobbing.
“Yoobin…” He called her softly and she looked up to him with her face full of tears.
He sighed in relief, but didn’t know if he should approach her.
He sat somewhat close to the little girl and let her stop crying.
“Should we return home?” He asked while he looked at her with a smile.
Yoobin nodded and gave him a small smile back.
And when BoA finally saw them she felt like she could breathe again as she ran to hug her daughter.
She felt really happy to see Yoobin again, but didn’t let go of her daughter’s hand until they reached her parents’ house.
In there were her parents, Junsu and Jaejoong’s parents waiting for them.
They ate dinner together talking about the town, the city and their daily activities and plans, but Yoobin stayed silent even when at the beginning she was asked how she got lost.
She was more interested to see the interaction between her family and Jaejoong and his family.
Jaejoong’s parents seemed really nice and treated her mom with care asking her about her health and her job.
They were smiling at her all the time and seemed to know a lot about her since she was a kid.
And Yoobin couldn’t help but compare the few visits she had to her grandparents from his dad’s side.
They had a pretty house and a lot of money, but they never really smiled at her or her mother.
They never seemed to care about their lives and focused on talking to her dad about her work.
Yoobin wished they were warm like Jaejoong’s parents.
And when the dinner was finally over she went to bed with BoA as she heard her mother saying how much she loved her and was happy to be with her.
Was Yoobin starting to accept Jaejoong?
Will this be a new beginning for all?
What were Yoochun’s plans when he returned?
